Cant Get Rid Of Belly Bulge? Those words jump out when you go to the website of Relacore, claimed to be “Americas #1 Selling Belly Fat Pill.” It's claimed Relacore can “reduce stubborn stress-related belly fat.” Very impressive claims. So, does Relacore work? In this review, let's look at the ingrednts and research on Relacore and its ingredients. This review is on Relacore Extra, also called Maximum Strength. I'll also compare it to Relacore Ultimate Fat Burner troo. This review was created to help you cut through the hype and see if this supplement is right for you.
What Is Relacore?
Relacore is a weight loss product but but it's said to work differently than other supplements you've heard of. For example, they claim it will work specificlaly on belly fat. It's also stated on Relacore.com, the supplement is “designed to calm your stress, which reduces cortisol.” Research does indicate stress and elevated cortisol levels are linked to abdominal fat (belly fat).
So, in theory, if we could reduce cortisol, this might reduce belly fat. So, how does Relacore do this? As we will see below, the ingredients in the product are suppoosed to not only block cortisol but also ease stress and maybe alleviate depression.
Here's a video of the TV commercial which drives this message home:
Since cortisol goes up in times of stress and since cortisol can cause weigh gain and increase appetite, blocking cortisol may lead to weight loss – and maybe less bellly fat.
This is somewhat similar to another weight loss supplement called Relora.

Relacore Extra Other Ingredients
The Supplement Facts label also tells us these other ingredients are present also:
- Microcrystalline cellulose
- silica
- stearic acid
- croscarmellose sodium
- polyvinyl alcohol
- talc
- polyethylene glycol
- mica/titanium dioxide
- polysorbate 80
- FD&C Blue 1 Lake
- FD&C Yellow 5 Lake
- FD&C Red 40 Lake
These other ingredients make up the tablets and help the main ingredients mix well together. They don't play any roles in the benefits of Relacore Extra.
Relacore Extra Research
Clinical research on this supplement cannot be located. Neither the supplement's main website nor searching clinical databases reveal any studies on this product. This does not mean Relacore doesn't work. Rather, it means we need to look at its ingredients.
Let's do that next.
Relacore Extra Ingredients
I'm not convinced most people are lacking the vitamins in this supplement. Could some be “sub-clinical” deficient? Anything is possible but I doubt it. One vitamin however is worth mentioning -vitamin C.
Vitamin C
3 tablets of this supplement provide 1000 mg of vitamin C. Researchers in South Africa noticed a temporary drop cortisol levels in marathon runners who supplemented with 1500 mg of vitamin C for a week before they ran their race.
This cortisol lowering effect has also been seen in healthy people placed in stressful situations. In this investigation, 3000 mg of vitamin C was given to people 2 weeks before their stress event (public speaking) took place.
Vitamin C is often said to be a “stress vitamin.” Stress is said to deplete vitamin C levels. Since cortisol is a stress hormone, does this mean taking vitamin C can reduce cortisol levels? It’s an interesting idea but it doesn't seem to work. So far, research –what little is out there – finds vitamin C does not lower cortisol levels.
Relacore Extra Proprietary Blend
The proprietary blend used to be called “Relacortin” but this name seems to no longer be used. Three tablets of this supplement provide 240 mg of the proprietary blend.
While they do not tell us the actual amounts in the blend, we know the first ingredient (passion flower) makes up the most while the last ingredient in the blend (Phosphatidylserine) makes up the least.
Lets look at the ingredients in the blend.
Passion Flower
Passion flower (Passiflora incarnata) has several lines of evidence touting its effects to reduce anxiety issues. Because passionflower is the first ingredient listed in the proprietary blend, I believe it is one of the key ingredients in Relacore. One thing to know about passion flower is it does not work instantly. It appears to take 1-2 months before it takes effect.
Magnolia
The extract of magnolia (Magnolia biondii) used in the supplement comes from the bark of the tree. That's good because the bark seems to be where many of the active ingredients are located. Some research has shown a combination of magnolia and phellodendron amurense are effective for weight loss. Here's a quick summary of those studies
- Researchers in 2006 conducted a study that showed women who took 750 mg of the magnolia / Phellodendron combination for 6 weeks lost weight.
- Researchers have also shown less cortisol and better mental outlook when they gave Magnolia and Phellodendron to women and men for 4 weeks.
