Any Glutathione Side Effects?
If you make it naturally, like from foods or exercise, it's safe. While taking supplements is unlikely to be a problem for most people, here are some things to keep in mind. This list is not complete:
- If you have cancer, ask your doctor first. Same thing if getting chemo or radiation therapy.
- Ask your doctor if your pregnant /breastfeeding
- Supplements are not for children
- Stop taking supplements at least 2 weeks before having surgery
- How it interacts with medications is not well understood
