Updated 9/13/23. Niagen is a popular anti-aging supplement with some research and lots of online testimonials from people saying it really works. People have said this supplement can improve energy levels, exercise performance and even turn gray hair dark again. I've read the research on this supplement and have previously written an entire review of Tru Niagen research. But I never tried it for myself. Now, for the first time, I will reveal what happened when I took Niagen for 30 days. This is my 30-day experiment. Did it work for me? Let's find out.

What Is Tru Niagen?
TRU Niagen is the hottest anti-aging supplement on Earth. This supplement is a form of niacin (vitamin B3). Technically called nicotinamide riboside (nick-oh-tin-a-mide rhy-bow-side), Niagen is a “NAD booster supplement.” NAD is a substance that helps us make energy.
When our mitochondria (the energy factories in our cells) can't make energy effectively, this can lead to defects in our cells. These defects seem to be linked to disease – and even aging. By raising NAD levels, Niagen might slow down or reverse some of these problems. It's a fascinating concept.
Research does show Tru Niagen can significantly raise NAD levels in humans. While clinical studies proving this supplement slows aging or reduces disease have not yet been conducted, there are many people who have said this supplement has helped them feel better. It is because of those testimonials I decided to put this supplement to the test.
Why I Decided To Try Tru Niagen
If you've read my other reviews, you know I usually don't experiment with too many supplements. I prefer to look at the science and draw my conclusions. But, since I've been told so many interesting benefits of Tru Niagen, I decided to give it a whirl and see what happened.
It's no secret I've been skeptical of Tru Niagen – very skeptical – and other nicotinamide riboside supplements for a long time. Yes, there is some research, but there's not as much human proof as I'd like.
I thought I'd make a good Guinea pig for this experiment because:
- I am skeptical. I highly doubt I'd fall for the placebo effect
- I've read the clinical research on this supplement
- I'm honest and unbiased.
If Niagen worked for me, I would be overjoyed to tell you about its health benefits.
Why Did I Pick Tru Niagen?
TruNiagen isn't the only nicotinamide riboside supplement. There is also Niacel and Elysium Basis. Both are popular supplements. I specifically picked Niagen because this is the supplement made by ChromaDex, the company that invented nicotinamide riboside. They hold the patent on this stuff. This is also the company everybody else gets their NR from, too.
How Much Tru Niagen Did I Use?
For 30 days, I took 250mg of Tru Niagen per day. I picked this dosage because that's what was suggested on the bottle. I took 1 capsule in the morning, usually with breakfast and another capsule mg at dinner time.
On the first day, I took only one capsule just to see if there were any side effects. After noticing no side effects, I increased the dosage to 250mg per day, which I took every day during my month-long experiment.
Why A 30-Day Experiment?
When I decided to start this experiment, there wasn't much human clinical research on nicotinamide riboside. I hoped my experiment would spark future research. More importantly, when I scanned online testimonials, I saw several people saying they experienced significant results in 30 days or less.
My Basic Statistics
It is good for you to know who I am. This will help you better figure out if my results with TruNiagen would be similar to yours. So who am I?
I am a middle-aged guy who is pretty healthy overall. I don't smoke or drink and I don't have any major health problems. I do not suffer from:
- diabetes
- high blood pressure
- heart disease
- cancer
- high cholesterol or triglycerides
or any other serious health disorders. I do suffer from tinnitus which I've told you about previously.
I try to work out a few times a week, but I admit I do not get as much exercise as I should. I do try to eat well – I start each day with a healthy smoothie – but I'll likely eat anything that's chocolate – especially cookies.
Basically, I'm the average Joe.
Does Nicotinamidede Riboside Cause Cancer?
Update: Nicotinamide Riboside & Cancer
Tru Niagen 30 -Day Experiment Results
OK, here's what happened after 30 days. I'll break this down into several different categories to make it easier to scan and make sense out of. I'll summarize all the results afterward too.
Tru Niagen And Blood Pressure: Any Reductions?
- Day 1: 106/64
- Day 30: 105/69
My blood pressure did not change significantly during my 30-day Niagen experiment. My blood pressure has always been good. There are days when my BP has been even lower than this. Other studies have also noted no change in blood pressure.
Did Tru Niagen Boost Stamina and Energy Levels?
Some have told me TruNiagen boosted their energy during the day. In other words, they felt more pep to get through the day. I did not experience this effect. During my 30-day procedure, there were times when I felt good – and other days when I was dragging.