It's worthwhile to note both these studies used a supplement called Relora. Both studies were also supported by the company which makes Relora too.
Here is a video when Relora was featured on the Dr. Oz Show. Relora is mentioned 11 minutes into this video:
See the Relora review for much more information.
Chinese Skullcap
The scientific name for this herb is Scutellaria baicalensis. Like magnolia and passionflower, Chinese skullcap may also have some anti-anxiety effects. Because of the lack of human weight loss/anxiety studies, I'd like to see more research.
I also saw one of Jillian Michaels's weight loss supplements containing Chinese skullcap too so check that review for more information.
Niacinamide
Niacinamide is another name for the vitamin, niacin. The effects of niacinamide on belly fat and cortisol levels needs more research. Niacinamide is sometimes used to help arthritis. Since overweight people may have arthritis, is it possible this is the reason Relacore contains this ingredient?
In other words, people who are in less pain may be able to do more stuff – and feel better as a result of their greater mobility? Obviously, I‘m speculating but this makes some sense to me.
Niacinamide has become a very popular anti-aging supplement. In supplements, it's referred to as Niagen and Niacel. For more insights see these reviews:
Asian Ginseng
This is also called panax ginseng. I can’t find any good proof Asian ginseng helps reduce belly fat. As for lowering cortisol levels, one study showed it did not work.
Poria
Poria refers to poria mushrooms. It's scientific name is Sclerotium cocus. Mushrooms have many bioactive compounds. Evidence for poria lowering cortisol cannot be located. There is a lack of proof for belly fat loss too.
Poria mushrooms are different from Reishi mushrooms which have been very popular in supplements. See the Reishi mushroom review for much more info.
Jujube
Jujube -also called Ziziphus jujuba – refers to a tree which grows in different part of the world such as the US and Australia. No evidence for jujube reducing cortisol or helping weight loss or belly fat loss can be located.
Perilla
Perilla, also called Perilla frutescens is a flower that belongs to the mint family of plants. Researchers in Japan have noted the leaves of the plant have anti-anxiety effects. Lab rat research has noted perilla reduces fat cell growth. I think we need more human studies on perilla to better understand how effective it is.
Phosphatidylserine
We make phosphatidylserine. It's a part of our cells and takes part in how our cells talk to each other. There is not much phosphatidylserine in Relacore Extra because it's the last ingredient listed in the proprietary blend. Phosphatidylserine has been studied to see if it helps people with dementia.
Other researchers have noted a combination of omega 3 fats and phosphatidylserine helped depression in older adults.
Relacore Extra Active Ingredients
This supplement has many ingredients. I speculate if Relacore Extra works – lowers cortisol levels -then it the effect may be due mostly to these ingrdients
- vitamin C
- passion flower
- magnolia (and Phellodendron)
Recall from above magnolia and Phellodendron is found in another supplement called Relora. Of course, it's possible I am wrong and all the ingredients work in tandom together to produce a better effect.

Relacore Extra vs. Relacore Ultimate
Relacore Ultimate-also called Relacore Fat Burner – is another version of this supplement. How are these supplements different from each other? Here is a side-by-side comparison of each to help you decide:
Relacore Extra (3 tablets) | Relacore Fat Burner (2 capsules) |
Vitamin C 1000mg | Proprietary Blend 964 mg consisting of the following: |
Vitamin B1 (thiamine) 15 mg | Citrus (fruit) Extract |
Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) 15mg | Coffee (bean) Extract |
Niacin 50mg | Guaraná (fruit) Extract |
Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) 10 mg | Cola (seed) Extract |
Folate 400 mcg | Green Tea (leaf) Extract |
Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin) 10 mcg | Kelp (Ascophyllum nodosum) (whole plant) Powder |
Biotin 150 mcg | Fennel (seed) Powder |
Pantothenic acid 23 mg | Alpha-lipoic acid |
Calcium 33mg | |
Magnesium 100mg | |
Zinc 10mg | |
Proprietary Blend. 240 mg Blend of:
Passionflower (aerial parts) powder
Magnolia (bark) powder
Chinese skullcap extract (root)
Asian Ginseng (root) extract
Poria extract (sclerotium)
Jujube (Ziziphus jujuba) (fruit) Extract
Perilla extract (leaf)
Phosphatidylserine |
So what's the difference? As I see it, the big difference between these is Relacore Fat Burner contains stimulants and -if I can inject my opinion here – trendy /untested weight loss ingredients. While they don't specifically tell us I believe the following:
- Citrus fruit extract probably refers to citrus Aurantium also known as bitter orange. It's a stimulant similar to ephedra.
