I must be getting old because one of my favorite stations on XM radio is the channel that plays the old-time radio shows (XM 148). I like it because I get to hear programs that my parents and grandparents listened to when they were around. One night, driving home, I heard a commercial for an arthritis cream called Australian Dream. The spokesperson for the commercial was Chuck Woolery, who many may remember from TV game shows like Love Connection. I've never heard of Australian Dream, so I decided to review it. As I drove home, eager to learn more about this product, I thought for sure I knew exactly what its active ingredient was. I couldn’t have been more wrong―which made me want to review it even more.
Australian Dream Research
From what I can tell, Australian Dream has no published peer-reviewed evidence to show it reduces arthritis pain or any other kinds of pain, better than a placebo or better than other similar products on the market. That's too bad considering the product has been around for over a decade. Because of that, let's now look at the ingredients in the product and see what we can figure out.
Australian Dream Ingredients
According to the product website, the active ingredient in Australian Dream is histamine dihydrochloride (at a concentration of 0.025%)—which, they tell us, is an external analgesic.
Other ingredients in Australian Dream include:
- Water
- Butylene Glycol
- C13-14 Isoparaffin
- Chondroitin Sulfate
- Emu Oil
- Ethylhexyl Stearate
- Glucosamine Sulfate
- Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Oil
- Laureth-7, Methylisothiazolinone
- Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM)
- Polyacrylamide, Potassium Sorbate
- Sodium Polyacrylate
- Tetrasodium EDTA
- Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin-E)
- Trideceth-6
Since none of these ingredients are listed as active ingredients, I will assume that they are inactive and play no role at all in the effectiveness of Australian Dream. That said, if you look closely you'll see that this list includes 3 ingredients that people with arthritis pain are probably familiar with:
- Glucosamine sulfate
- Chondroitin sulfate
- Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM)
These 3 ingredients show up in A LOT of joint pain supplements, many of which I've already reviewed. That said, I want to point out that the evidence purporting they may help arthritis pain is based on taking them by mouth―not rubbing them on the skin. For example, I'm not aware of any proof that rubbing glucosamine on the skin helps arthritis pain.
So, I have to ask the question: Why are glucosamine, chondroitin, and MSM in this product? The only reason I can think of is for marketing purposes. In other words, people expect to see them in a joint pain supplement, and they might not buy the product unless they see them.
As proof of this, I even noticed websites specifically touting the glucosamine in Australian Dream. Whether they are present or not, I don’t feel they contribute anything to how well Australian Dream works.
For more on these ingredients, see these reviews:
Since histamine dihydrochloride is listed as the only active ingredient, let's now talk about it more and see what it does.
Histamine Dihydrochloride
Histamine dihydrochloride (pronounced hiss-ta-mean dye-hide-row-klor-ride) is a form of histamine—a compound that does many things in the body. For example, histamine is released by immune system cells during allergy season and is the reason for runny noses and watery eyes. Some people may take antihistamines, which block the action of histamine.
Tip. another name for histamine dihydrochloride is histaminum hydrochloricum.
On the product website, they say histamine dihydrochloride is an “external analgesic.” An analgesic is something that relieves pain.
As an aside, in some countries (not in the US), histamine dihydrochloride may also used to treat some forms of leukemia; although in this instance, it is injected rather than being rubbed on the skin. Rubbing it on the skin does not do the same thing as injecting it.
This stuff is also a vasodilator, which means it expands blood vessels. I think this is at the heart of its pain-reducing effects. As blood vessels open up more, there is a greater flow of blood to the area to which it is applied. The improved blood flow to the area might give the sensation of warmth, which temporarily masks pain sensations.
I think this is how histamine dihydrochloride works, because I'm not able to find any evidence that it directly reduces pain. I think the pain reduction is a byproduct of improved blood flow.
If anyone can find evidence that histamine dihydrochloride directly blocks pain receptors, let me know and I'll update this part of the review.
Who Makes Australian Dream?
Nature’s Health Connection is the company that makes Australian Dream. This company is located at 230 Plummer Street, Campton, KY 41301, according to the Better Business Bureau file. I called Nature’s Health Connection and was told this is the address of the company headquarters but is not where Australian Dream is made.
The BBB gave the company an “A +” rating when this review was created. See the BBB file for updates and more information.
The BBB previously had another website for the company: “NHC123.com” (where NHC probably refers to Nature's Health Connection). This may be the original company website which is no longer being used.
The website for Australian Dream and Nature’s Health Connection is: AustralianDream.com.