In other words, I did not notice any improvement in energy levels from how I normally feel. I did not experience more or less energy during the day. I've seen some people say they experienced more energy very soon after taking Niagen. This did not happen to me.
Any Exercise Benefits?
I have heard from others how nicotinamide riboside helps them boost their workouts in the gym. I wish I could say it worked for me but I didn't notice any change in how I felt during exercise. I also did not observe any improvements in fitness level either.
I felt the same as usual: I had good days and not-so-good days. During my 30-day experiment, I didn't feel nicotinamide riboside helped me last longer in the gym or provided any benefits during or after exercise.
Does Tru Niagen Improve Sleep?
Some online testimonials describe Niagen improving sleep and helping people go to sleep faster, sleep better and be less groggy when they wake up in the morning. I noticed no changes in my sleeping pattern, quality of sleep or how long it took me to wake up in the morning. I've always been a pretty fast riser in the morning.
I did not notice any changes in dreams either. Some have reported TRU Niagen use caused more vivid dreams. I did not experience this. Likewise, Niagen did not produce any insomnia either.
Niagen did not seem to help me need less sleep at night either. I often get 6-7 hours of sleep a night. This requirement did not change. I'm a light sleeper and didn't notice any changes in this during my 30-day trial.
I am also a pretty early riser (5 a.m.) and often start my day immediately. I did not notice any change in how quickly I woke up in the morning.
Did It Help With Weight Loss?
My body weight did not change during my month-long experiment. While I did not test my body fat during this time, the scale told me I did not lose or gain any weight. Niagen is not promoted for weight loss but I thought I'd add this in case anyone was curious.
Effects On Hair, Skin, And Nails
I saw no difference in my skin, hair or nails. When reviewing amazon testimonials for this supplement, I noticed some saying their hair color returned to its youthful appearance after 1 month. Be skeptical of claims like this. I saw no change in hair color (darn!). No new hair growth either (double darn!!)
My nails tend to grow pretty fast because I eat vegetables on a regular basis. I didn't notice any change in how quickly my nails grew. As for the skin, if Niagen helped, I didn't notice it. I'm just as cute now as I was before
For more on hair, skin, and nails, see these reviews:
Tru Niagen And Aches/Pains
While I don't really have many aches and pains, one thing I do experience are some aches in my feet when I get up in the morning. It's not debilitating and goes away after about 5 seconds. I attribute this to a little osteoarthritis, in the feet, probably due to the running I did when I was younger.
Let me be clear: this aching is mild, and 99% of the time, there is no pain. I bring this up because I was curious if Tru Niagen would reduce this very mild achy feeling. I've seen testimonials from people saying this supplement reduced pain.
I saw no differences in my feet aches during my 30-day TruNiagen trial. There was no reduction and no increase in what I experienced. Remember this as you read online testimonials of those saying nicotinamide riboside supplements reduce pain. In this healthy guy, mild aches were not reduced.
Tru Niagen And Tinnitus
Can Niagen help tinnitus (ringing in the ears) or Meniere's disease? Before my experiment, I had seen people reporting online at various websites about Niagen helping reduce Meniere's symptoms such as ear ringing, dizziness, and feelings of fullness in the ears.
While I, fortunately, don't often have these side effects, I do experience an almost constant ringing in my left ear. After 30 days of Niagen use (250mg per day), I did not notice any reduction in ringing in my left ear. Like always, there were good and bad days. Niagen use did not reduce – or make worse – my tinnitus symptoms.
Tru Niagen And Mental Focus
One of my strengths is I can focus for long hours on a single topic. As proof, see these very long reviews:
So, I don't usually have a problem with staying focused. But, I'd take any advantage I could get. During my experiment, I did not notice any mental performance improvements or changes in my ability to focus on things that needed to be done. My mental clarity did not improve.
Did Tru Niagen Improve My Memory?
I observed no improvement in memory during my experiment. To be fair, I teach many classes and often have to think on my feet, so I've got a pretty good memory. Niagen did not improve or reduce my memory.
Any Mood Changes or Effects? Depression Or Elation?
Generally, I'm a pretty happy, even-tempered person. Do I have bad days? Of course. We all do. I observed no change in mood from day 1 to day 30.