- Coffee bean extract probably refers to green coffee bean. Green coffee bean needs better studies to know if it works. See the review of green coffee for more info.
- Kelp. Kelp contains iodine. Iodine helps us make thyroid hormone. Kelp may be used in supplements in an attempt to boost thyroid hormone and reverse hypothyroidism. It's debatable if it does this or not. See the black seed and thyroid review for more on this topic.
The ingredients tell us Relacore Ultimate Fat Burner is supposed to work differently. It's a fat burner supplement not a cortisol /anti-anxiety supplement. Do both supplements work better together? This is unknown. For those with heart and blood pressure problems, speak to your doctor before using stimulant containing supplements.
Does Relacore Help Depression?
If you read the comments you will see several people saying Relacore improved their mood, helping them feel better. While Relacore itself appears to have no depression research, some of its ingredients such as passionflower and Chinese skullcap do.
Might Passionflower and Chinese Skullcap be the anti-depression ingredients in Relacore? It's hard to say but, my guess is they may be.
Is Relacore: Anti-Aging?
On Relacore.com there is a page called Anti-Aging Phenomenon? This page of tries to link excess stress with heart disease, shorter telomeres and faster cellular aging. Too much stress is very harmful to or health. This is true. But without clinical proof, it's hard to know for sure if Relacore -itself- slows aging.
At the bottom of the page, they do list research to support the Relacore-anti-aging relationship:
- Research links stress to biological aging for the first time (this does not seem to be a study but a reference to something put out by the American Federation on Aging. I could not locate it).
It's worth noting none of this refers specifically to Relacore. Rather, the research only says stress can age us.
So, does Relacore reduce heart disease, lengthen telomeres or slow aging?
There is no proof either way.
Relacore Side Effects
In healthy people, I think Relacore is probably safe. I don't think most people would have any side effects. That said, here are a few things to consider. This list is not complete:
- Start with less than is recommended for the first week. this is to see how you respond
- Don't take if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- Stop taking all supplements -unless your doctor tells you otherwise – at least 2 weeks before having surgery
- Speak to your doctor/pharmacist if you take blood thinner medications.
- Speak to your doctor and pharmacist first if you take any medications
In theory, passionflower and magnolia may interact with sleep aids or medications/ supplements for depression.
Skullcap may interfere with supplements /meds which induce sleep. There may be an interaction with depression meds also.
Relacore has a lot of biotin. Tell your doctor you take biotin before having blood tests. Biotin supplements might interfere with some laboratory blood tests.
Doctors have reported the case of an overweight, 47-year-old woman who complained of dizziness, confusion and weakness. She had previously lost 30 pounds and was using several supplements. Relacore Extra Strength is mentioned but it's hard to pin down what the cause was due to all the supplements she was taking. She was also dehydrated as well.
In the comments below, several people have said Relacore helped them. For those who want to just try what may be its active ingredients, taking a look at just passionflower may be another option. Relora, another supplement may also be an option for those who prefer supplements with research.
Does Relacore Work?
Without proof – clinical studies – it's difficult to say although people below have said it helped them feel better. The good news is some of the ingredients in Relacore do have research showing they may lower cortisol and anxiety levels. Whether this leads to belly fat loss or weight loss though, is another thing. Hopefully, this Relacore review has helped you better understand if this supplement is right for you.
Any Comments or Questions?

Hi Joe, I am thinking about using Relacore and i was wondering if you think that it is a good call to help with excessive body fat. I have been told by many physicians that I have shocked my body by trying so many different diets. Do you have any suggestions?
Joe says
Hi Dorothy, I would focus on being healthy and not necessarily weight loss. If you focus on eating a few less calories per day and getting some regular exercise per day (this includes walking taking the stairs vs the elevator etc), drinking more water etc that this might help more than any wt loss supplement alone. If you want to try Relacore I dont see any big problems if you are basically healthy but I think that its probably going to work best when its used along side other things. Here is a link to my personal website where I discuss the different kinds of weight loss, what causes us to burn the most calories and various things that might help (not just supplements).
http://www.joe-cannon.com/what-weight-loss-supplements-work/
I hope this helps some and do let me know if I can be of any other service.
