Update 9/4/20. In TV commercials, football great, Joe Theismann has said his “aging prostate was giving me fits” until he started taking Super Beta Prostate, after which, he said, “now I don’t have to go to the bathroom as often and I usually sleep through the night.” TV commercials featuring actor, William Devane have said similar stuff. TV commercials also state that Super Beta Prostate is the “number 1 non-prescription formula for prostate health.” That's nice but, does it really work? In this Super Beta Prostate review, I'm going to disregard what the paid actors say and look for research on this supplement because this is the best way to know if it really works. By the end of this review, you'll have a better idea of whether Super Beta Prostate is right for you.
Super Beta Prostate Benefits
According to TV commercials and other ads, Super Beta Prostate is said to help men in these areas
- Supports normal prostate function
- Fewer trips to the bathroom at night
- Fewer trips the bathroom during the day
- Better sleep
- Better love life
- More confidence during the day
Super Beta Prostate Ingredients
When I looked, the website for the product (betaprostate.com) did not tell how much of each ingredient it contained but fortunately, NewVitality.com did show the ingredient amounts.
That site indicates that 1 Bottle of Super Beta Prostate contains 30 capsules. A serving is 2 capsules. So, 1 bottle will last 15 days. 1 bottle of super beta prostate contains the following ingredients

Note. The supplement used to contain pygeum bark powder. Labels appearing on Super Beta Prostate website no longer list this ingredient. See below for more on pygeum.
Other Ingredients
Super Beta Prostate also contains these ingredients: Stearic Acid, Micro Crystalline Cellulose, Oyster Shell, Croscarmellose Sodium, Magnesium Stearate, Pharmaceutical Glaze. As far as I can tell, these other ingredients play no role in how the product works.
The product also contains Shellfish (Oyster) & Soy which may be of interest to those who are allergic to these ingredients.
Beta Prostate Research
Clinical studies conducted specifically on Super Beta Prostate cannot be located. No clinical research specifically on this supplement are not listed on either BetaProstate.com or NewVitality.com. Clinical databases such as Pubmed.gov reveal no research either.
While this supplement has several minerals and vitamins that – in theory- might help “support” prostate health, I'm not convinced most men are deficient in any of these nutrients (with the exception of maybe vitamin D). As such, I won't factor them into this review.
Instead, let's look at the research on the 2 ingredients in Super Beta Prostate I feel have the most prostate research. Those ingredients are:
- Beta-sitosterol
- Pygeum Bark (no longer listed on the product label)
If we can see the research on these ingredients, we can better determine if super beta prostate works or not.
Beta-Sitosterol
Beta-sitosterol (Serenoa repens) is the main ingredient in Super Beta Prostate. It's from this ingredient that the “beta” in “Super Beta Prostate” comes from. This ingredient specifically mentioned during TV commercials, which also makes us know its the key ingredient:
Two capsules of SBP contain 600 mg of Beta-sitosterol. This is a dosage similar to those used in clinical studies.
How Does Beta-Sitosterol Work?
The herb, saw palmetto contains beta-sitosterol. This ingredient can inhibit an enzyme that can contribute to enlarged prostates (BPH). That enzyme is called 5 alpha-reductase.
By inhibiting this enzyme, beta-sitosterol reduces levels of DHT – dihydrotestosterone. DHT plays a role in Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH), a medical condition where the cells of the prostate gland grow in size. This condition can make it difficult for men to urinate.
Several studies have noted beta-sitosterol can improve symptoms of BPH.
For example, researchers in Germany noted beta-sitosterol was more effective at improving BPH symptoms than placebo after 18 months of use.
Researchers in the US have also noted beta-sitosterol improved urine flow in men with BPH symptoms.
Several showing positive results have used dosages of between 100-400 mg of beta-sitosterol. Super Beta Prostate provides more than this – 600 mg – in each 2 capsule serving.
For more on Saw Palmetto / Beta-Sitosterol, see these reviews
- Prosvent (prostate supplement)
- Nutrafol (hair growth supplement
- Androzene (sex/ testosterone supplement)
- Ageless Male (sex / testosterone supplement)
Pygeum Bark
Pygeum Bark (Pygeum africanumno) longer is listed on the Super Beta Prostate Label. I'll leave this section in case your supplement contains it. Pygeum has anti-inflammatory properties and may – in theory- play a role in slowing prostate growth. Pygeum also appears to inhibit 5 alpha-reductase enzyme-like beta-sitosterol does – reducing DHT levels.
So does it work? Researchers in France, after reviewing 25 years of previous investigations noted pygeum was “an effective and exceptionally well-tolerated treatment for mild and moderate symptomatic BPH.”
Researchers in the US, have also stated pygeum may be effective, although the authors felt more and better studies needed to be done.
Other research hints pygeum may slow the growth of the prostate too.
While pygeum no longer appears to be in Super Beta Prostate, clinical studies showing successful results have used to 100 – 200 mg per day
Does Super Beta Prostate Reduce Prostate Size?
There is no evidence Super Beta Prostate can reduce the size of the prostate. Research notes beta-sitosterol cannot do this although some research hints pygeum might.
Does Super Beta Prostate Lower PSA Levels?
One sign of prostate cancer is higher PSA levels. Saw palmetto does not seem to reduce PSA values. If you try this supplement, it might be a good idea to test your PSA levels before starting Super Beta Prostate and inform your urologist you are using this supplement also.
Your doctor and/or pharmacist can shed more light on this supplement as well as its effects on PSA and other prostate tests you may be getting.

