Update 9/14/19. What are raspberry ketones and do they work? Well, if you watch the Dr. Oz Show, you may have heard Dr. Oz call raspberry ketones “The #1 miracle in a bottle to burn your fat.” Since he made that bold statement, I've heard that raspberry ketone supplements are sold so fast that vitamin stores can't keep them on the shelves! So, what I'd like to do is review the raspberry ketone research — minus the hype that you have already heard about. Only in this way can you make an informed decision about whether raspberry ketone is right for you. Other names for this supplement include red raspberry ketone, and European red raspberry, as well as the more scientific names Rubus idaeus, Rubus strigosus and Framboise Rouge. I'm telling you these other names because if you just searched for “raspberry ketone” you may not find all of the information available. For this review, I'm pretty much going to stick to just calling it raspberry ketone.
What Are Raspberry Ketones?
Red raspberry ketones are one of many compounds in raspberries and are what gives raspberries their unique smell. Like all things that come from fruits and vegetables, raspberries contain a lot of substances that are healthy —including anthocyanins, vitamin C and beta carotene. As such, raspberry ketones are also antioxidants.
Raspberry ketones also “look” similar to synephrine and capsicum — two ingredients that have been used in many weight loss supplements over the years such as the fat burner promoted by Jillian Michaels. This similarity is likely why scientists considered raspberry ketones as a weight loss agent itself.
Weight loss supplements that contain raspberry ketones include QuickTrim — the Kim Kardashian supplement —and Apidexin. See my reviews on those products for more information.
Ketone trivia. The name ketone is a chemistry term. That's not important. I just thought people might like to know where the word came from. On some websites they spell ketone as “keytone” but this is an incorrect spelling of the word. Again, not important.
Tip. Keep in mind as you read this review that raspberry ketones are not the same thing as ketones that are made when people go on low-carb diets or in people who are diabetic. Those ketones are not the same as raspberry ketones.
Raspberry Ketones And Weight Loss
When Dr. Oz asked his fitness expert, Lisa Lynn (more about her below) on TV, how she found out about the weight loss properties of raspberry ketones, Lisa said “Research research research.” So, I looked up the research on raspberry ketones and this is what I discovered.
In a study published in 2005, titled the Anti Obesity Action of Raspberry Ketone, the supplement was given to mice that were fed a high-fat diet for several weeks. Mice were split into different groups, each getting the same calories but getting different amounts of raspberry ketones (either 0.5%, 1% or 2%).
The diets were about 40% fat in each group. Researchers noted that raspberry ketones — that made up between 1% and 2% of total calories — caused a reduction in body weight and fat buildup in the livers of mice after 10 weeks of use, compared to mice that only were fed a high-fat diet.
Norepinephrine (also called noradrenaline ) is a chemical made in the adrenal glands that act as a neurotransmitter and does many things, one of which includes helping to burn fat. This study also incubated isolated mouse fat cells in norepinephrine along with raspberry ketones to see what would happen.
The researchers observed that the combination of raspberry ketones and norepinephrine caused more fat to leave the fat cells than norepinephrine alone.
This is why Dr. Oz said raspberry ketones cause fat cells to shrink.
I'm telling you this because various websites claim that raspberry ketones increase levels of norepinephrine. However, this study did not show that.
Rather, the researches only showed that raspberry ketones appeared to improve the fat-burning ability of norepinephrine.
This is actually a good thing because too much norepinephrine can be bad. For example norepinephrine can raise blood pressure.
Oddly, this study noted that while a 1% intake of raspberry ketones tended to raise triglyceride levels in the mice, eating it at a concentration of 5% of total calories tended to reduce triglycerides.
These researchers also quoted previous studies noting that raspberry ketones raised metabolic rates—in rats. That's interesting, but where's the proof that raspberry ketones raise metabolism in people?
Bottom Line: This was just a mouse study —and a small study at that! Each group only had 6 mice.
Also, if we really want to be technical, all the mice were male. What about female mice? Would raspberry ketones have the same weight loss effects in female mice —or more importantly —women?
