Update 12/6/22. At one time, Anatabloc was a SUPER popular anti-inflammation supplement. It was sold online and at GNC and elsewhere. It was touted to help reduce pain, help joints and arthritis pain, and reduce chronic inflammation. Anatabloc was unique. It contained an ingredient not found in any other supplement I've EVER seen in over 20 years of investigation. This unique ingredient also contributed to its own downfall. In this unbiased, updated review, I reveal everything you need to know about Anatabloc, from its rise – and fall – to the research and proof and the company which made it. I'll also shed light on other anatabloc supplements too.
What Is Anatabloc
Before we talk about Anatabloc (sometimes misspelled Anatablock), I need to tell you about Anatabine (also called anatabine citrate). Anatabine is the active ingredient in Anatabloc. Anatabine is a chemical found in
- eggplants
- potatoes
- green tomatoes
as well as tobacco and tobacco smoke (remember this).
Chemically, anatabine “looks” like nicotine. Because of this, it was also used some anti-smoking supplements. Anatabine has a longer half life than nicotine, so it stays in the body longer. That's why it was thought it might help people quit smoking.
How Does Anatabloc Work?
Here is the way Anatabloc was supposed to reduce chronic inflammation:
1. Anatabine enters the cells of the body where it…
2. Deactivates a protein called NFkB.
3. When NFkB is deactivated, it can't enter the nucleus of the cell (the brain center of the cell) to cause excessive cellular inflammation.
Inflammation is thought to play a role in MANY diseases, such as:
and many others.
So, if Anabloc worked, it might have disease-modifying benefits. If you read the comments below, you will see some people have said some pretty amazing things too.
Anatabloc Ingredients
Anatabloc contains these ingredients
Anatabine | 1 mg |
Vitamin A | 500 IU |
Vitamin D3 | 40 IU |
This review will focus only on Anatabine because this is “secret sauce” in Anatabloc.
Other Ingredients
These other ingredients are also found in this supplement: Mannitol, natural and artificial mint flavors, sucralose, silicon dioxide, stearic acid, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, magnesium stearate, titanium dioxide (color), natural glaze, methylparaben, propylparaben, triethyl citrate, citric acid, BHT, mono and diglycerides, and polysorbate 80
These ingredients played no role in the results or benefits of Anatabloc.
Anatabloc Research
When this review was originally created, the proof for Anatabloc was mostly on lab animals. There is now human proof. This review will focus only on human research. Much of the research is on Anatabine, which is an active ingredient in Anatabloc. Still, proof for anatabine is proof for Antabloc.
Rock Creek Pharmaceuticals (more on them below) supports and plays a role in much of the research.
Studies On Anatabloc
In one report, researchers in the US gave Anatabloc or a placebo to 146 people with Hashimoto's disease – the most common form of hypothyroidism. People were given 9-24 mg of anatabine in the form of lozenges. Those taking Anatabloc saw a significant reduction in thyroid autoantibodies.
Some people saw over a 20% decrease in thyroid autoantibodies. This means better working thyroid glands.
One small study (10 people) noted a face cream containing anatabine improved skin appearance, reducing redness and blotchy skin appearance. This does make some sense. Niacin, which looks a little bit like anatabine has been used in skin creams for years.
Niacin is also VERY popular in the anti-aging world. See the Niagen review for more on this.
Anatabine cigarettes have been shown to reduce nicotine levels in smokers significantly. This study reflects the interest in using anatabine to help people quit smoking.
Because inflammation follows exercise, researchers were interested in seeing if anatabine would reduce inflammation after people worked out. In this study, 18 men were given either a placebo or 6-12 mg of anatabine per day for 10 days. They also performed an intense exercise program.
Unfortunately, this noted anatabine did not reduce pain, or swelling or help muscle strength. This is noteworthy, given TV commercials featuring pro golfers John Isner and Fred Couples.