Super Beta Prostate P3 Advanced
There are 2 different versions of this supplement
- Super Beta Prostate
- Super Beta Prostate P3 Advanced
How are they different from each other? Here's a side-by-side comparison
Super Beta Prostate | Super Beta Prostate P3 Advanced |
Vitamin D 400 IU | Vitamin D 1600 IU |
Calcium 80 mg | Calcium 40 mg |
Zinc 15 mg | Zinc 15 mg |
Selenium 70 mg | Selenium 70 mcg |
Copper 2 mg | Copper 2 mg |
Manganese 2 mg | Manganese 2 mg |
Chromium 120 mcg | Chromium 120 mcg |
Molybdenum 75 mcg | Molybdenum 75 mcg |
Phytosterols 600 mg | ProstaFend 624 mg |
Beta-sitosterol 250 mg | Phytosterols 600mg |
Boron 3 mg | Beta-sitosterol 250 mg |
Silica 20 mg | Lycopene 15 mg |
Reishi mushroom 6mg | |
Boron 3 mg | |
Silica 20 mg |
From this table we can see there are 3 additional ingredients:
- ProstaFend (624 mg)
- Lycopene (15 mg)
- Reishi mushroom (6 mg)
What is ProstaFend?
On the P3 Advanced label, ProstaFend is listed separately from the other ingredients. Yet, on the SuperBeta3p.com website, they give the impression ProstaFend is composed of plant sterols, lycopene, and reishi mushroom. But, if that's true, why is it listed separately? Also, the dosages don't add up.
If ProstaFend is made up of 600 mg plant sterols + 15 mg lycopene +6 mg of reishi mushroom, this adds up to 621 mg total. Yet, the supplement lable says there is 624 mg of ProstaFend.
From the SuperBeta3p.com website, they call it the “cornerstone” of P3 Advanced. That's nice but I'd like more info on what this is. FYI ProstaFend is a trademarked word. There is no such nutrient called ProstaFend.
As for Reishi mushroom (Ganoderma lucidum), as pointed out in my Reishi mushroom review, there is 1 study showing 6 mg of reishi improved urin flow in men with prostate problems. This is exactly the dosage in Advanced Super Beta Prostate P3. That's good.
So, is Advanced P3 Super Beta Prostate Better? It's hard to say because clinical studies that compare them to each other cannot be located.
Super Beta P3 Advanced costs a bit more than regular Super Beta Prostate. A 30 day supply is $42.95 +6.99 Shipping/Handling ($49.94 total).

Super Beta Prostate Spokespeople
While current TV commercials feature a man, known only as”Christian,” over the years, there have been several others who have served as spokespersons for this supplement. They include:
- Joe Theismann (football player)
- William Devane (actor)
- Hulk Hogan (pro wrestler)
- “Christian” (current spokesperson)
At least one of the doctors shown on TV commercials (Dr. Cloyce Martin) is also an actor as well. Nothing wrong with this. Doctors can be actors too. Another physician previously featured on TV commercials was Dr. Jeff Zielinski, who is also an actor.
Super Beta Prostate vs. Prosvent