Another address for Nature’s Health Connection: 121 Pelfrey Drive, Campton, KY—which is about 3 miles from the Plummer Street address. When I spoke to the representative at Nature’s Health Connection, I was told this address is no longer valid.
Contact Australian Dream
The customer service number is 888-600-4642. The contact page of AustralianDream.com also has an email option; however, I recommend calling them if you have a question. They have helpful customer service reps. The BBB also lists another contact number of 606-668-6533.
Is Australian Dream Sold In Australia?
Australian Dream is made in the US. As it happens, my friend and fellow health investigator, Bill Sukala, lives in Australia. I asked him if he's heard of Australian Dream. He said he hadn't. Nature’s Health Connection also informed me that the product is not currently sold in Australia.
Buy Australian Dream
This arthritis cream is popular. I've seen it at many stores. You can purchase it at Walgreens, CVS, Rite Aid, Target, Walmart, Costco, Sam's Club, Bed Bath and Beyond.
How To Return Australian Dream
To their credit, the makers of Australian Dream have an “Empty Jar Guarantee.” For those who are not satisfied, they can return the empty jar along with their sales receipt and get a full refund. To return Australian Dream send the jar to: Australian Dream Refunds PO Box 609 Campton, KY 41301.
Australian Dream Back Pain Cream
The company also makes a Back Pain Cream too. The Back Pain Cream contains the same active ingredient as regular Australian cream (histamine dihydrochloride) but at a higher concentration – 0.5%. Here's the concentration of the active ingredient for the regular cream, back pain cream and Australian Dream Hand and Wrist cream side by side:
- Australian Dream (regular): 0.25%
- Back Pain Cream: 0.50%
- Hand and Wrist Cream:0.25%
Where Did the Name Come From?
I was curious about where the name “Australian Dream” came from, so I asked Nature’s Health Connection, the maker of the product, who told me that the name was chosen because the product contains emu oil, which comes from Australia.
I located one online source which notes emu oil used to be the primary ingredient in the product until the year 2000, when another ingredient―presumably histamine dihydrochloride―was added to the product.
As an aside Blue Emu Oil is another product marketed to help joint and arthritis pain.
Australian Dream And Migraines
This is not related to Australian Dream specifically, but as I was researching this product I uncovered an interesting clinical trial related to whether histamine dihydrochloride could help migraine headaches when it's placed under the skin.
As I wrote this review, the clinical trial had not yet begun, but I wanted to address it for those who may be searching for does Australian Dream might help with migraine headaches. For more on migraines see these videos on my Youtube channel:
What supplements help migraines
Why I don't like butterbur for migraines
Can CoQ10 help migraine headaches?
To play devil's advocate, one study from 1985 noted intravenous histamine dihydrochloride caused headaches. That doesn't mean rubbing Australian Dream on the skin does the same thing.
Australian Dream Side Effects
I think Australian Dream is safe for most people who use it appropriately. Searching online for side effects does not turn up much in terms of people saying bad things about it either. That said, some have said they have had side effects. For example, in the comments below, one person said Australian Dream worked but also made his skin itch.
I think most of these complaints may be linked to histamine dihydrochloride, which is the product’s active ingredient. Here is a list of potential / theoretical side effects based on the active ingredient. How likely any of these are to occur, I do not know.
This list is not complete.
Because histamine dihydrochloride vasodilates (expands/enlarges) blood vessels, it's possible that it may decrease blood pressure. This effect might be most noticed by those with low blood pressure or those who take medications for high blood pressure. When I searched online for side effects, I did see some people talking about how Australian Dream lowered their blood pressure, causing them to feel dizzy.
Histamine may be related to headaches but that doesn't necessarily mean rubbing a histamine dihydrochloride cream on the skin causes headaches. Still, headache-prone individuals should consult their doctor or pharmacist for more up-to-date and in-depth information.
Some people online reported having an allergic reaction shortly after using Australian Dream that resulted in itching, difficulty swallowing, and blisters. My guess is that this may be due to a histamine sensitivity/intolerance where some people may lack the ability to break down histamine.
- For those who may be sensitive to histamine dihydrochloride, it may be best to do a test, using a very small amount on a small area of the skin to see if any side effects occur.
- People who have skin conditions should ask their doctor or pharmacist before using the product.
- The glucosamine sulfate in the product – because it comes from shellfish – may cause an allergic reaction in those who have a shellfish allergy.
- Wash hands thoroughly before touching the eyes, as it may cause eye irritation.