In another study, published in 2010, researchers found that red raspberry ketones inhibited weight gain and improved fat burning in mice that were fed a high-fat diet. Researchers also noted that raspberry ketones increase levels of adiponectin, a hormone made in fat cells.
The Wikipedia page on adiponectin goes into more detail, discussing how the hormone does a variety of things including improving the sensitivity of insulin— (good for diabetics).
Dr. Oz said that Adiponectin was the “hormone that tricks the body into thinking it's thin.”When we put on weight, we reduce the ability of the adiponectin hormone to work.”
Sounds good, but red raspberries have only been shown to reduce adiponectin in mice. What about people? Have raspberry ketone supplements been proven to help people lose weight by raising adiponectin levels? Nope. Not yet.
Tip. There is more evidence that exercise raises adiponectin levels than for raspberry ketones —and exercise has been shown to work in people!
One study from 2013 appeared to show that a supplement – containing raspberry ketones – helped weight loss. But there were several ingredients in that supplement. Also, of the 70 people who originally signed up, only 45 people made it to the end. That's a big drop amount.
There is a study published in 2017 that noted, that raspberry ketones might reduce food intake in mice who were fed a high-fat diet. Again, this is a mouse study.
So, what's the evidence for raspberry ketones and weight loss? It looks like some mouse studies. What about people?
Are Raspberry Ketones Better With Capsaicin?
Capsaicin is found in chili peppers and synephrine is an extract from oranges. Both have been used in weight loss products in the past. Because raspberry ketones “look” like both capsicum and synephrine, I predict that you will see weight loss products that have all three of these ingredients.
But, would they all work better together? I don't know because there is no proof either way. Because of that, I recommend you save your money on weight loss pills that combine (“stack”) capsaicin, synephrine, and raspberry ketones.
Synephrine, in particular, is not without problems. It can raise heart rate and blood pressure which can make it dangerous for a lot of people.
Who Is Lisa Lynn?
Dr. Oz called Lisa Lynn a “fitness expert” on his TV show when he did a segment on this supplement— but who is she? I checked into her background and found her website (LynFit.com) that notes that Lisa Lynn was the personal trainer of Martha Stewart.
Her website does indicate that Lisa holds multiple personal training certifications.
All this is fine but on her website, we see Lisa Lynn also has her own line of supplements (called “Lyn Fit”) She even has a raspberry ketone supplement on her website.
In a previous segment of the Dr. Oz show, Lisa Lynn also extolled the virtues of the metabolism booster/weight loss supplement, Coleus Forskohlii. Lisa has this supplement on her website also.
See the review on Coleus Forskohlii for more information.
Look, I'm sure she's a nice person and a great personal trainer —and I am all for capitalism – but where is all the raspberry ketone research? As far as I see, it's just some mouse studies.
How Much Raspberry Ketones Do You Need?
If raspberry ketones help people lose weight, how much works? Nobody knows because there are no human studies of raspberry ketones and weight loss. If we believe the mouse studies (which I don't), it appears that a concentration of 1% of total calorie intake might help weight loss. If that is correct, then the number of raspberry ketones needed would be different for different calorie intakes.
For example, a person who consumes 1800 calories per day would need less than a person who eats 2000 calories per day.
When asked “how much works” on the Dr. Oz Show, Lisa Lynn said to take 100 mg at breakfast— and if that didn't help, to go to 200 mg. Where did she get these numbers from? She doesn't tell us.
I guessing that this might be the human dose, extrapolated from what researchers gave the lab mice? But, I see no good proof that 100-200 mg of raspberry ketones per day helps people lose weight. It might—but I just don't know.
In this toxicology report on raspberry ketones, the authors mention a dosage of 100-1400 mg per day is often mentioned on the internet. That is a pretty big range, which again, says to me, nobody has any idea.
Raspberry Ketones And Appetite
Various websites make the claim that supplements can reduce appetite. But I see no proof of this. Even the mouse studies, do not state that raspberry ketone supplements suppress appetite.
Anti-Aging Effects Of Raspberry Ketones