Ingredients That Might Work
Based on what I was able to determine, if Super Beta Prostate works, I feel the evidence is strongest for:
I see the prostate studies on these 2 ingredients than the others.
Super Beta Prostate Side Effects
Super Beta Prostate is likely very safe in most people. For those who have health issues, here are some things to consider. This list is not complete:
- Start with less for the first week
- Stop taking at least 2 weeks before having surgery
- Speak to your doctor if you take any blood thinner medications
- Speak to your doctor if you take any prostate medicine
- Beta-sitosterol may cause erection problems and lower sex drive in some men. It's rare but some have reported it. Others might not notice any difference.
Does Super Beta Prostate Work?
The ingredients make sense and it does appear the supplement contains dosages of key ingredients used in research. Several people I know have told me this supplement helped them sleep better by reducing the times they go to the bathroom at night. For men with prostate problems, this may be a supplement worth trying out.

Thank you Joe for your what appears to be unbiased opinion. I was “googling” around and found your site because I have been debating to stick with the Super Beta Prostate or give it up. I’ve been using it for about 90 days now, and not noticing a difference. My doctor had me on Flo Max (spelling?) for about 90 days, and I got no relief on that either.
I’m going nuts getting up 7-8x per night. My typical bedtime is 10:30 or so and it is 5 or 6 up until about 2:30, then I am usually able to sleep til about 6 when I have to go.
Still not sure what I will do. I do appreciate your honest insight. Thank you. Keep up the good work.
Joe says
JD, you are quite welcome. Happy you were able to find me out there.