Dorothy says
Thank you. I will definitely check out your link and let you know my progress.

Hi Joe! Like several others who have commented here, I happened upon your site while trying to research whether or not Relacore Extra is safe for men (since it seems to only be advertised targeting women). In any case I sure do appreciate the thoroughness of your research and all of the information you have provided here. EXTREMELY helpful!
I am a woman 57 years old and post-menopausal. I have been taking Relacore Extra for several months now – not necessarily for weight loss (although if it helps in that area, all the better), but for the stress-reducer/mood-elevator properties. I currently take Cymbalta (at max dose of 60mg) in the morning and Trazodone (200mg) at night – both for sleep and depression.
Especially in the winter, I tend to experience major depression (even with my medication) and RE has been a God-send for me. It has greatly reduced my anxiety and improved my mood – I feel GREAT! Obviously I cannot attribute all of that to Relacore, but it certainly has supplemented my medications quite well.
Thank you so much for your research and providing all of the information I needed!
Joe says
Jill, thanks and thats so kind of you to write! I’m happy you were able to find me (I’m sure its a challenge these days with millions of websites out there..). I’m glad Relacore is helping you. I know the winter months are hard for a lot of people (I’m a summer person myself!) so anything that beats the winter blues is good with me 🙂
Jill says
I also wanted to add – for any of your readers/followers out there – that I also took and gave the entire box with ingredient info to my doctor so she could look it over and keep it in my file.
She was fine with it and I just want to encourage those considering ANY kind of dietary supplement to consult their physician as well. Thanks again and have a GREAT summer!!
Joe says
Jill, good move 🙂
LouBird says
I think taking something for a while is okay if it helps a person. I CAN tell you from years of starving myself thinking that would keep me thin, that if I eat about every 2 hours (anything but particularly adding protein to the mix) I have high metabolism and my body sheds pounds faster and I do mean FASTER than if I eat less often.
So please listen to your body and me on this, Im a woman of menopausal years and have lost 30 odd pounds (I now weigh 107) and had never even planned to lose any weight. It just so happened this way when I said okay eat whatever you want and don’t suffer and don’t go long periods without food.
My body slows down when its not fed regularly. Now be prepared for going to the bathroom more as your metabolism will go into high gear, but also be prepared to see you at least don’t gain ANY weight and will like me probably lose. This took like six months to lose, like I said not trying. I actually want to gain a few back, but I cant stop this new eating pattern and it will help you.
Eat only around 300 to 800 per time you eat. Maybe just a few chips and a piece of meat, maybe later more of a full meal, then later something to help the sweet attack with again a bit of protein (key).
Good luck and let us all know how much more satisfied and content and thinner you will be.
Kayla says
I just bought Relacore extra and im on oxycodone for my pain and lorazepam for anxiety. Is this safe to take with my medications???
Joe says
Kayla, show the ingredients to your pharmacist. They may be aware of stuff that I am not.
prettt says
Pls Joe those this affect ones fertility? About starting one tonight. Also can I combine it with slimex?
Joe says
Prettt, I have no idea what effect Relacore has on fertility. I looked up Slimex – it is another name for siburramine (meridia) a weight loss drug that is no longer available in the US because of its link to heart attacks and strokes. Here is more on Sibutramine:
http://www.fda.gov/safety/medwatch/safetyinformation/safetyalertsforhumanmedicalproducts/ucm228830.htm
http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/druginfo/meds/a601110.html
I would not take that drug if I were you.
prettt says
Oh my God!!! I have already started, guess have got to discontinue all these drugs cos they are nt to be trusted Joe.
Pls can you try and investigate on fertility if taken. Thk u
Joe says
Prett, did you get the drug from that online pharmacy ? didn’t anyone tell you about the risks of the medication?
Ill look for fertility evidence but Im not sure if any is out there. I’d ask your pharmacist or doctor if they know of anything. Pharmacists in particular may know something if it exists. if you find out anything, let me know.
prettt says
Am in Nigeria and it was bought over the counter with a pharmacist convincing me it ok. Guess what, it in Vogue down here. Thx for the knowledge. Try keep in touch
Sydney says
Haha, just started taking these with my Mom and that was the first thing I pointed out to her, that horrible smell! All she said was “Hope that means they work!”