- Do not use Australian Dream on areas of the skin that have cuts, scrapes, or open wounds. This may give histamine dihydrochloride access to your bloodstream, where it may have different effects than when placed topically on the skin.
- Don't use Australian Dream if you are pregnant or nursing without consulting your doctor first (inform the doctor what the active ingredient is too).
Ads for Australian Dream say it is odorless, but some people online have noted that it has an odor. Again, some people may be more sensitive than others on this issue. People with lung problems (asthma, COPD, etc.) should refrain from smelling the compound, and also use it in a well-ventilated area, just to be safe.
All that said, I think most people will probably not notice any unusual side effects from the product, but when in doubt, ask your pharmacist or doctor just to be sure. For more info, see this summary of the product.
Australian Dream Experiment
I do not have arthritis and so trying it on myself would not work. I did however purchase Australian Dream for a relative who is a 90-year-old WWII / Korean war veteran and formal postal worker whose route required he walked 13 miles a day for over 20 years. That's over 60,000 miles walked – just for the post office. That doesn't include his time in WWII or Korea.
Needless to say, he's got knee arthritis and while he walks, he's in some pain.
He tried Australian Dream and while he thought it might have worked after the first night, told me shortly thereafter, it was not helping him. Of course, it could be that his arthritis was too far advanced for the product to work? Walking all that distance for years plus being in the military will take its toll on anyone.
There are many nameless people on the web who give testimonials about products. I wanted to provide these insights for what they are, just a non-scientific experiment from someone I know and trust so you would have something to compare testimonials to.
Take it for what it is.
Does Australian Dream Work?
Looking at what research I could find I think it's possible some people may notice temporary relief of aches, pains, and joint stiffness. How does Australian Dream compare to other pain relief creams like Ben Gay or Aspercream? I'm not sure. The good news is Austrliam Dream is not expensive so it may be worth a try. If you've tried and it helped―or didn’t―do leave a comment below and let me (and others) know what happened.
Do You Have Any Questions?
D. William Barnes says
About a year ago I came across a product called “ACTIV ON” while comparing ingredients of different topical analgesic products. I discovered that aforementioned product listed histamine dihydrochloride as one of two active ingredients, but at a slightly higher concentration of 0.028%. I went back to make another purchase of ACTIV On and noticed that the active ingredient histamine dihydrochloride is no longer listed anywhere on the label.
I called the toll-free telephone number to inquire and the person knew nothing about the change let alone the why. I wonder if it was due to a patent infringement or if histamine dihydrochloride could maybe pose a possible health risk.
Joe says
D. William Barnes, thanks for sharing that. I have no idea. Anyone else have impute on “ACTIV ON?”

I found a product at my local dollar store that has some of the same Ingredients as Austalian Dream it’s called Arctic Ice Analgesic Gel. It’s very soothing & has a cooling menthol affect. It has helped with my back pain. I highly recommend it.
Joe says
Hi Penny, I looked up Artic Ice Analgesic Gel, it says its active ingredient is Menthol. The product I saw didn’t have Histamine dihydrochloride or the other ingredients in Australian Dream. Maybe they have different versions?
Lana says
I saw the commercial today, and am desperate for relief from knee pain due to arthritis I cannot take NSAIDs so, I have been doing therapy and taking Prednisone which seems to help a little. I am doing a test, using Australian Dream on only the right knee for now. Both hurt, but so far, I do feel like it feels better. I will keep you posted.
Joe says
Thanks Lana, I hope it works for you. keep us posted.
Lana says
I have been using Australian Dream on both knees for over a week now! This stuff is truly amazing! It usually lasts about 4 or 5 hrs for me, I highly recommend it!!
Joe says
Thanks for the update Lana, really glad you are getting relief from Australian Dream 🙂
Laura K says
A few thoughts as I read this: Since the active ingredient works by increasing blood flow & creating warmth (& redness of skin due to this increase as well), wouldn’t it be A LOT less expensive (since this product is costly!) to apply a heating pad? I do realize that rubbing in a cream would be better than a heating pad when it comes to applying it to fingers, since it could work its magic while someone is active, such as in the workplace. In that case, one can’t apply heat. I would say a less expensive way to go would be to apply heat in place of the cream when possible in order to save on the use of the cream, thereby making it last longer. Just a thought.
Secondly, there is another ingredient in the list that you should research. It is known for causing allergic reactions. It’s also put in many products, such as lotions, body washes, etc. The ingredient is: Methylisothiazolinone. People should be made aware of this possibility as well.