I generally remain calm during difficult situations. As an example, A friend once said I was almost like a “Vulcan.” While I prefer Captain Picard to Mr. Spock, I took it as a testament to my even-keel nature. Do I have my moments when this isn't so – you bet. Did Niagen help calm those less-than-Vulcan moments? Nope.
Did It Help Food Cravings?
OK, I admit it, I like cookies. While I would not exactly call them cravings when I do get them, I enjoy them. During the 30 days I used this supplement, I saw no reduction in my desire for cookies or anything sweet.
Summary: Tru Niagen Experiment Results
Here is a quick summary of my results from taking 250mg of Tru Niagen per day for 30 days:
- Blood Pressure: no difference
- Energy Levels: no difference
- Workouts: no difference
- Sleep pattern: no difference
- Weight loss: no difference
- Hair, skin and nails: no difference
- Aches and pains: no difference
- Tinnitus symptoms: no difference
- Focus: no difference
- Memory: no difference
- Mood: no difference
- Cravings for sweets: no difference
Tru Niagen Side Effects & Adverse Reactions
I did not experience any negative side effects from this supplement.
Tru Niagen did not cause any flushing of my face. Remember Niagen is a form of the vitamin niacin (vitamin B3) which is known to cause skin flushing. In at least one Niagen study, flushing has been observed. I saw no such side effect during my 30-day trial.
I observed no change in my heartbeat rhythm during this experiment. One person on Amazon has reported irregular heartbeats with Niagen use. I did not experience this. As an aside, I did notice irregular heartbeats when I experimented with Tribulus Terrestris, an herbal testosterone supplement, but that product is very different from TruNiagen. See that review for more insights.
In short, Niagen caused no bad side effects after 1 month of use.
Problems With My Experiment
The scientist in me knows my little experiment was not perfect. Here are 6 things you should consider when interpreting my results.
- I only took Niagen for a month. While I am confident Niagen significantly raised my cellular NAD levels, it could take longer for health benefits to show up.
- I'm only one person. Generally the more people in a study, the better.
- I only used 250mg per day. This was the dosage recommended on the bottle. It's possible higher dosages may have different/better results.
- I did not do any before/after blood tests on myself. So I don't know if Niagen changed my cholesterol, HDL, LDL, or blood sugar. Researchers in one study saw no change in blood sugar or insulin sensitivity in overweight men who used 2000 mg of Niagen after 3 months of use. If 2000 mg didn't work, I doubt if the dosage I used would have worked either. To be honest, that study did show a reduction in triglycerides. This is to be expected since niacin is well known to have that effect.
- I relied on my own subjective feelings. To be fair, I did this because that's what others are doing too. When you read an online testimonial, those people are just reporting what they experienced. That's what I did.
- I am a healthy guy. It's possible unhealthy people may experience health benefits which I did not observe.
So Does Tru Niagen Work?
I hope this unbiased, 30-day experiment helps you decide whether Tru Niagen is right for you – or sparks your interest to try it yourself. I respect -and am envious – of those who report health benefits with Tru Niagen supplementation. After 30 days of use, I perceived no beneficial results -and no side effects – when I took this NAD booster supplement for one month.
Here's Tru Niagen on Amazon
Donna Nass says
Testing on yourself makes no sense. You did not have any of the issues that it helps with, so how could it fix non existent problems.
Joe Cannon says
Donna, I hear what you are saying. I’ve heard from others with no apparent issues that they were helped by Tru Niagen. It’s ironic you say this because other people criticize me because I usually don’t personally test the supplements I review here. So I guess I can’t win either way
Jennie Barton says
ordered tru niagen weeks ago. Have not received. Help
Joe Cannon says
Hi Jeannie, did you order tru niagen from the company directly? or from Amazon, ebay etc?
Chris Grant says
David Sinclair, the discoverer of Niagen takes 1000mg of it every morning. To be fair, you simply have not taken enough. The companies who produce it churn it out in only small doses.
Joe Cannon says
Chris, I don’t think Dr. Sinclair invented Tru Niagen (nicotinamide riboside). In every interview I’ve heard of Sinclairs, he says he takes NMN (Nicotinamide mononucleotide).
Christopher L Grant says
Oh I take NMN (not Niagen). In his book “Lifespan” David Sinclair says he takes 2 x 500mg NMN capsules every morning, with Resveratrol and Metformin too. Sinclair says he has a huge personal stock of NMN left over from his experiments! Therefore the companies only packaging NMN in lower doses are a bit of a ripoff.