Eve Vaughn says
Joe,
I just discovered your web site and I am so impressed with the thoroughness of your investigations, but more importantly with the sensitivity and kindness in your responses to the reviewers. I have bookmarked your site and will refer to it before I try any new supplement or health product. Thanks so much!

I just bought ‘RE tonight! I will be turning 40 in april…I workout 5 days a week..but I am stressed and I hold extra weight on my belly so im excited to see and feel results. I hate side effects…how many pills should I start off with a day to slowly ease into it…
Joe says
Cherrie, if it were me, Id start with the least that you can take for the first week and gradually increase to what they recommend. I hope Relacore helps you and congrats on your upcoming B day. Mine is in April too.
Nelly says
I’ve been taking this supplement with protein drink supplements and exercise and I’ve lost a few pounds already. Even if the supplement doesn’t help you lose weight it still helps you feel better and just thatis good enough for me, I also quit smoking cigarettes a month ago. All is good.
Joe says
Nelly, BIG congratulations on quitting smoking!!!! I am VERY happy for you 🙂
catrisha pressley says
is it okay to take
relacore an blood pressure pills together
Joe says
Catrisha, show the ingredients to your pharmacist and let him/her make the call on this. That is the best way to find an answer to this question.
Jamie says
I am taking Relacore now, and all of your information was useful. The only thing I didn’t read though is your personal experience or someone you know’s experience while taking the medication and also the results. It’s only been a week for me, but I’ll let you know what my experience was in a month or so. Thanks!
Joe says
Jamie, thanks for the feedback. I like to focus on the research mostly in my reviews but always appreciate hearing peoples experiences with products 🙂
Brandi says
Hi. I just bought a bottle of relacore tonight. I’m very excited about the thought of it relieving stress, and of course loosing a few lbs. But I read some reviews most were great but a few mentioned hair loss. Have you found any information on that?
Joe says
Brandi, Ive never heard of hair loss with Relacore. I searched online for this and did see what you probably saw, people saying it caused hair loss however this is all new to me. I dont know of any proof it does this but if you try it and it causes this, do let me know.
Brandi says
Thank you for your time. I will give them a try
Nikki says
Hi joe im nikki ive been taking relacore for two days my moods great but i have these horrible bowel movement, is that a side affect for just starting? Im 24 and i weigh 170. No othr issues i just want to be sure
Joe says
Nikki, well diarrhea is not an official side effect that I am aware of but if thats happening to you I say stop taking it. I think its always good when starting a new supplement to take less than is recommend for the first week, to cut down on any potential side effect. I hope you are feeling better Nikki.
Jordi says
Hello,
I am a 22 yr old female. I started taking relacore extra due to a high stress high pressure work environment. I took RE for about two months until I read a lot of speculation about the product containing DHEA. At 22, I was a afraid to do more bad than good. The product worked well for me as far as zero panic attacks, hemiplegic migraines, and fatigue. I was able to concentrate at work, run (I hate running!), and manage stressful family issues like a champ. However, when I called the manufacturer I was informed that RE does not contain DHEA but rather has been replaced with a similar substance though they wouldn’t tell me what it was.
I have recently lost my job, due to the hemiplegic migraines returning, lost my apartment bcz I did not have a job (and my roommate had BPD), lived with my gramma and was thrown out a month later (she is bipolar), stayed with a friend so I could finish the semester at school, and now am living with my parents. My mother also has BPD. So it is a high stress living situation.
The point I’m trying to get to is would it be better to just take the RE anyways, considering it helped me manage tremendously, seeing as I live in a constant tense mode? I feel foolish taking something I don’t understand out of desperation.
Sorry for the word vomit. I felt it necessary to explain my situation.
Thanks for your time,
J
Joe says
Jordi, when you say you took “RE” do you mean Relacore Extra or just the regular Relacore I reviewed? Im not sure what is in Relacore Extra currently so that’s why I asked. Are you taking any medications for your migraines? I dont blame you about DHEA (it makes me a little nervous also). Since you say it helped you and you didnt have any side effects, Id say give it another try but if you are taking medications for migraines etc I would ask your doctor or the pharmasist at the place you buy it from (they sell it at CVS Rite Aid etc and the pharmacist there may be able to give you some guidance).