Thanks for your research & for creating this website…which i just discovered tonight! I appreciate you trying to help us all out like this.
Joe says
Laura K, I found this on Methylisothiazolinone: https://www.ewg.org/skindeep/ingredient/703935/METHYLISOTHIAZOLINONE/
Robbie Phillips says
I have been using Australian Dream for one week now after discovering it in Rite-Aid while looking over the selection of regularly advertised pain relief products. Price was triple the other products. But I am desperate to find something that lets me keep working the last 21 months before I qualify for Medicare at 65. Bought it and rubbed into my lower back after work. Woke up the next morning with lower back feeling better than usual.
Have used 2 to 3 times per day for last 6 days and lower back feels better each day. My wife said last night, “You’re back!” I don’t know how it works and am on this web page trying to find out. Have had no side effects, just less pain and greater freedom of movement.
Tiger Aycoffy says
Hello my name it’s Tiger Aycoffy and I will be 48 next February. On December 5 , 2015 I had a surgery in my cervical 4,6 and 7, on December 12, 2015 I went to a Store called Forever 21, and a Mannequin of almost 200 pounds felt on my neck just on top of my stitch was!. I almost faint bc the impact and bc I could not take it of me very quickly so I scream for help and after 10 minutes or a little less a person appear to help me and this person was as me a client too, but she could not take it of my back bc was too heavy .
So that person run to call somebody from the store to help . Well the end of this history it’s too much to put all here. I only can stand up without pain with this miracle Australian Dream cream ! So I use every day !:-) I should have a other surgery to fix what the Mannequin did inclusively a damaged muscle, but it too expensive and I can’t afford that again:-)! So the Cream it’s just wonderful right now!
Joe says
Thanks Tiger, I’m glad it is helping you.
phil says
Joe,
this may be the first time I’ve read anything on social media that was cogent, reasoned, and non judgemental.
I enjoyed reading your blog about Australian dream, which I am still evaluating after one week of use.
Here’s the thing, I believe most of us cannot distinguish a difference between placebo effect and alleged short term effects. As you know, any OTC product can claim pretty much anything about the benefits of using their product. There are no double blind, peer reviewed studies on +99% of the crap marketed as alternative, homeopathic, natural, etc.
Please let me know if you are aware of any studies on any of the above marketed products including supplements, that are independently funded.
Finally, I’ve read the concentration of histamine di+ is 0.025% or 250 parts per million. How such a minuscule amount of anything could produce any cellular or nerve change in the human body, seems ludicrous to me.
Thanks and regards,
Phil
P.S. where can I find more of your writing?
Joe says
Hi Phil, thanks Im happy you found my review helpful. True, companies sometimes fund research on their products. I usually dont see that as a problem as long as they take no role in the creation of the study or collection of study data. Sometimes also, researchers independently investigate products/ingredients. Aside from what I posted in the review, Im not aware of any other research on Australian Dream. Hopefully that will eventually change and when I become aware of such research, the review will be updated.
This website currently has over 200 reviews of supplements with many more to come. My personal website also has other things Ive written about and you can find it here: Joe-Cannon.com
Ive written several books too which you can see on amazon at this link.
Laura K says
Tiger, why isn’t the store paying your medical bills? You should have filed a claim against their insurance company immediately. You could sue for pain & suffering, for treatment of the muscle injury, etc.
Please look into this.

I have terrible knee pain in both knees. Told it was arthritis. I work at a job where i do a lot of walking. Was considering injections in my knees. Have been using a paying a fortune for voltarine gel, and that has not made a dent in my pain. My husband told me about australian dream and i figured why not try it. It made a huge difference in the pain in my knees. I was very skeptical but am now convinced that this stuff does work. I have used it as directed and am shocked at how much better my knees feel!
Don Dragonette says
I had all fingers siezed up on my left hand. All are now pain free and work pain free except the middle finger which has remained a trigger finger but without pain. i am 96 and have difficulty walking due to the lingering effects of an old WWII wound. Since I sit a lot I am susceptable to a lot of jock itch. Australian Creme cures it definetly, completely and 100% . Until the next session. I would not ever be without it nearby.
Joe says
Hi Don, thank you for sharing and wow 96! Thank you for your service during WWII. Most here -me included – can’t imagine what that must have been like.