In another exercise study, researchers gave Anatabloc or a placebo to 17 men. The dosage of Anatabloc used was 6-12 mg. While these researchers saw that Anatabloc did not reduce exercise-induced muscle damage, it did appear to reduce markers of inflammation such as C reactive protein (CRP). That is interesting.
Preliminary research suggests anatabine activates NFR2, a substance that raises naturally produced antioxidant defenses such as superoxide dismutase (SOD). This is at the heart of some proposed anti-aging supplements, such as Protandim and PB125.
There are also several lab animals and test-tube studies involving Anatabloc/anatabine. I won't cover them here because we are people and not mice, rats or test tubes.
Summary Of Anatabloc Research
Here is a summary of the Anatabloc human research:
- Anatabine reduced thyroid antibodies in people with hypothyroidism
- Anatabine lowers nicotine levels in smokers
- Anatibine did not reduce muscle damage, pain, or swelling but may lower CPR levels
Anatabloc Questions
Let's now answer some common questions people have asked me about this supplement.
Can Anatabloc help muscle soreness?
Muscle soreness after exercise (DOMS) is very common. Currently, the proof seems to show Anatabloc doesn't reduce muscle soreness, swelling or muscle damage. It may reduce a blood test marker of inflammation called CRP. I think we need more exercise research.
Can Anatabloc Help Concussions?
There is brain inflammation when someone gets a concussion. But there is no proof that taking Anatabloc:
- reduces the risk of getting a concussion
- improves recovery time after getting a concussion
- reduces brain damage from concussions
I cannot find any research involving anatabine and concussions.
In December 2013, the FDA sent a warning letter to Star Scientific – makers of Anatabloc – telling them to remove references on their websites which gave people the impression the supplement might help concussions and other forms of traumatic brain injuries (TBI).
For more on concussions and TBI see these reviews:
Can Anatabloc Help Multiple Sclerosis?
The proof that Anatabloc can help MS is in its infancy. There is some mouse evidence it may help, but no human studies have been conducted yet.
What About Anataboc and Weight Loss?
Websites might discuss how anatabine/Anatabloc can help people lose weight or reduce weight gain, which sometimes happens when people quit smoking. But there is no good proof for this. No study has looked at reducing gaining weight after quitting smoking.
What is CigRx?
This is the anti-smoking product Star Scientific was developing before it began researching anatabine for arthritis pain and other health problems. CigRx contains anatabine too.
Anatabloc Dosage
The general recommendation is to take 2 lozenges per day. Do not use more than 6 lozenges per day. Another dosage recommendations= take your body weight into consideration. Here the Anatabloc dosages would be:
- 100-120 lbs: 2 lozenges 3x per day
- 121-170lbs: 2 lozenges 4x per day
- 171-220lbs: 2 lozenges 5x per day
- over 220lbs: 2 lozenges 6x per day
I've never seen this dosage regimen used in human studies. So, I'm not sure how accurate this is.
Who Makes Anatabloc?
Anatabloc is a product of a company called Rock Creek Pharmaceuticals. Another name for this company is Star Scientific. Star Scientific was the original name of the company. When the research changed directions from looking at Anatabine as a cure for smoking to helping arthritis pain, the company changed its name to Rock Creek Pharmaceuticals.
The phone number for the company was 800-778-2031. The company website was Anatabloc.com (the website no longer works). When this review was originally created, the Better Business Bureau listed the company address as 4470 Cox Rd Ste 110, Glen Allen, VA 23060.
There is also a connection to another company called the RosKamp Institute, located in Florida. Some of the research on Anatabloc has been conducted by this company too.
The company has since filed for bankruptcy and is no longer making Anatabloc supplements.
Should I Invest In Rock Creek Pharmaceuticals?
Star Scientific formally changed its name to Rock Creek Pharmaceuticals in 2014. Its stock symbol is RCPI. It's a publicly traded company. Regardless of what you invest in, do your homework.