Of course, no-one knows how pure the sold stuff is actually. He also said the laboratory mice were subjected to massive doses relative to their size. But I have heard of older women starting menstruating once again and grey hair turning dark again. So I can live in hope until conclusive evidence arrives.
Roseann says
I love your experiment coverage of yourself and Niagen! Very interesting with a lot of humor added. Well, Joe, you have taken good care of yourself through the years, you exercise, eat wonderfully well (and everyone needs cookies now and then), you are very educated on which supplements to take, and you are PRETTY young over all, both chronologically and internally! Plus being so cute! Which is true.
So maybe you are right, and Niagen would work better in older, decrepit people who can’t really exercise because of spine and joint issues, who don’t eat terribly well all the time, and who have medical issues and a lot of pain! The opposite of YOU! So, I purchased Niagen from your review of Nestle’s NAD booster, and I will try to write a 1 person study on myself and Niagen once I get it. I’ll let you know. OK?
Your faithful reader, Roseann
Joe Cannon says
Roseann, I will look forward to learning how Tru Niagen works for you. Hopefully you feel some benefits. Thanks for the complements too – I do like cookies too
Margaret Iverson says
Can this supplement cause harm? Interact with medications? Just wondering.
Joe Cannon says
Hi Margaret, so I’m not aware of any interactions of Tru Niagen and medications. That doesn’t mean there isn’t any. There is not much research on this. I can tell you when I tried it for 30 days I didn’t notice any problems. I don’t believe anybody has told me of side effects either.
Here is my deep dive into the research which may help you: http://supplementclarity.com/nicotinamide-riboside-review/
June says
Hi
I took 1 gram of true Niagen and right away could feel the difference in increasing of my energy level. I felt like having coffee over dose. Had a headache after 4 days of taking. Then stopped for a week and started again from 1 cap and built up to 4 caps now. No side affect but energy level is not as good as taking 1 gram( 8 caps) a day. When I took one cap I didn’t notice any changes. I am planing to increase the dosage up to 1 gram a day.
Joe Cannon says
June, you were using more than most of the Niagen studies used. Most studies I’ve seen used 250-500 mg per day. why did you decide to take 1 gram per day?
Mark patrick says
Hi joe and all, I’ve been taking resveratrol and NR together for just a week and every day I feel a boost in overall energy. I am however not taking tru niagen but another brand. it comes in 500 mg tabs and I’m taking 2 per day and feel amazing (no hype). I am also on a keto diet (started months before starting NR).
The dose I take is the one recommended by the scientist David Sinclair who was involved in the mice experiments. I have come across comments that NR should be accompanied by TMG supplementation because of the effect on the methyl system. can you confirm this? I seem to be getting great results so far. Kindest regards, Mark.
Joe Cannon says
Hi Mark, Im glad to hear you are having such good results. I do think resveraal pick than pterostilbene whcih Ive written about previously.
I have not seen anything on NR + keto diet. Since you said you started doing Keto before taking NR, it sounds more like your effects are due to NR rather than keto or a combination of keto + NR (just a guess on my part).
likelwise I have not seen any research on combining NR with TMG (also called betaine). I have seen some references that TMG may raise LDL (bad cholesterol) and total cholesterol but Ive seen others saying it does not. Monitor your levels if you try this combination. I’d want to see clincal proof that the NR / TMG combination is better than NR (or NR + resveratrol).
I hope this helps Mark. Keep us posted on how you are doing
Christopher L Grant says
what is TMG?
Joe Cannon says
Chrisopher, TMG is short for trimethyl glycine. Another name is betaine. Here are a couple of videos I made on it
TMG and weight loss: fact or fiction
Can TMG/Betaine make you stronger
John Van Dyke says
Hi Joe,
I also took the Niagen and with the pterostilbene. First two months 270 mg/day, same results as you i.e. zip. Then 4 months later I took it again for three months. Again zip.
I think it is a very expensive hype/scam.
Joe Cannon says
John, thanks for sharing your experiences. I wish both of us felt and saw differences. Take a look at my review on pterostilbene
Pterostilbene review
Larry B. says
I want to thank you for a non-hyped, honest review. I am a 65 yr old male in reasonable health. I have been taking Tru Niagen (2 a day) for about a year now with pterostilbene . I am one of those who experienced more vivid dreaming, better concentration and seems to have helped my skin some as well. (My subjective experience )
I did not see dramatic changes in a 1 month time frame but was much more gradual especially for skin and concentration, not remarkable – just improvement. Again thanks for a review that seemed fair and honest.