Laura K says
I echo Joe’s sentiments about your service to your fellow Americans! Thanks sooooo much! We all owe you a deep debt, which we cannot pay, except to live with total gratitude toward those who served as well as an overall gratitude for the privileges we enjoy due to the sacrifices yourself, & others, have made.
Many Americans are descendants of those killed during the Holocaust & some of them wouldn’t be here now if our country hadn’t gone in to stop the madness!
Tina says
My friend uses this product and swears by it I am going to the store now because my mother pulled her shoulder muscle and its been hurting for a week now. With aspercreme and loads of Bengay and tramadol were going to try this I’ll get back to you.
If it doesn’t work were off to the ER
Joe says
Hi Tina, I hope your mom is ok! Let me know how it goes.
Amanda says
My husband heard about this product and wanted to get it for my mom. She is allergic to everything and can’t have any NSADs. We live in Canada and this product isn’t available here. So on a trip to the USA we stopped at a store and I got her a jar. She has to have knee surgery and is really scared about it.
She started using this product and she said how great it works and wants me to get her a lot more next time I go to the states. It doesn’t stop all the pain but she can feel a difference. I’m just worried about any side effects that she might get from using it?
Since its topical it might not affect the way a pill will effect her? So far she’s very happy with it!! I’m thinking about getting more for other ppl I know that suffer with chronic pain.
Joe says
Hi Amanda, for what its worth, other than what I listed in the review, I’m not aware of anything bad. I’m really glad your mom is getting some relief from using it. I’m not sure why its not available in Canada. Maybe if you called the company they could shed light on this or even send you some?
Marty says
I think this stuff works wonders. I work with my hands in construction type work. If I don’t use the cream at night on my fingers or wrists, I wake up in the morning stiff and painful. If I do use it, I wake with almost no pain. I have tried it on and off for months to see the difference. I am a skeptic, my parents said try it, Dad likes it, I said ok. Yes, I will DEFINITELY buy more. Thanks Dad!
Kathy says
I overheard a woman in our local Walgreens yesterday say to another woman with her that she needed to get her “Australian Dream” to which the other woman asked her what that was and she said it’s for her arthritis.
Having been diagnosed with arthritis in both knees several months ago and of late, having difficulty getting around and getting up and down from my desk not to mention taking over the counter drugs that the doc prescribed to no relief at all I thought…I need to follow her and find this (which I never heard of prior to yesterday).
The cost was almost double of Bengay, etc (which I didn’t try any cream before yesterday) and I thought…what the heck, give it a try. O M G I am literally pain free!
I didn’t wake up in pain last night and I got out of bed this morning like I could run a marathon! I had a lot of walking to do today which I dreaded and I honestly felt NO PAIN doing it at all and could have kept going even when my event was over. I sit at my desk for long periods of time and generally within 45 minutes of sitting, trying to get up is a challenge well…NO MORE!
I don’t know what’s working for me (ingredient wise) or what is not but I am filled with joy to be pain free right now. I am seeing an orthopedic doc next month because I couldn’t stand the pain anymore and made an appointment.
I will keep my appointment but, when I jog in he’s going to wonder what I’m doing there! I consider this my miracle and pure magic and that woman is my angel!
Joe says
Hi Kathy, I am so glad Australian Dream is helping you that much! tell your doctor what you are taking and see if he/she has heard of it. Have a terrific day!
Tom Stone says
This stuff is magic in that it goes on with very little sensation. After the coolness that any cream would feel goes away, you are left with as surprise because the majority of the previous pain is gone. I lasts for several hours unless you push that joint or muscle hard.
Sometimes you have a faint sensation of pain left over on a previous heavy pain. Then I find a Trigger Point or some call a pressure point and rub the cream on that wile using the normal Trigger Point seven second pressure.
I am due for a right knee replacement and left hip replacement per my doctor. I have delayed these fun events for a time using Australian Dream.
Larry Meyer says
I am bone on bone in my right knee. Have taken several things, including Tramadol for pain. Australian dream makes the knee very comfortable with light walking and working, no heavy weight lifting. And also it allows me to walk 150 yards before the knee starts to hurt again and if I stop walking for a few minutes the pain pretty much goes away. The only other scripted or unscripted med I am taking is Bisoprolol for BP control. Until I get the knee replaced, I think I will continue to use this as needed.
Marilyn Price says
I have used the Australian Dream for my arthritic fingers and am very pleased with the effects. It really does temporarily relieve the pain. It is completely odorless. I didn’t expect to find a cream that helps with pain this much, and I will keep using it.