Be careful with “gurus” who talk stocks up on websites, as you don't always know who you are dealing with. Sometimes unscrupulous people say things about a company to create interest so they can pump the stock price up so they can dump it for a profit. This trick is sometimes called “pump and dump.” Unless you’re an investing pro (think Warren Buffett), I recommend you talk to a financial advisor before risking any money.
Anatabloc And The FDA
Many people think the FDA does not regulate supplements. Anatabloc is proof it does. Almost from the start, the FDA claimed anatabine contained a new dietary ingredient (NDI). A new dietary ingredient is any substance that was not sold as a supplement before 1994.
Products containing new dietary ingredients need to prove to the FDA they are safe. There is also the issue that anatabine is found in tobacco. Tobacco cannot be called a dietary supplement. I think this may also have played a role in the demise of Anatabloc.
Rock Creek pharmaceuticals state that because anatabine is found in things like peppers and eggplants, it is not new and can be sold as a supplement. In the end, the FDA won, and Rock Creek stopped making Anatabloc.
Calls To Bring Back The Sale Of Anatabloc
Problems with the FDA have not stopped people from hoping for the return of Anatabloc.
This has not stopped people who loved Anatabloc from continuing to hold out hope. Former customers have launched a petition at Change.org to petition the FDA to reverse their decision and let Anatabloc be sold again.
They created the website BringBackAnatabloc.org where you can share your testimony of how the supplement helped you, sign an FDA petition to bring Anatabloc back, and read news about the supplement.
How To Buy Anatabloc: Can You Still Purchase It?
While this supplement was once VERY popular and sold at GNC and other stores, it is no longer permitted to be sold in the US. The FDA forced Rock Creek Pharmaceuticals to stop the production of Anatabloc.
Anatabloc Supplements
While Anatabloc is no longer able to be purchased in the US, I did notice other companies selling supplements said to contain anatabine.
One such company is HydraPharm (PredatorNutrition.com). They sell a supplement literally called “Anatablok” which they say contains “pure anatabine.” Predator Nutrition is not based in the US. I am not sure if they are allowed to ship their Anatablok supplement to the US.
The supplement is marked as an anti-inflammatory nootropic (brain enhancer) used to support memory and attention.
The Va Governor Controversy
As if things could not get worse, Rock Creek Pharm found itself at the center of a very public controversy involving the former Virginia governor, Robert McDonnell, and his wife. It's alleged Rock Creek gave $165,000 in gifts to the former Va governor and his wife in exchange for helping Rock Creek's development of Anatabloc.
Anatabloc Side Effects
Anatabloc is probably safe for healthy people, at least for short-term use. Human research shows no significant negative side effects. Mild to moderate side effects reported have included:
- Dizziness
- Nausea
- Headache
- Tingling feelings
- Insomnia
In the comments section below, one person reported feelings of depression. This has not been observed in clinical studies.
Does Anatabloc Work?
Despite the problems with the FDA, several people swore Anatabloc worked. I never experimented with it when it was being sold and the only person I knew who did try it told me it did not reduce his pain. Pain is complicated and its possible others may have had better results.
Unfortunately, Anatabolc supplements are no longer available in the US. While, in the past, I have been rather hard on this supplement and Rock Creek Pharmaceuticals, I was sad it was taken off the market. I am happy to see some human research on anatabine, look forward to more and hope one day to see it sold once again.
Joe, You may want to review this history.
Star Scientific: The Timeline, What We Know, And Beyond
seekingalpha.com/article/1244641-star-scientific-the-timeline-what-we-know-and-beyond
Mike L thanks. tried to read it but they wouldn’t let me see beyond the first page unless I signed up for their newsletter (no thanks). Lets see what happens in the future…
Tried it and didn’t work for me. BIG PROBLEM I had was with the company’s lack of ethics. I signed up for a trial and paid shipping with my cc. The site said they would not charge my cc for product. A couple weeks later I get a charge for $90 from them and notified I am enrolled in their automatic delivery program.