Can raspberry ketone supplements slow down the aging process? Do they reduce wrinkles? Well, red raspberry ketones do have some antioxidant effects but it's a long shot to go from that to say that they are “anti-aging.”
Raspberry ketones may be found in some cosmetics because they seem to have a skin whitening effect —at least in skins of mice. That's fine, but I recommend you save your money on raspberry ketone anti-aging supplements. They are not an “anti-aging superfood.”
For those who really want a “superfood,” eat raspberries! Here's why: antioxidants work best in small amounts and when they are eaten in combination with the other ingredients in food. Because of this fact, raspberries are better than raspberry ketone supplements when it comes to being healthy.
Raspberry Ketone Side Effects
In healthy people, raspberry ketones are probably safe. That said, those who are not healthy or take medications should speak to their doctor/pharmacist first. Here are a few things to consider when taking this supplement. This list is not complete.
- Start with less than recommended for the first week
- Pregnant or nursing women should also speak to their doctor
- Stop taking the product at least 2 weeks before having surgery
There are only trace amounts of raspberry ketones in raspberries so they are no the same thing as supplements. This toxicology report states that there is only 4.3 mg per 2.2 pounds of raspberries. Just because raspberries are safe does not mean concentrated supplements of raspberry ketones are also safe.
One of the mouse studies summarized above noted that raspberry ketones raised triglyceride levels. Does this mean they also raise triglycerides and cholesterol levels in people?
Since raspberry ketones appear to have some chemical similarity to synephrine, be careful if you have high blood pressure or heart conditions. Synephrine might raise blood pressure and heart rate.
A report from Denmark publishedhas raised some concerns that the supplement may have toxic potential but there is little human evidence for this.
Some have speculated that these supplements may be inappropriate for those with cancers that are sensitive to estrogen levels. This is based on a concern that raspberry ketones may have estrogen-like properties. Cancers that might be affected by this include breast cancer, fibroids of the uterus, endometrium cancer, and uterine cancer.
In the book Herbs of Choice raspberry leaf is said to help with pregnancy issues such as morning sickness and labor pains. The book also notes (p. 140) that raspberry appears to promote contraction of the uterus. That would not be good for pregnant women. Would the same be true for raspberry ketone supplements? I don't know.
Do these supplements raise blood pressure? I do not know, but if the leaf of raspberries cause the muscles of the uterus to contract, what effect would they have on the muscles of the blood vessels? Would they also contract (and raise blood pressure) or would they relax (and decrease blood pressure)? I don't know.
Remember, some raspberry ketone supplements may contain more than just raspberry ketones. Always check the labels to see what other ingredients a supplement may contain.
See What Weight Loss Supplements Work for a list of things I feel have evidence
Do Raspberry Ketones Work?
The research on raspberry ketones for weight loss is in its infancy. As such, I just don't know if this supplement helps people lose weight or not. The majority of research is a lab rat and lab mice research. Raspberry ketones may benefit in mice but what about humans? I'd like to see a real-life study of of 100 people followed for at least 6 months under real-life (not laboratory) conditions to judge its weight loss power.
If you are still thinking about trying raspberry ketones to help you lose weight, I suggest you go to your doctor and get your blood work done first —cholesterol, blood pressure, weight, liver enzymes, the works—and then get it done again in a couple of months to see if anything has changed.
There are a LOT of websites that sell raspberry ketones. If you read the comments here, you'll see how some people talk about how their credit card was charged more than once after they purchased a product. Know who you deal with. Make sure the raspberry ketone websites you deal with have a contact phone number with customer support people who can help you have questions.
If they are going to work, keep in mind that it might take 6 months before raspberry ketones help you lose weight. Oh, and if you watched the Dr. Oz show, you also heard that you still have to exercise and watch what you eat too. So, you have to eat right and exercise as well as take raspberry ketones. That sounds less like “a miracle in a bottle to burn fat” and more like common sense.