Joe Cannon says
Hi Larry, thanks for sharing and Im so glad to hear Niagen has been helping you. I agree it may take longer than 1 month to see changes. Question, have you noticed any changes in your LDL level (bad cholesterol)? Just curious. I have seen some research suggesting pterostilbene might raise LDL levels. I need to look more into this so was wondering if you or anyone else have noticed any differences.
Larry B. says
Joe,
My LDL levels have always been pretty good and I don’t monitor them the way I should. I can’t give you any input on that. Back to Niagen though I noted that you said “middle-aged guy”. this makes me thing you are not the person that this was meant for as NAD levels fall as you get older.
I guess the problem with this type of Ad Hoc testing is that there really is no before during and after results. Kind of like taking vitamin A when your body doesn’t need it. IMHO.
Joe Cannon says
Larry, I like to think I’m middle age, since my grandmother lived to 104
Franck Dernoncourt says
> For 30 days, I took 500 mg of Tru Niagen per day. I picked this dosage because that’s what was suggested on the bottle. I took 250 mg in the morning, usually with breakfast and 250 mg at dinner time.
On Amazon, I read that the Tru Niagen bottle advises 250 mg/day (the serving size is 2 capsules, each serving is 250mg, and they recommend 2 capsules/day).
Joe Cannon says
Franck, you are correct! I re-read my bottle. I was taking 250 mg/day as recommended. The print on the bottle was so small I must have misread it. I’ve corrected my review. Thank you so much for bringing this to my attention.
Jonathan says
Hey Joe,
I have not tried niacinamide unless it is the same a B3 which I has as part of a B complex supplement I had taken in the past.
Did you try Niagen with Pterostilbene? I always take it first thing in the AM with a cup of coffee.
I am still on a search for something to improve my ability to focus…any recommendations would be welcome. I currently take All Day Focus Factor… I find the effects last only 2-3 hours.
Jonathan
Joe says
Hi Johathan, My guess is niacinamide is whats in your B complex vitamin. I did not try pterostilbene in addition to niagen. That’s what’s in Elysium Basis.
Here’s my Elysium Basis review see that for more info on Pterostilbene.
Black tea has some evidence for it helping focus. Thats probably due to its caffeine content. Oolong tea does as well. oolong tea also has some caffeine.
Your all day focus factor -is that the same as “Focus Factor” the memory supplement?
Heres The Focus Factor review
Jonathan says
Hello
I am 57, high blood pressure (I take medication for this), mild arthritis in my hands and feet, drink and slightly over weight. I normally sleep 4-5 hours per night (most of my life)
Here are the results using your bullet-ed format:
Blood Pressure: I have average BP under medication it dropped about 4pts (116/76 vs 120/80)
Energy Levels: I would not say I had more energy … just more enthusiasm to do things (see below)
Workouts: I do yoga and work out – more flexibility in yoga (very noticeable) less muscle pain after intense workouts. No gain in strength
Sleep pattern: very vivid dreams
Weight loss: I am walking more and therefore am burning more calories – so yes and no
Hair, skin and nails: no difference
Aches and pains: big difference, much less joint pain – after years of pain. I think this is the reason I have more enthusiasm…who wants to walk on sore feet
Tinnitus symptoms: no difference (yes I have it)
Focus: no difference. This is the reason I started taking this…big disappointment.
Memory: no difference
Mood: maybe calmer
Cravings for sweets: no difference
Night vision: big difference – the blazing super nova car lights reduced 30%
I am now into month 4 (above is all from month 1).
Other changes after month 1
Vision: I am very near sighted – all the sudden I had issue focusing. Went to the eye doctor, my vision improved 1 dioptic so I needed new lenses. This is not uncommon with aging according to the eye doctor.
Sleep – Falling asleep is far easier for some reason. While dreams are more vivid, they are not as vivid as the first month
Skin – my kids have said my skin looks better as of late (random comments) I do not see any change
I have recommended this to around 18 people. Here is my unscientific polling :
3 – No effect whats so ever (one was my wife)
12 – significant improvement in 2 or more areas mentioned above
3 – much better sleep (no other improvement)
I used to take supplements and stopped about 3 years ago. Frankly I did not feel any positive effects although I still take fish oil.