I quickly contacted Capital One fraud dept and we did a 3 way call with anatabloc rep. I returned the product that I did not order and awaiting refund confirmation. Even if the product worked I could not patronize a company with such unethical business practices.
I have a concern:
If a person is taking an anti depressant, is there a problem taking Anatabine since it is an MAOI inhibitor… this could be a problem and their doctors don’t have a clue about Anatabloc…. the staff at the company, told a potential customer to talk to her MD…..
talked to the pharmacist and she said those taking the old class MAOI’s should NOT take Anatabloc, but those on the new SSRI’s it’s just fine, no interactions…I was concerned about my daughter as she’s been on A/D’s, new class, and so I sent her a note and she sent this back to me:
Hi mom
I don’t take any antidepressants, been off for over a year! So no worries there for me. I don’t want to jump the gun or jinx anything, but I feel like I do feel some positive from it already? With my hand issue? So and I feel like there is a little tiny bit( but it’s something) of less swelling in the foot/ankle! Very interesting right?! Yes I knew this was something special and different, I just could feel it.
She’s feeling a subtle shift in 2.5 days…I believe she has chronic inflammation thru her body and then the tendon damage in her foot…so this is good news from her…I felt my first shift at day 2 and then day 5.
Has this ever been used for stomach “IBS” issues?
Mar, Ive never seen any research on this issue.
Mar,
IBS irritable bowel syndrome
crohns disease
Ulcerative Colitis
All have had anecdotal stories shared by Anatabloc users around the net. Mostly positive yet some that claim no relief to symptoms.
To my knowledge, no Anatabloc science has been developed re: IBS to date.
However, I believe that there are testimonies on the Anatabloc Facebook page from individuals with IBS, Crohns, etc. that have experienced significant relief. You might want to review those comments.
Also, A young lady with Crohns disease has a blog @ urbandomesticdiva.com/p/the-anatabloc-logs.html that you could review and follow and see how she is doing using Anatabloc.
And Joe knows that I am a strong believer in Anatabloc for what it is doing for me, but me personally, if I had IBS or Crohns disease, I sure would give Anatabloc a good long try.
Good luck.
Joe, I really appreciate your Board. I’m 6’3, 240lbs, age 70 in good health except for a bad back that has spasms.Every 6 months or so, it is so bad that I need anti inflammatory pills from my doctor or else I’m bedridden for at least one week. Doctor claims it is stress related and I can’t argue but pain is horrific.
I started taking Anatabloc 2 months ago and have noticed some improvement. I take 2 aspirins a day and if that decreases then I’ll say that Anatabloc is working. I’ll post again later. Not a stockholder or any ties to Anatabloc. Just looking for pain relief without aspirin.
Jay, thanks for writing and sharing your experiences 🙂
Great Review. Thanks 🙂
Joe, I haven’t received an injection for over three months, normally I would need one every month. I am only taking Anatabloc 2 pills 4 times daily. Will see how I do after a longer period of time, but so far I am very pleased with this product.
Maruice, thanks for letting me know about that 🙂
Here’s an example of what Joy was talking about from an AS site. I won’t bother going on there. This from Australia. It’s an Anatabloc thread. It’s not as though the accuser doesn’t have other threads to visit. Objective? Logical? I read every post. I saw no argument. Some excitement, some questions, some questions of peoples motives and some answers to questions posed and several indictments of bad intent. She’s a 75 year old troll??? I say if that’s you, Joy, take no prisoners. Go girl. In any case extermination is a bit harsh. Smells like a rat? sheesh.
“Hmmm, sitting here on the other side of the world with no emotional involvement in the whole “Anatabloc” argument.
I have been on this site for a few years now and here is what this objective observer notices:
*jam2013 comes on the board in mid Feb….. creates a storm by pretty much posting about *1* topic…. (I also read his/her personal info – which initially does NOT include “AS???” – this seems to have been added in recent days – I notice this because I see the initial post , read this personal info below the sig and start to get a faint whiff of a rather “ratty” smell….)