I have long experience with using Super Beta Prostate, having been turned on to it by my father, who used it to control his BPH. I’ve used it for probably around 10 years or so; I started developing issues with BPH somewhere around my late 40s, and once I started taking SPB I noticed definite improvement in the symptoms.
I would like to share one amazing synergistic supplement that I found, when combined daily with SPB supplementation, results in even better (I would call it very impressive) results, and that’s Oil of Oregano. (This may be considered a “side track” post on my part, but since this is such a good “ally” supplement in my experience, I’d like to provide this side detail information.)
This natural oil extracted from the oregano plant’s seeds (this is the real oregano species, Oreganum vulgaris) is a very powerful anti-inflammatory agent. I started taking oil of oregano internally around 8 years ago, mainly for its very powerful immune system boosting effects. (I formerly would get 3-5 bouts with nasty colds / flu every winter, and very quickly this went down to very few or no bouts with colds / flu… and when I did catch a virus, it was very short-lived, with much reduced severity, and I recovered MUCH quicker.
This pronounced immune boosting effect has continued all these years that I’ve been using oil of oregano.)
After a while taking both supplements, I noticed a much more dramatic reduction in my symptoms of BPH. I don’t think this is a coincidence. I attribute it to the powerful anti-inflammatory effects of oil of oregano, combined with the effects of beta sitosterol and the pygeum extract.
(Note that I also use oil of oregano for my osteo-arthritic knees, to reduce inflammation and related pain during exercise, in my case very athletic-level road cycling / bicycling. I rub in 5 drops on each kneecap before going out to ride, and it reduces pain and inflammation very significantly.)
It’s important to note that the quality of the extracted oil of oregano is important, in terms of how effective it is. I’ve found an online source that has very high quality oil, and have stuck with it all these years.
Also very important to note: Oil of oregano, if taken internally in the pure liquid oil form, can have a very irritating effect (until your body gets accommodated to it) of the throat lining, esophagus, and stomach. This effect is called the “Herxheimer effect” and it’s recommended to start off with lower doses of the oil, then up the dosage a bit over time.
You can get oil of oregano in capsules, which eliminates the issue with throat / esophagus irritation from using the pure oil extract (most sources actually cut the pure oil of oregano with olive oil, which is necessary to help reduce the Herxheimer effect).
NOTE also that “MORE IS NOT BETTER.” Past a certain dosage, especially in terms of immune system support, overdosing on this oil just results in pronounced gastric distress. So be conservative with it. This stuff is really strong.
I myself get the oil extract (diluted with olive oil) in a dropper bottle (not capsule form). I take 5 drops every morning (beginning users should start with no more than 3 drops). NOTE that you can’t just drop this straight in your mouth. It will burn like crazy; it’s that strong. I use a small shot glass, put a small amount of purified water in it (maybe 5-6 Tbsp.), and then using the bottle dropper, drop in a drop at a time into the center of the shot glass, floating the oil on the surface in the center. If it migrates to the edge of the glass, it will stick to the sides, so keep it in the center. Carefully lifting the glass and keeping it level, throw the head back and quickly dump it straight down the throat, keeping the throat open and letting it slide straight down the gullet.
You have to suppress the gag reflex; if you gag, then you’ll spread the oil all around your throat / gullet and it will burn like crazy.
Most people will not have the patience or ability to learn this method, so the capsules are a good solution. Just try to get good quality oil.
Closing note: I can testify that SBP has a definite beneficial effect, because for the past six months or so, I’ve been in some financial straights and haven’t been able to purchase it, so have had to do without. My BPH has noticeably worsened since getting off SBP; in particular, it’s taking me longer to initiate and complete urination, and the stream / flow is reduced. So I need to get back on SBP, or maybe find a cheaper solution.
I think I may investigate and see if I can find pure extracts of beta sitosterol and/or pygeum somewhere. (Knowing that you have to be careful; it’s often hard to know if what you’re getting is pure, or adulterated with useless or harmful ingredients.) —
Sorry for the length of this post, but based on my personal experience, I think this is important and potentially useful information to share here.
Joe says
Steve thanks for sharing and for the info on oil of oregano. I didn’t know all that.
Steve says
I forgot to mention one other important thing re: use of Oil of Oregano: Be sure to follow your dose with lots of water. Drinking plenty of water will help to reduce / minimize the Herxheimer effect. I think it also probably aids in absorption and dispersion into your system. Best, in my experience, to take your dose in the a.m. on an empty stomach for best absorption. But do be sure to follow with plenty of water. (You may notice some burping up of strong tasting gases, kind of a gaseous reflux effect. Keep your dosage conservative at first, and let your body acclimate to it. After some time, the Herxheimer effect will lessen or go away… as long as you don’t overdose yourself.)
Another note: Many have noted that some of the best quality oil is sourced from Turkey. That’s where my extract comes from (although my supplier is here in the U.S., buys the pure extract and dilutes it with olive oil).
Also, if you apply this topically, you may notice a burning sensation on the skin. You can cut it with additional olive oil to reduce the burning if you like. (I just tolerate it so I have a good strong topical application for joint pain relief / anti-inflammation, and it goes away after a while.)
I would AVOID giving oil of oregano internally to young children; they can be especially sensitive to this strong oil. Instead (this is a common method with young children when using any strong herbal extract), apply a bit of the oil, pre-diluted with additional olive oil, to the soles of the feet. It will absorb effectively via this route, and you’ll avoid the gastric distress.
In my book, Oil of Oregano is one of the most powerful, useful natural supplements we have. A fantastic immune system booster, and really good anti-inflammatory.
Joe says
Steve, thanks. I will add it to my list and maybe try it one day.
Deborah says
Regarding Super Beta Prostate, my husband has taken medication provided to him by his urologist with very little in the way of results. Our nights together resulted in about 15 trips to use the toilet each night and waits up to 45 minutes for urination. My husband was extremely sleep deprived. We were desperate! My husband talked to another man who told him of the good result that he had with Super Beta Prostate and so we decided to give it a try. This product has been amazing.
My husband has reduced his nightly trips to the toilet to only 3 per night and he is only taking one Super Beta Prostate pill per day. This is the first time in a year that he has made it through an entire day without having to take naps due to his severe sleep deprivation. We are both thankful that we have discovered Super Beta Prostate.
This is a great product and if you are a man with difficulty with urination due to an enlarged prostate, it is worth a try. The product can be bought at health outlets such as GNC without having to sign on for a recurring charge to your credit card.
Terry says
My urologist told me to go online and buy bulk Beta Sitosterol and Pygeum , its cleaner, truer, no fillers, and less expensive plus easy with the help of a capsule machine that makes 40 at a time. it has worked for me for years. I also make my own Turmeric, Ceylon Cinnamon,Spirulina & probiotic.
melissa r says
Purchased the GNC Prostate for my husband, and it did not work. Our Doctor recommended the Dr. Max Powers Prostate Support supplements, and he said it is working so much better. A little more expensive but like the old saying goes YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. So He would recommend the Dr Max Powers brand Prostate supplements over the GHC ones.
Joe says
Melissa, thanks for the feedback. Others have also mentioned Dr Max Powers. Its on my list of things to look at.