I have taken Niagen (250 per day) with Pterostilbene for 4 months and would have to say that I feel way better. Most of the folks that I recommended this to feel the same.
Joe says
Hi Jonathan, thanks so much for reporting the results of taking Niagen
I am very glad to hear you have been experiencing benefits from it.
I’ve heard others say they had more vivid dreams too but as for why, I cannot say.
Sorry to hear it didn’t help your tinnitus. I know how annoying that can be…
it sounds like, for you there have been enough advantages to keep taking it. I wish I had some of those benefits myself.
Question, did you ever try switching to niacinamide to see if you had similar improvements? Just curious. This is the study I’d love to see conducted.
Chuck H. says
Thx for an honest review. I also took niagen for a month and got the same results as you..none. P.S..Science has also shot a bunch of holes in the antioxident theory.
Joe says
Hi Chuck, thanks for sharing that! I also think aging is more complicated than just antioxidants/free radicals.
Skip Martin says
Joe — I know there is a lot of interest in NR, NAD+, NIAGEN, etc.
Thought you might be interested in this article about a new company which has been created to test these substances: https://www.gizbot.com/miscellaneous/news/ai-scientists-plan-extend-our-lives-boosting-our-nad-metabolism-053225.html
Joe says
Skip, interesting stuff. Thanks for passing this along to me. I’ll be looking forward to seeing what they come up with.
Roseann says
Dear Average Joe,
OK, I freely admit that I am very envious of you-no major health problems, except for tinnitus, which I also have in both ears, no minor health problems, a calm disposition, intelligent, unbiased, with an amazing BP, an exercise trainer who is not fat, etc.
But since I love what you write, I’ll have to swallow my envy and keep reading your information. I see that this product is very expensive, so I guess I’ll not take it unless I win the lottery, which would be VERY HARD since I don’t buy lottery tickets!
Since I just had back surgery, I can’t exercise other than walking (which I couldn’t do pre-op). So I guess I’ll have to eat well and tolerate dyeing my hair since this product won’t turn it back to normal. Big sigh.
If only a pill could do it all for me, I’d be happy, as long as it did not cost a lot, which this product does cost a lot.
Joe says
Hi Roseann, If it makes you feel better, my body fat is higher than it should be LOL. It sounds like you are making fantastic progress since your back surgery. The ability to be able to walk when you could not before is amazing! I’m very glad to hear you are doing so well
Jim says
How does Niagen compare to Niacel?
Joe says
Hi Jim, Niagen and Niacel are the same thing. They both contain nicotinamide riboside. I believe Niacel is a supplement by a company called Thorne Research. They get their nicotinamide riboside from Chromadex, the maker of Niagen. Both Niacel and Niagen contain nicotinamide riboside as their key active ingredients.
Beth says
I swear, this stuff has been helping me in the gym. I have been taking niagen for 4 months though. Maybe you did not take it long enough to see results?
Joe says
Hi Beth, that’s possible. I decided to do my experiment because of all the stuff Ive heard others saying. While most who said Niagen worked didn’t specifically mention how much they were taking, I wanted to see if I took what was officially recommended. I’m always open to the possibility it may take longer for Niagen to work or that higher dosages may lead to better results.
Regardless, I’m glad to hear its working for you
Linda says
So since you didn’t see any differences are you saying it doesn’t work?
Joe says
Hi Linda, not necessarily. I can only say I did not notice any changes. It’s possible Niagen results might take longer than a month to show up. Its also possible higher dosages than what I used might be needed too. Some of the Niagen research has used more than what I used. If you decide to try Niagen, let me know what happens
KC Bajai says
You were the one that said, “exercise is the closest thing we have to the fountain of youth.” Thus despite the many reviews you’ve written on supplements, I use only the basics, that seem to work for me, but no commercially hyped name brand products.
I have relied on fitness, exercise and nutrition since that fateful day in 2005. I’ve grown younger, stronger and leaner since then. So say friends, family and even strangers who are generally about 10-15 years off at guessing my age.
Joe says
KC, thanks for sharing that. yes when in doubt we can’t go wrong withe basic stuff. So glad the exercise and nutrition is paying off for you.

Sleep pattern: no difference
Weight loss: no difference
Hair, skin and nails: no difference
Aches and pains: no difference
Tinnitus symptoms: no difference
Focus: no difference