I have just ordered raspberry ketone in powder form to try. I had read about the levels required for weight loss (however, who really knows when no tests have been done)…so I will experiment and let you all know how it goes 🙂

I have just been conned by the RK scam by signing up for the free trial, I can’t get through to the phone number and the Edinburgh returns address doesn’t even exist, have tried emailing to cancel the trial offer and going to the bank tomorrow to stop any future payments. Read the reviews and complaints from here in the UK and the USA. Hope it’s not too late to stop it. Beware about this scam and don’t sign up for any free trial.
Joe says
Veronica, Ive heard from others in the UK about issues with raspberry ketones. if you gave them a credit card, call your credit card company and they can probably stop them from charging you. If you used a bank card, call your bank and see if they can help.
Veronica Walton says
Thanks for that, as I live in a remote highland glen in Scotland and it’s evening I’ll now have to leave the 20 mile drive to the bank til the morning. Cannot believe how stupid I’ve been. Is there any legal action against this company in the US, if not there should be! Thanks again for your advice. All the best. Vx
Joe says
Veronica, there may be legal action going on against various raspberry ketone products but Im not aware of any.
Don’t beat yourself up over this. you are not the first who had issues in the UK. there are several others who commented here who went through the same thing you are.
I’m Scottish myself (have family in a little town called Fauldhouse in West Lothian) and spent a little time in the Highlands (and loch ness etc) in the early 90s. Fantastic country you live in! 🙂
Veronica Walton says
Hello again Joe,
Always nice to hear from a fellow scot!
Just an update and info for anyone ( especially in the UK ) re RK scam. Went to the bank, explained what happened and they put me through to the fraud dept who took all the details and put a block on the company taking any money from my account. If they do manage to withdraw any, I will be reimbursed the amount taken by the bank.
I will be sending back the product unopened and by recorded delivery! I advise anyone else in this situation to not wait but contact your bank BEFORE the order arrives and stop payment. Hope this helps others in my situation, also email a cancellation to the company and keep all copies.
I celebrated by eating freshly cooked lobster while overlooking Oban bay in the sun.
Thanks for your help and keep up the good work.
Don’t forget to return to your homeland and visit.