Donna Craft says
My 82 yr old mother purchased and used cream ONCE for arthritic knee pain. Broke out in severe rash, redness over entire upper thigh, pustules, itching.
Dr has her on antihistamines, five days later, slow rash recovery.
Dr did not feel it was shingles (she has been vaccinated) or poison ivy
Marcia Purse says
I have found that it works very, very well on my arthritic knee but in limited tries it didn’t do anything for muscle pain. Unfortunately, right now I’m in a LOT of pain and the info that it is a vasodilator means I can’t use it. I’m having knee replacement surgery in four days and I can’t take any NSAIDs… leaving only Tylenol which is worthless.
I was hoping I could use my Australian Dream cream but… sounds like it wouldn’t be safe. Oh well. I understand that the doctors want to keep bleeding to a minimum during surgery!
Joe says
Hi Marcia, I’ve known many who have had knee replacements and they all tell me their pain is gone after they had it done. I know you are in pain now but it doesn’t sound like you will be for much longer. Let me know how you are doing after the surgery this week.
Jackie says
I cannot take NSAIDs either, due to issues with ulcers. I have used the Australian Cream and liked it; then with more research I found the product called Golden Crème which has the same concentration of the active ingredient (histamine dihydrochloride) only they sell it at a third of the price; but you do have to pay shipping so there is that to consider.
Still overall, I feel it works a little better and is less expensive. I hesitate sharing this information for fear that if the word gets out I will soon lose my source – they’ll get bigger, sold to a larger company and the price will triple (the same happened with the product known as WoundBeGone that I used for scars after surgery – if you have a line on where I can buy that product now, I’d love to know),
Despite my hesitation, I truly sympathize with your pain, so I am sharing this with you – a fellow arthritis sufferer who is not able to use traditional anti-inflammatories / NSAIDS. Neither the Australian Cream or the Golden Crème are a Miracle as the former claims, but they do help.
By comparison, I do prefer the Golden Crème, not only for the cost but for the scent and effectiveness. It says the concentration in the active ingredient is the same but Golden Crème works better for me. Plus, it is made and distributed in the USA. The corporation name on the container is Relief, Inc but just Google Golden Crème and you’ll find it.
Tell them the lady that keeps them in business from Illinois sent you 🙂 – I’ve order it many times for myself as well as my parents who live out of state. When you call, you will likely get a voicemail, leave your name/number and they will return your call within 24 hours.
Here is a blurb about this product from their website to explain it a bit more, but look at the site and read the history of why and for who the product was initially created:
Golden Creme is a topical analgesic that addresses pain associated with the lower back, with sore muscles and joints, and with arthritis and fibromyalgia. The active ingredient is histamine dihydrochloride—the hydrochloride salt of histamine. This FDA approved compound is a vasodilator.

I had surgery on my left shoulder for a torn labrum 10 yrs. ago. Been playing baseball for more then 35 yrs. Six months ago I started doing dumbbell presses. I over did it, and I injured both rotator cuffs. Range of motion, not happening. Pain, Pain, Pain. I decided to try Australian Dream with every intention on returning it. After the first jar, the pain was manageable.
I decided to get another jar, and as I type this comment, I am pain free. I am hesitant to reach up, only because before that motion resulted in devastating pain. Now I reach slowly, only to find that the pain is gone. Don’t know what’s in this stuff, and I don’t care. I’m a believer.
Joe says
Jose, Im really glad Australian Dream has helped you so much. Be very careful with weight lifting, especially presses over the head. Maybe seeing a physical therapist who can show you some exercises to strengthen your rotator cuff (external and internal shoulder rotation, etc) would be wise as well.

This product worked a bit for my shoulder pain…but when I put DMSO on top of it, it worked fantastic!
Dan says
I have been having severe knee pain and tried Australian Dream. It worked very quickly with no weird sensations or smells. I told my dr about it and he scoffed. But prescribed ibuprofen and that did not help at all. I’m sold on Australian Dream.
Thanks for the review in ingredients. Found that very helpful.
Joe says
Hi Dan, you are very welcome and I’m so glad Australian Dream helped your knee pain!
Mary Watson says
My husband and I both have tried this product and found it totally worthless. It did not do a thing. Don’t waste your money on this product!
terry McCullough says
It worked like a dream for me. It solved my pain issues almost immediately. It does not cure the arthritis but rather helps you to know where your physical weaknesses are so you can work on strengthening them without the pain. Together with osteo bi-flex I experienced. Immediate relief. I got my bounce back.
