It seems like every time I log into facebook, Instagram or Twitter, I see ads for a Organifi supplements. Usually it's an ad their Red Juice or their Green Juice or it's some video featuring their CEO, Drew Canole. After seeing the ads and people asking me about them, I became curious. Who makes Organifi supplements? In an effort to help others understand supplement companies better, I did a deep dive into Organifi. This is a review of the company and not the supplements they make. This is what I discovered.
What Is Organifi?
Organifi is an organic supplement company that has a variety of products such as:
- Red Juice
- Green Juice
- Organifi Gold (contains turmeric and reishi mushroom)
- Complete Protein
Here is the reishi mushroom review
The Organifi Company
On the terms and conditions page of Organifi.com (OrganifiShop.com), we find that the parent company is called Fit Life TV LLC (also called FLT). The website is FitLife.tv and it's also a YouTube channel too.
Fit Life LLC also holds the trademark for Organifi. Fit Life LLC also holds the following trademarks too:
The Terms and Conditions page of Organifi.com also tells us that Fit Life TV has association with organization called Natural Health Sherpa (naturalhealthsherpa.com). The Terms and Conditions page makes this statement:
“The Site enables visitors (“Users”) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age to make purchases, access general information and to make use of services and participate in programs promoting the Natural Health Sherpa philosophy and practice…”
What does the promoting the Natural Health Sherpa philosophy and practice mean?
I'm not sure.
The president of Natural Health Sherpa is Marc Stockman. On his Linkedin profile he describes Natural Health Sherpa as ” a publisher of natural health therapies proven to be safe and effective.”
Company Location
The Organifi address posted with the Better Business Bureau is 2260 S Cole Rd Ste 110 Boise, ID 83709-2849. This is the same address as another company called ShipZoom (ShipZoom.com). ShipZoom is a fulfillment company. In other words, they fulfill orders. They package products and send them out to people.
The Better Business Bureau lists this address for Natural Health Sherpa: 1121C Military Cutoff Rd Ste 360 Wilmington, NC 28405-3641 . This is the same address as a UPS Store. This is also the same address as another company called RockWell Nutrition (RockWellNutrition.com).
When I called Organifi customer service, the person I spoke with did not seem to know about Rockwell Nutrition or Natural Health Sherpa.
While it's speculation, could it be that Organifi has partnered with Rockwell Nutrition such that they provide the supplements and Organifi does the marketing of them? I don't know. Again, this is just speculation. They all may be fine nutritional products but I not clear on who who makes Organifi Supplements.
In 2015 the FDA sent an Advisory Letter to RockWell Nutrition over claims and made about some of the supplements they sold. The FDA sends letters like these when they notice companies making over-reaching claims about what nutritional supplements can do. When they see claims like these, they reach out to companies and ask them to change the wording.

The AutoShip Program
When purchasing supplements from the company website you will be entered into an autoship program. You can cancel at anytime. For more information on this or to opt-out before ordering, it's recommended to call the company to order supplements rather than doing it via the website.
Organifi Guarantee
Organifi supplements come with a 60 day money-back guarantee. To return Organifi supplements call 760-487-8587 to get the specifics on how to do this.
Note that the 60-day guarantee starts when you purchase supplements – not when they are delivered. In other words, the company must receive your returned product before the 6o days are up. So, its really less than 60 days.
This means you really have 60 days minus the time it takes to send supplements to you AND the time it takes for the company to get the returned product. This information is clearly stated on the Guarantee page.
Arbitration Clause
It's common for supplement companies to try to protect themselves from class-action lawsuits.
When purchasing supplements through the company website, you agree to waive your right to to go court should you have a problem. As can be seen on the Terms and Conditions page of Organifi.com, “Class Action Waiver and Arbitration. THIS CLASS ACTION WAIVER AND ARBITRATION SECTION PROVIDES THAT ANY DISPUTE ARISING FROM THIS AGREEMENT MAY BE RESOLVED BY BINDING ARBITRATION, WHICH REPLACES THE RIGHT TO GO TO COURT.”
It goes on to say “IF NOT FOR THIS CLASS ACTION WAIVER AND ARBITRATION SECTION, YOU MAY HAVE OTHERWISE HAD A RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE OR BE REPRESENTED IN A CASE FILED IN COURT BY OTHERS (INCLUDING CLASS ACTIONS AND OTHER REPRESENTATIVE ACTIONS) AND YOU AND FLT MAY OTHERWISE HAVE HAD A RIGHT TO BRING CLAIMS IN A COURT BEFORE A JUDGE OR JURY. EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED BELOW, YOU WAIVE ANY OTHER RIGHTS THAT YOU WOULD HAVE IF YOU WENT TO A COURT, SUCH AS DISCOVERY OR THE RIGHT TO APPEAL A DECISION.”
Clauses like this are very common. I can understand this as companies need to protect themselves from frivolous lawsuits.
Where To Buy Organifi Supplements
Supplements can be purchased directly from the company as well as Vitamin Shoppe. When this review was created, Organifi supplements were not sold at GNC, Walgreens, Walmart, CVS, Target or Rite Aid.