Have been using Saw palmetto for about 30 years and that along with Beta Sitosterol(150 mg) from Cell Nutritionals for the past 3 years and I am satisfied with the results. Get up no more than once per nite and not every nite. Daytime is controllable . By the way I am 82 and all seems to be going well.
Joe says
Hal, glad to hear! Happy they are helping you 🙂
Don says
Thanks for all the info…..I don’t plan to use these products. I think you have shown it is a marketing ploy….thanks,
Joe says
Don, I’m glad you found my review helpful.
John Peterson, MS says
First of all beta sitosterol does NOT come from saw palmetto, they are two different substances that have similar effects. Saw Palmetto is a specific plant. Beta sitosterol is extracted from different plant substances. It is much stronger than saw palmetto. It is extracted most commonly from soy which men should not consume. I have very positive results from from a product called Best Prostate. They use pine as a source to extract the beta sitosterol, no soy, and do not mix their product with unnecessary, unproven ingrediants. You can go on their website and read numerous scientific studies which show that their product does work. They give a 30 day no questions asked return policy and do not give automatic refills. They are honest! I have suffered prostate problems including 25 years of chronic prostatitis. I was able to get off Flomax using Best Prostate. They actually tell you that if Best Prostate does not work for you within 30 days, send it back! You can also talk to a live person with questions at their phone number. They do NO advertising except for their website.
Mitch says
Hey Joe, fella’s,
It’s been a while. I switched over from SBP to Prostavar for about 3 months now and after careful comparison I want to report that while I definitely have much reduced symptoms with both products, I believe I had better results (clinically) from SBP. That doesn’t mean I’m in any rush to to go back to SBP, mostly for the same reasons I left; I just wanted to reengage in this conversation and provide my experience in order to add to the research that I found at this site.
Like Volkmon wrote a couple of months back, I too would be very happy to find an outlet where I could purchase the main ingredients of beta sitosterol and pygeum (bark) as stand alone products. Well that’s it from me for now. Thanks again for all the help I’ve received here.
Joe says
Mitch, thanks for the update and I’m glad SBP has been helping improve your symptoms.
Bea says
Thank you for your hard work and research. It saved me so much time!!

Bea, you are VERY welcome 🙂

I really appreciate the thoroughness and “plainspeak” of your review of this product. I am 73 and since a kidney stone removal via the uretha I have had considerable problems due to an enlarged prostate (not sure if connected or just age). Doctors have given me Flo-max and I am trying to see what product will serve me best. Flow-max has definitely interfered with my sex life. Doctor has also suggested saw-palmetto. Any further studies you have done and can refer me will be appreciated. thanks, Tom
Joe says
Tom, thanks I appreciate you saying that! When I think prostate, I think saw palmetto as well. Id think if its going to help, you should know in a month. Also try asking your pharmacist too. I’ve found that they can can be helpful source of information when it comes to supplements.
Bill says
One thing you might want to add to your review is that recent studies have indicated that selenium and vitamin E may actually increase the risk of prostate cancer.
Joe says
Bill, thanks and as you say there have been some research on this.
billsmith1948 says
I consider this and all other so-called supplements worthless and are a scam on the public.

Oh, sorry fellas, for the sake of context and continuity, you should know that Canarsieboy and Mitch Slotnick are one and the same! Weird huh? lol