Joe says
Veronica, thats great! Glad your bank helped you out!
Yes I do have to make it back to Scotland one day. I still have a jar of rocks and dirt on my desk from when I visited Loch Ness. Loved it there! 🙂

Same herre, free trial , then £95.00 taken from my bank account!!

I just found this thread and I’m surprised that it seems to have died already. I truly appreciate the information the Joe has accumulated on the topic to help dispel some of the potential hype and myths.
What concerns me though is that while this is an Ernest effort to ask readers for feedback on RK there is simply no control in place on the feedback. Many people with very complicated diseases and intense amounts of medication are reporting their extremely subjective results.
Another question I have to ask i why in the world do people take a natural supplement purchased from discount sites and Walmart, do you really think you are putting the real thing in your body? And again people report their findings on the topic and it begins to become popular opinion.
So Joe while you are putting together some decent illumination on the overall credible information that is out there I would caution you against asking people for their results with a supplement with putting some controls in place first because unfortunately while the initial information is good the following conversation has done nothing but create more myths and rumor on the topic you initially set out to dispel.
No I am not in supplement sales or associated with or paid in anyway by anyone associated with such things. Just a normal person with a brain who is interested in RK’s.
Joe says
Hi Carl, I actually do have some guidelines in place for comments such as those that are hateful, disparaging of others or comments that I feel are spam. That said, while I do try to put the emphasis on research – published peer reviewed research – I know that is not the only thing to consider because sometimes people report things that nobody has looked at yet. My hope in people sharing their personal experiences is:
1. to help people discover that others had the same problems/benefits (so they know its not just them)
2. to give researchers a place where they might see what is happening to people and in this way, spark future research
This thread has not died but as with all supplements, it comes and goes. I’m sure as soon as Dr Oz or somebody else mentions raspberry ketones again, it will be commented on more.
Carl says
I guess I’m late to the RK party. This supplement does interest me for several reasons. I have some friends that could potentially benefit from it for multiple reasons. So I purchased some from a quality manufacturer here in the states. I’ve been taking 100mg a day for about a week now. I have noticed a reduction in the amount of belly fat in the center of my abdomen.
I’m not an over weight person I am healthy with no diseases and take no medications. I have not changed my diet and do not have a regular exercise regime. I have a naturally high metabolism so it keeps me thin. Though over the last six months my diet hasn’t been great I have take in far to many carbs and sweets for the amount of exercise I get and so I have noticed a small pocket of fat in the center of my abdomen. There has been a reduction in this mass over the last week. I have also noticed the increased energy that comes along with high blood sugar levels. My pulse has not increased though I do notice a small amount of blood pressure increase.
I have taken them on an empty stomach and I notice the increase in blood pressure is more significant when taken this way. I have combined them with coffee on an empty stomach and gotten the same results. I have not experienced an nausea I believe it because of the quality of the supplement I am taking in.
I do not recommend taking them on an empty stomach or with coffee especially if you blood pressure issues or heart disease. Though even taken in this manor combined with coffee they isn’t nearly as strong a blood pressure increase as diet pills that contain stimulants.
Anyway there you go I take a low dosage and see results. I expect that if I took a higher dosage all of the above side effects and other effects would increase. Typically I am struck that something might actually work when medical science down plays any findings on a natural supplement or when scientific research that looks promising is suddenly halted and never reopened. Drug companies can’t make money off of a plant you can grow in your backyard so why research.
It’s sad because there may be other positive effects from this supplement that will likely go un-researched or simply chemically synthesized into a new Pill from Pfizer or one of the other drug companies.
Oh ya I have also had runny stool which started occurring a few days after taking the supplement. My diet hasn’t changed any and the stool I believe is runny because there is a high level of fat passing through my digestion system as is typical when you shed fat quickly.
So people lots of water, a high quality supplement, no heart or blood pressure problems, take it in moderation, and you will likely see fat shedding results. Though if you are highly over weight I don’t think you would notice much difference without a higher dosage, change in diet and a exercise regime. But of course you would notice high fat shedding results if you did the latter two anyway and wouldn’t have to worry about blood pressure.
So in my opinion on the fat loss subject it’s another weight loss idea that is most noticed by people whom are already healthy and can notice incremental changes in fat content easily.
Joe says
Carl, thanks for that -and glad the runny stool is over with 😉 ! I think that if drug companies could make money from it they would. After all, they did concentrate fish oil in a supplement and sell it as a prescription drug.
Carl says
Let me add that I did not always take them on an empty stomach or combine them with coffee. I only did this twice in the last week. The other days I took them as directed with food and water and did not have any coffee on those days. I also ate regularly probably around 3k calories a day and probably too many carbs and to many sweets :). I mention the carbs and sweets since your body quickly converts these into sugars and then stores that sugar as fat if you aren’t burning off the energy.
I would also like to note that from my experience RK does detoxify the system. Aside from the fat pudge being reduced the intestine bulge associated with build up of bad foods in the digestive system as reduced significantly. Probably due to the fat burning at a higher rate and my body processing that and the toxins stored in the fat cells out through the digestive system.
Carl says
Just read back through my posts sorry for the typos. Also you’re right Joe I should change my statement on the drug companies doing research to the drug companies publishing there research on plant compounds. No since in that though can’t make money if people know that what they are taking can be found out in nature.
Joe says
Carl, I try to catch typos so no problem 🙂

Thank you Joe, for the good research and responses you report here. I did get catch up with the RK hype, but returned my first bottle today using 2-day priority. After all the complaints I read this morning about Flawless Raspberry Ketone company out of San Diego California, I called my bank.
They recommended that I cancel my debit card after I told them that the company still tries to charge people for auto-shipment orders that they had canceled. Oh my..I am gearing up for a life style change: more exercise, more veges, less meat, less dairy….and no more pills.