*Suddenly when the argument heats up, *coincidentally* we have 2 new members ( ARR and beenthere) join on Feb 25 and they BOTH rave about the stuff and post EXCLUSIVELY about it’s wonderful properties…..
*The smell of rat gets stronger and now I detect a faint undertone of “troll” as well…. devil2
Time to either get out the air freshener or call Pest Control, methinks
Just sayin’……. grin”
Mike L….I’m a member of pretty long standing on 4 health support groups and my “journey” with Anatabloc is on all of them…I just found the AS site and I have NEVER gotten so much flack from all the cynics on that AS group…why I bother, it’s because they are all dealing with inflammation and so if ONE person trys Abloc and gets relief….geeeezz
My daughter started on it last night for collapsed Tendons in her right foot and she can’t do surgery, doesn’t want to, so we’ll see how she does…her ex is dealing with lung cancer and treatments…and she will bring Abloc to his attention….cancer is inflammation…..
greetings from “your” 75 yr old troll…funny funny…
I had ankle surgery with local anesthesia of the sciatic nerve, injected just above the knee. The anesthetic, I now know, was not properly selected for my condition. Six weeks post surgery my foot and ankle were paralyzed and lacked sensation. Electromyelogram (EMG)study of the sciatic nerve showed that parts of it transmitted no signals. I was told I would have “foot-drop” permanently and was fitted with a brace.
However, I had also noted that a line of painful inflammation followed the entire course of the injured sciatic nerve. I had read of Anatabloc, and I thought that if I could stop the inflammation, the nerve might have a chance to heal. And I was correct.
With six tablets a day, healing was gradual–but after a year and a half of this regimen, I now walk normally. It was a great day when I gave that brace to charity! None of my docs has seen a recovery of this nature before, and I get my care at a major medical center.
Carol, thanks for the testimony. It makes such as difference when it comes from someone with a “real” world identity.
Have you been able to stop taking the Anatabloc or do you still need to take it to stop the inflammation returning?
Has anyone considered having a laboratory analyze a few Anatabloc tablets and see what they are really made of? About a year ago a product called Reumofan was gaining a huge following among folks looking for arthritis relief. The stuff really worked. But some side effects started showing up and web sites similar to this one popped up questioning its legitimacy.
One of the users had a lab test made and discovered it was full of drugs. The lab report only cost a few hundred bucks. A few months after the lab report was posted on one of these web sites, the FDA issued a warning about the product.
Reumofan was made in Mexico and sold in the US via EBay and other on line dealers, including Amazon (for awhile anyway). Since Anatabloc is sold as a supplement the FDA typically won’t get involved, unless they are given evidence the product could be harmful. To read about Reumofan go here:
http://homeschoolanswers.net/.
Hi Ken, I would just like to add that the intention of my review was not to critize the legitimacy of Anatabloc but to criticize the current research on Anataboc which I feel is not as great as the TV ads lead people to believe.
That said, thanks for mentioning Reumofan because Ive never heard of it. I did a little research and found this from the FDA on how it caused heart attacks and death http://www.fda.gov/Drugs/ResourcesForYou/Consumers/BuyingUsingMedicineSafely/MedicationHealthFraud/ucm316478.htm
I’m inclined to think Anatabloc is note another Reumofan because as critical of “rock creek pharmaceuticals” as I was, Star Scientific is a real company that does real science. I’d be shocked if there was anything undeclared in Anatabloc. That said we will have to see if there are any long term negative results of taking it.
Ken,
I have read in multiple places that the safety and efficacy studies for anatabine citrate (ie, Anatabloc main ingrediant) were conducted at Mclean Hospital (greater Boston area), which is affiliated with Harvard Medical School. Several people following this situation closely estimate that over 50,000 people have tried Anatabloc with no adverse reactions beyond an upset stomach so far.