I know many collages have counseling services that is free of charge so I would also advise you to take advantage of that. It sounds like you have a lot going on at the moment. Sometimes talking to people can help and maybe they can offer advice you have not considered. Regardless, I will say a prayer for you tonight that you get through all of this stuff. It does get better. Trust me.
Alicia says
I tried the old formula Relacore and it seemed to give me a lot of energy but I found that the new formula Relacore Extra just doesn’t work for me anymore.
Joe says
Alicia, thats interesting. I tried to find how Relacore Extra was different but couldn’t. Ill try to find it at the store and take a look at the bottle. Anybody else notice a difference with Relacore Extra?
jpeat says
I found that Relacore Extra stinks like other B Complex pills. The original formula I didn’t smell the B Complex in my sweat. Of course my Urine on both smelled and turned bright yellow as will with B Complex.
The old formula worked and my belly fat shrank (I could literally feel it working), however, I believe this was due to the great mood that it put me in so I worked much longer hours and faster.
My associates noticed such a difference in my personality, my production at work and my drive that they also started taking it.
When I stopped taking it, belly fat returned and my mood also changed. Going back on it if I can find the original formula for the Month of May, my busy time of year.
Note: If you work out I use Relacore in combination with Recovery Extra as the Recovery Extra stops the workout pain the following day by healing your soft tissue.
karen says
I took relacore 6 years ago and lost 15 pounds and had a flat stomach, no side effects; then the main ingredient was taken out by the government; now it doesn’t work anymore. Gained back the 15 pounds.
Joe says
Karen, what was the main ingredient in Relacore that was taken out?
Lorna McRae says
I also did the ‘old’ Relacore back in summer of 2013. Lost 30 lbs, was energized and happy. Then for awhile it was not available; when it was finally, it did not work the same at all! Not sure what was changed, but I did hear rumours that something was banned from it.
karen says
Hi Joe. I have been taking Relacore Extra for about a month and the reason I am here is because it makes me feel so good that I wanted to see what others were saying. Weight is not an issue for me and I run/walk 3 miles a day so I wouldn’t normally be a consumer but my husband loved it so much, i had to try it out.
He didn’t really lose any weight but he is so much calmer, nicer and has more energy. I also find it gives me energy and I don’t tire as easily when working out. I truly love this product…and I am not easily impressed.
gia says
Hi Joe,
I never reply to these post but your information and response is very nice. I work out 5 day a week for two hours and eat a very clean high protein chicken/seafood low carb diet. I am 5’8 165lbs, and 45 years old. The scale will not seem to move, my body looks and feels amazingly strong, I simply would like a flatter stomach, I do over one hundred sit ups a day.
It is very hard to completely loose the belly fat. I want to try this combination of herbs, that is Relacore> I really wonder if it will help me move the scale? ten lbs or so. I am very natural, and feel somewhat concerned about side effects? I have read that this Relacore, can cause stomach problems? like loose stools, or extra gas/ or even constipation. what do you think, I will let you know, what happens to me- gia
Joe says
Hi Gia, stomach problems are something I see with a lot of supplements but not everybody gets those either so what Id suggest is that if you try Relacore, start the first week with less than is recommended and gradually increase to what they say to take. That should in theory reduce the side effects. I hope that helps and will be glad to read what happens if you try it.
Nita says
After reading all of the reviews, I am more confused than ever about taking Relacore. I have just purchased a bottle, but do not know if it will do any good. I have a lot of belly fat and will give it a try. If it doesn’t help, I am hoping it doesn’t hurt, e.g., hair loss, etc.
Joe says
Nita, for what its worth, if you are healthy and not taking any blood thinner meds, I think Relacore wont cause any weird side effects (if you are ask your doctor or pharmacist). I think its best to start all new supplements with less than is recommended, just to be extra safe.

I have tried this product for a month now. Lost 15 pounds and look more trim and fit.. I do a lot of exercising.. I’m finally seeing results to my workouts.. But I stared noticing that I’m brushing easily.. Just a nick from a table and my whole arm is bruised.. Plus it stayed for much longer then usual.

Has anyone else been really bothered by the smell of the pills? It is horrid! I am going to bear through it, but i was just curious if anyone else can’t stand the smell or experiences a bad aftertaste/bad breath after taking it.

Just started taking relacore today. I feel pretty good. A little hungry but I have to muttle through it. You still need to use your will power.