Jeanne, happy to help and sorry you had to cancel your debit card to stop the auto-shipments of raspberry ketones!
Anytime we add more veggies and exercise, that’s good lifestyle change 🙂
Pam says
I think the raspberry ketones did help curb my appetite, though I didn’t take them consistently. The bottle I have is Bio Nutrition Raspberry Ketone Diet. It has 200 mg of RK and 300 mg of Green Tea Extract. Dosage is to take one capsule twice a day with a meal. I did this yesterday, one at breakfast and one before dinner. During the heat of the day (90 degrees), I was in my garden for an hr or so. Took a couple breaks of sitting and drinking water (probably not enough). Later, I cleaned up and went out to dinner with my daughter.
I don’t know if it was heat exhaustion or a link to the RK, but I very briefly blacked out while driving my car. This was an hour or two after taking the RK and had dinner. Thank goodness there was no accident, but it was very scary. I had my kids take me to an ER facility near me within an hr after it happened. My blood pressure was elevated….and I have never had high blood pressure before….and this was 6 hrs after being in the heat. Tests did reveal I had borderline heat exhaustion. Needless to say, I am skeptical about side effects from RK.
Joe says
Pam, really glad you are ok! RK might raise BP (the caffeine in green tea might also) but as you said it was very hot. my guess it was the heat or a combo of the RK product and the heat. Either way, Im happy you are ok.
Ema says
I have read about a lot scamming going on with companies that supposedly sell pure rk (its suppose to be a natural substance that comes from red raspberries). I also read there was a lawsuit because these companies are slapping Dr. Oz’s name all over it to make killer sales. Apparently, weight loss results from this product depends highly on the true quality and authenticity of the rk. Even though the supposed “expert” on Dr. Oz’s show claims its only $12 to purchase, dietitians are saying, “Don`t expect to buy high quality raspberry ketone for less than $50.”
So honestly I don’t know what to think. Similar issue occurred with the green coffee bean supplement. Dr. Oz mentioned it in his show and all of a sudden every company claimed their product was recommended by Dr. Oz. Turned out many were false advertising and didn’t even have real green coffee beans in it.

I bought raspberry ketones 750mg at holland and Barrett. I have put on weight I have been eating healthy all along and just needs to shift about 10 pounds. But I put weight on and I definitely blame the high dose ketone. What do you think
Joe says
Angela, I believe if you read through the comments a few people said they gained weight after taking raspberry ketones. Im not sure what the cause of the weight gain would be. Id say try writing down what you eat in a day. Use the MyFitnessPal app/website to track calories. I think if you did that you would not need RK. on my personal site Ive listed several other things that might help also here’s the link:

I have been on Raseberry Kentone for about two weeks one in the morning and one when I get home from work. I cannot say if there is any side effects. To date I have had no substantial loss of weight. Although I do exercise every day and eat healthily.
It does not curb my appetite in fact I feel more hungry between meals since I have taken the tablets .
You have got me concerned as I have had high blood pressure for about 15 years and did not consult my doctor before taking them.
I only purchased the smallest amount to see if they worked. After reading your article I have decided this is not for me.
Shame though thought I could by pass diets.
I have been eating porridge with blue berries each morning this has lowered my cholesterol level drastically so I am more inclined to think that red berries are the way to go.

Steve, thanks for writing. Get your BP checked by your doctor. Glad your cholesterol has done down 🙂

This has been a great read! What’s really troubling is the way people are being sucked in. I think there is something to commend here for the advertisers. The only way to survive this ongoing sell-fest is to be a skeptic as I’m sure the practices observed here must be commonplace amongst the advertisers selling other stuff too.
Thanks Joe for the forum! This has really been an eye opener. I’ve high Blood Pressure and this doesn’t look like my cup of tea even if I wanted to try them out. Exercise it is….