Maurice,
Glad to hear that Anatabloc solved what must have been a very difficult problem. I have read that Anatabloc is also helping people suffering from Rosecea. Best wishes for continued success!
Joe & Joy, I didn’t think so at first but, by far, this is the fairest site I’ve been to. Many of the others tend to be monitored by old members resigned to their diseases that don’t want discussions of new products. If you contribute much information you get labeled and dismissed as a “salesman” or “advertisers”. Some folks get hostile. Myself, I can’t understand why they have a thread about Anatabloc or anatabine if all they want is negative or worse. I think it is human nature to wish others to “live long and prosper”, ….. to reach out and share if you find something that could benefit others.
It is valid to comment about, even question, the lack of scientific data, but an awareness of the time and expense to get the data needs to be understood. Few supplement companies can pull that off and granted some don’t want the public to know facts. It is my opinion that this company stands out from the norm in their eagerness to do the research. Ideally it would be great to have all the data ahead of time but in the real world stuff happens as it happens.
Late 2010 or early 2011, I stumbled across stories about anatabine and a new product called CiGRX (next generation, Anatabloc). I focused in on people who had tried it and their comments about surprise results. In short order, so many astonishing accidental new side benefits were reported. Fascinated, I started keeping a list of Internet testimonies (and eventually getting emails). That list is unbelievable because it currently includes 197 items. I slowed down but I still add to it when I trip over a new one. I think I have 9 new ones for 2013. I got a new one from this site. I don’t have my own web site but I’m a Geek, too.
Mike L, getting a website is easy. check out the first post on my resource page.
A year and a half ago I developed a chronic inflammation of my upper lip. After seeing a specialist and receiving a biopsy I was diagnosed with Cheilitis Granulamatosa a rare autoimmune disorder where it disfigures a person’s lip. It is a traumatic experience because everyone notices your face! There is no known cure of Cheilitis Granulamatosa only a handful of treatments. The treatment I received was a very painful injection of triamcinolone every few weeks. My next course of treatment was to start on a powerful antibiotic called Dapsone. Dapsone is scary stuff! I had to receive extensive blood work to see if my body is able to withstand this drug… One month before I was to begin the Dapsone treatment I read about Anatabloc. So I order a bottle, and within 2 days the swelling in my lip started to decrease. II have been on Anatabloc required dosage for three months now and my lip has returned to normal. Words cannot describe my respect for this product. I haven’t had any injections in over three months and no scary Dapsone.
I’ve never heard of Cheilitis Granulamatosa and just saw images (don’t even go there – fair warning) on the WEB. Was yours persistent and anatabloc made it go away or could it be a coincidence?
Vince I feel so good now that i hate to try and go off Anatabloc. But what I can tell is, that I would get an injection, then for a few weeks it would reduce the swelling, then the swelling would start again and my lip would become enlarged. I then would have to repeat the process. My lip would also be quite warm, and now its seams cooler, when I am taking the Anatabloc.
Maurice, are you off all injections and other treatments now and just taking Anatabloc?
Maurice? Joe? Can I copy your story and share it elsewhere?
Mike L, you mean my review of Anatabloc? sure as long as its got a link back to my site.
That would be OK.
Joe, when I go to other boards to tell them about Anatabloc, these people deal with RA, AS and other auto immune diseases, they don’t even want to “hear” about Abloc, continue to poo poo it, so personally I don’t know anyone on it…My daughter is going to try it for a collapsed tendon in her foot, she can’t do the surgery.
Another person on a thyroid board I’m a member of, has her husband on it for arthritis issues, and she’s not given me an update on how he may be doing.
Another friend on a health board gave it a 2 month go, and got no results she said, she deals with FM and Lyme.
a couple on another health board I’m a member of take it for Prorasis and PsA and say they are getting positive results….