Hi Joe…I’m 63 with all the symptoms, so I greatly appreciate your review; it confirmed my own research. I’m looking into another product called “Prostatemagic”, which has as its main base, a Chinese herb called Fo-Ti. Are you familiar with this product and/or have you done any research on it? Thx….ty
Joe says
Hi Ty, Ive heard of Fo Ti. its other name is Polygonum Multiflorum. I’m not aware of any prostate research. when I went to the product website I noticed they had a page at the top called “saw palmento.” this is in many prostate supplements. I did see this Fo Ti review on webmd that may help: http://www.webmd.com/vitamins-supplements/ingredientmono-768-fo-ti.aspx?activeingredientid=768&activeingredientname=fo-ti
Mitch Slotnick says
I too have been taking SBP for a long while with no complaints at all, other than being put-off with a (late) auto shipment that contained a small piece of printed paper with tiny print on it. After finding some reading glasses I read it only to see that they included terms & conditions having to do with an arbitration agreement.
As I don’t like this approach where they tell you that if you don’t return the product within 30 days, it means that you give up your legal rights; I am thinking about returning the package and going with another prostate supplement (Prostavar) that has a lot of good press behind it…..and no law suits against it! Man I do not like veiled threats! I have a couple of weeks to mull this over before I need to ship it back, so any guidance at all would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
Joe says
Mitch, Yes I mentioned the arbitration issue in my review. It’s something Ive seen with other supplements I’ve looked at. I think this is a way for supplement companies to protect themselves. You said you’ve used super beta prostate for a while with no complaints (other than the shipping). Has it helped you? If it has helped and your doctor is ok with it, I see no problems but I understand your reservations with there terms and conditions. If SPB works I think its because of the 2 ingredients I mentioned in my review so one option for you is to just buy those 2 ingredients. This might save you money too.
I looked at Prostavar. It also looks like a beta sitosterol supplement. It has other ingredients common with SBP too. While they didn’t mention that they had anything about arbitration, I noticed that the address for product company (suburblife international LLC) was 1171 S. Robertson Blvd. Los Angeles, CA 90035. When I googled this address, a UPS store showed up. Is that where they are located? If you try Prostavar run it past your pharmacist/doctor doctor first if you take any medications. Id think if you try it, you should know in a month if it works.
Volkmon says
Joe,
Thank you so much for this review. My father and his father both suffered from an enlarged prostate. Although I have no symptoms, before he died in 2011 at the age of 67, my father sternly advised me to take preventative action to protect my prostate. I was 46 at the time. As a result, I have been taking SBP since 2011 and still have no indication of prostate problems. This does not mean that I am endorsing the product. In fact, I fell upon your website after my dissatisfaction with New Vitality’s advertising methods. During my search to find a different company that sells the product, I was surprised at what I learned; especially from your review.
Much like Mitch, I have become interested in Prostavar (Thank you for the information about that product). However, since I have no indications of prostate problems, I am in a quandary about what to do–remain with SBP or try Prostavar.
My health is important to me. I exercise, eat selectively, and drink responsibly. Annual checkups also show no indication of prostate problems. Am I wasting time an money on SBP? I turn 50 this week and hope to remain healthy. Living with the effects of prostate problems or other age related problems compromises my vision of a happy and productive life.
You recommended to Mitch that he may consider simply taking the two products that have demonstrated clinical effectiveness–.beta sitosterol and pygeum. Have you reviewed companies who offer these as stand-alone products? I would prefer not to fall pray to the same gimmicks demonstrated by New Vitality.
Thanks in Advance and Happy New Year

Volkmon, As of today, I not aware of any beta sitosterol or pygeum product as standing out above others. One thing I try to do when I consider supplements is stick to companies I’ve heard of that have been around a while. Another idea is to ask your urologist what he /she recommends. They may have heard of specific companies they like. I think if you are getting check ups, exercising and eating well, it sounds like you are doing all you can do to help your prostate. whether super beta prostate is something you need, I don’t know.
Hope that helps and Happy Birthday by the way! 🙂

Joe,
Thanks for responding. It is always helpful to consult someone else on health issues and available products. As you suggest, I will have a chat with my health provider and do some research into supplement companies with a long and reputable history. Thanks for the B-day wish as well.

Hello again Joe. I checked the Prostavar bottle label and the company listing and address jibes with what you listed in your comment. So I guess that is where they are located. I sent back that late arriving SBP order and am now on my 2nd bottle of Prostavar.
I’ve been thinking about how the two products compare and to be honest, I think SBP might be edging out the Prostavar, but not by too much. Again, it’s still too early to make a final call. I think anyone who suffers with multiple trips to the bathroom every night and misses out on deep restful sleep would probably be happy by any relief from that situation.
And yes, they thought I was crazy when I told them I was going to be returning the SBP because of the way they handled their legal business; but I’m not going to give up my legal rights simply by my acceptance of an order from them. What if long term use does cause a horrible health problem? Anyway, I saw a couple of emails generated by the comments left by you and Volkmon and thought I’d chime in.
Oh yeah, btw….Happy Birthday Volkmon! Joe, like the birthday boy, I too appreciate your work and efforts.
Take care fellas.

I use super Beta prostate, and for me it works. It took about six months for me to get the full effect, but now it’s working just fine. No longer am I running to the bathroom every half hour, and I’ am sleeping though the night. On long trips I’am no longer having to stop every hour for that bathroom break.I do however worry about side effects. But so far I have not seen any.