Hiya Joe 🙂 I’m baaaack. So obviously I said I was going to take the cleanse and premium together over the summer holidays but I had one or two questions I just wanted to ask, seeing as you know so much about the products…
Firstly, how would you recommend I take the tablets? (like how many per day, at what times etc etc)
Also, what is the average weight loss after using this product?
And finally, should I be doing anything else while taking them, such as exercising everyday or eating particular foods?
Thank you very much 🙂 x
Joe says
Hi Taylor,
I personally think its best to start all supplements with less than is recommended on the bottle for the first week. That way you will see how you respond to it.
I have no idea what the Average weight loss with Raspberry Keones might be. I don’t think anybody knows this.
If you are able to exercise I think that’s a good idea. Exercise plus dieting = more fat loss. with only weight loss (no exercise) we tend to lose muscle. when muscle fibers are lost, they don’t usually come back.
Hope that helps!
Taylor says
Thank you 🙂 I’ll keep you posted once I start taking them x

EM, the website says “Women’s Health at the top (under that you see “six” which is weird). The website address does not say “WomensHealth.com but “Whitedressdiet.org.” I didnt see any contact info for this website either – another red flag. I looked up the Whois info for WhiteDressDiet.com and found that it was created in sept 2012. The website domain name expires in sept 2013. That says to me that they didn’t plan on this website sticking around very long. Here is the info http://www.whois.com/whois/whitedressdiet.org
I’ve already formed my opinions about this website. I’ll let you draw your own opinions.

Hi Joe. I just ordered this stuff and THEN read your review. A lot of comments on here say beware of them recharging your account and now I’m really worried about my card info. How do I ensure that doesn’t happen? And do you think this could be potentially dangerous for someone with Crohn’s disease?
Joe says
EM, I have no idea about crohn’s disease. A pharmacist might know. Call your credit card company and ask them if they can stop future payments from the company that you ordered Raspberry ketones from. If they can do that, that should stop future charges to your credit card.
Ashleigh says
Hey Joe 🙂
The company reimbursed most of mymoney, which us good. However, I’d advise anyone considering the free trial from ( http://www.24hour-health.com ) to give it a wide birth, as essentially it is a con. Although I got most of my money back, I was still charged for the trial products which came to over £112, and the company now refuse to reimburse this figure. I did get about £278, so I am looking on the bright side. At least they had the decency to give me that back.
However, if you do find yourself being charged, email this address: support@ketonepremium.com and tell them you did not subscribe to their product, and also have not received any further products. I think for me, the reason it took me so look to fathom they were conning me, was purely because they weren’t sending me any products, so it didn’t seem like anything was out of the ordinary.
Think I’ve said everything 😛
But, Joe, this is a fab page, so congrats x

Holy cow… This might be the most comprehensive review of Raspberry Ketones I have ever seen. Honestly, great job.
So I know there are a lot of positive and negative reviews about this, but a really good friend recommended wisevitamins.com/collections/raspberry-ketones to me. I haven’t seen any reviews in the comments I read through, so I was hoping to put it out there and see if anyone has had an experience with this brand.
If anyone has any recommendations on Wise Vitamins or someone else, I would appreciate it. Thanks in advance!

TheyCallMePhil, Thanks Im glad you found my review helpful!
I looked up the wise vitamins site for you. I discovered that the website was created in feb 2013 and it was registered by a guy in AZ. Here is the whois.com info on the website http://www.whois.com/whois/wisevitamins.com
Take notice of the address listed in the file, it goes to the guys house! Click this link to see what the address looks like
I doubt this address is where the products on website are created. As you know, its very easy to put up a website and start selling stuff. The website also doesn’t even have a contact number. That alone is a red flag for me.