So I continue with my positive results and keep plugging away…
Too many talk about the “cost”…which to me is sad since it can possibly help so much with no nasty pharma S/E from all their drugs….
Joy, thanks for letting me know. I was curious how others are perceiving it.
John, I still take ibuprofen but less NOW…we’ll see how things go, I’m only on Abloc under 2 months…
But I’ll tell you when I go to other auto immune type boards and talk about Anatabloc, I get so much grief from some…they can’t believe how this product can do what I’m saying is my experience….keep telling me I’m a snake oil sales person…..geeeeeezzzz
Joy when you go to auto-immune discussion websites, do you run into people who say they are taking anatabloc but who are not having positive results as you say you are?
This deserves a posting: Looked at my clock and it’s 3PM and have NOT been on my ice pack for lower back/spine stenosis…this is a FIRST in 2 some yrs….I’d be on my ice pack by 10AM….
The Anatabloc is reducing/lessening inflammation in that area of my body that has been a MESS. AMAZING…to say the least…
I am glad to hear you are experiencing pain relief. There is no substitute for pain-free living.
My doctor says I have “spinal arthritis” and that my facets are rubbing together when I am active. This causes inflammation and lots of pain. Anatabloc really helped my back pain too – I am not taking ibuprofen any longer and I am active again – playing basketball with my child, etc.
Excellent article of research and analysis of each study. I totally agree with your findings and conclusions, and appreciate all the time and effort you put into your work. This will be very useful to me in my practice. Many Thanks.
James, you are very welcome!
ONE OF THE BEST REVIEW I HAVE READ IN MY 77 YEARS. mANY THANKS.
Thanks Dr Braun, that’s very kind of you to say. Much appreciated!
Spinal Stenosis Update: Since hip replacement 2+ yrs ago I was thrown into a nasty spinal stenosis. I’ve done so much over the last 2 yrs to get relief….16 sessions of accupuncture helped somewhat….But, this Anatabloc is doing wonders in that area….no burning and I can sit for hours now, prior to Abloc….no way…burning and pain and could hardly sit…
Today, I also realized I don’t ice like I used to, I’d be on my ice pack by 10AM or earlier…now maybe it’s noon or later….
It’s more than amazing for me…not even 2 months yet.
Allen, Maggie had seizures throughout her life akin to epilepsy. Early on we had to make a decision. The Vet could give her relief but the treatment might shorten her overall life and some “Pheno dogs” were known to become lethargic but fortunately not our hyper little girl.
There came a time later in her life that she ran out of gas and her Vet tearfully suggested euthanasia. I don’t remember where the idea came from but even though worried about a little caffeine content we gave her CiGRX (before Anatabloc came out). Talk about a turn around, we got to spoil her with love and affection for nearly another year.
Teri, I don’t know what else customer service can do if they don’t have any money to return. You know you might consider looking for a friend or family member with an older doggie to take your free bottle off your hands. That or give it to someone with one of the serious afflictions talked about around the Internet like Alzheimer’s, MS, Hashimotos, Crohn’s, Fibro….. there’s a bunch of them. If you do sell it, I hope you give the money to charity.
Mike, Terri was interested in Anatabloc for herself, not a dog. Either way, I’m sure as soon as Terri gets the bank on them, they will return her money. I’m guessing the customer service people she dealt with were probably just reading a script. She’s already told me shes doing what the bank suggested and sending it back.
Mike, just so you know… I asked customer service not to send the “auto” shipment which is a charge of $79.99 and they have already charged me that amount. I have already passed the balance of the free product on to my sister who has chronic pain to see if it will work for her. I did however, also inform her of my trouble with them and for her to be careful if she decides to do business with the. I would not sell something I got for free so don’t know where that is coming from.
Very neat story, Mike L.
Our pets are so much of our family for us baby boomers, its very hard not to do everything for them that we can. Anatabloc has been a great help for many dog owners.
Thanks for sharing.
