I was almost ready to send this stuff back. Ive been taking okinawa flat belly tonic for about a month and didn’t see any results. I had purchased 6 months up front and decided to stick with it. At the end of the 2nd month, going into month 3 is when I started seeing the scale go down. It was slight at first and I thought maybe my scale was off but it wasn’t. I keep taking it and by month 4 I was down 7 pounds and after 6 months I ended up losing 13 pounds total.

I finished my first container and much to my chagrin, I’ve gained 7 lbs!! At one point I wrote and asked if mixing Okinawa Flat Belly Tonic with my morning coffee was okay. When you do weigh yourself, remember to do so in the morning, before you eat, and after going to the bathroom. Are you exercising? That can help you maintain muscle during weight loss and it will also help to lower your blood sugar level too. You don’t need to do a lot. Start with just some walking and see how you do with that.
Also, try keeping a food diary – write down what you eat and when you eat it. Sometimes we eat less when we see on paper what we are eating. There are some good apps you can use on your phone or tablet etc that can help with this. Keep me posted on what happens.
