Update 9/1/20. The Thrive shake mix, also called Premium Lifestyle Mix is part of the Le-Vel line of supplements and said to be the “first and only ultra-premium mix ever developed” and is designed to support lean muscle, weight management, and fitness. This review will focus on the Thrive Shake Mix ingredients and research on those ingredients to give you an idea if its right for you. If you have a question, leave a comment below. Also, see the reviews of Thrive W and the Thrive Patch for more insights.
Thrive Shake Mix Research
An information sheet I have for the product states that the Thrive shake mix is the “first and only ultra-premium mix ever developed.” Sounds impressive but are there were any clinical studies on the supplement? Searching medical databases for:
- Thrive Research
- Le-Vel Research
did not reveal any clinical Research on the Thrive Premium Lifestyle shake mix.
To better understand the shake, it's necessary to look at its ingredients. Let's do that next.
Thrive Shake Nutrition Facts
Each serving of the Thrive shake is 35 grams (about 1 oz) and has the following nutrition information. The percent daily values in the 3rd column of the table are based on eating 2000 calories per day.
Amount per serving | Percent Daily Value | |
---|---|---|
Calories | 110 | |
Total Fat | 2 grams | 3% DV |
Total Carbs | 9 grams | 3% DV |
Dietary Fiber | 5 grams | 20% DV |
Sugars | 2 grams | N/A |
Protein | 15 grams | 30% DV |
Vitamin A (beta carotene) | 2500 IU | 50% DV |
Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) | 24 milligrams | 40% DV |
Vitamin D (cholecalceferol) | 200 IU | 50% DV |
Vitamin E (d-alpha tocopheryl acetate) | 10.5 IU | 35% DV |
Thiamine (thiamin hydrochloride) | 75 milligrams | 50% DV |
Riboflavin | 85 micrograms | 50% DV |
Vitamin B6 | 1 milligram | 50% DV |
Folate (folic acid) | 200 micrograms | 50% DV |
Biotin | 135 micrograms | 45% DV |
Pantothenic Acid | 4 milligrams | 40% DV |
Calcium (tricalcium phosphate) | 400 milligrams | 40% DV |
Iodine | 60 micrograms | 40% DV |
Magnesium | 100 micrograms | 25% DV |
Zinc (zinc methionine) | 6.75 milligrams | 45% DV |
Selenium (selenium chelate) | 14 micrograms | 20% DV |
Copper (copper chelate) | 1 milligram | 50% DV |
Manganese (manganse chelate) | 600 micrograms | 30% DV |
Chromium (chromium polynicotinate) | 60 micrograms | 50% DV |
Molybdenum (sodium chelate) | 38 micrograms | 50% DV |
Looking over these ingredients, the things that stand out to me are the 5g of fiber and the 15 grams of protein. My guess is the fiber in the shake is a combination of oat fiber and bran (see the tables below) although it's possible that the maltodextrin and xanthan gum provide some fiber too.
Thrive Shake Protein
Each pack of the Thrive shake has 15 grams of protein. The protein comes from a combination of:
- Soy protein
- Pea protein (click to read review)
- Whey protein concentrate
Here's a quality protein powder I like
The ingredients are listed in order as they occur in the “other ingredients” table below. This tells us that there is more soy than whey since soy is listed before whey in the table. I mention this only in case it matters to anyone.
There are a lot of vitamins and minerals in the Thrive shake mix but I don't think most people are lacking in these.
One interesting thing observed in the Nutrition Fact label concerned the last ingredient, Molybdenum. In the Nutrition Facts label above, in parenthesis, they say molybdenum comes from “sodium chelate.” I wonder if this might be a typo? I say this because I don't understand how sodium chelate is a source of molybdenum?
The word “chelate” means to attach one thing to another to increase its absorption. For example, in the table above, we see the mineral manganese is present as “manganese chelate.” We see the same thing with copper (copper chelate) and selenium (selenium chelate). With Molybdenum we don't see molybdenum chelate, but rather sodium chelate.
Thrive Shake Proprietary Blend Ingredients
The table below lists the ingredients in the Proprietary Blend of Thrive shake mix. We are not told how much of each ingredient is present, but they do tell us that this proprietary blend adds up to a total of 1595 milligrams. That's about 1.6 grams. Putting things in perspective, 1 oz equals 28 grams.
Read the table from left to right and this will tell you which ingredients are present the most and least. For example, since garcinia fruit extract is listed first, it makes up most of the proprietary blend.
Garcinia fruit extract | Oat fiber | Natural caffeine from black tea |
Lactobacilius acidophlius | Rice bran | Amalase 5000 |
Bromelian 600GDU | Cardomon seed extract | Cellulase 1000 |
Ginger root | Lipase 1000 | Papain 6000 |
Protease 1000 | Protease 5000 | Cinnamon bark extract |
Let's now go over some of the ingredients on this list.
Garcinia Fruit Extract
While they don't tell us what extract of garcinia fruit is present in the Thrive shake, I think this is a reference to Garcinia Cambogia. I say this because there have been studies of Garcinia Cambogia and weight loss. Some of these studies show it works while others show it doesn't work. When I reviewed the research on garcinia Cambogia, I noticed that many studies used between 500 mg and 2 grams per day.
The Thrive Patch also has Garcinia Cambogia.
While Le-vel doesn't tell us how much garcinia is in the shake, we do know that all the ingredients only add up to 1595 mg (about 1.6 grams). Garcinia makes up most of the proprietary blend, it's probably in the 1/2 to 2 grams range that many studies use, albeit on the low end.
See my review of garcinia Cambogia research for more insights. There is evidence it may be linked to liver failure in some people.
Probiotics In The Shake
The Thrive shake has Lactobacillus acidophilus. This is a common probiotic bacteria. If you eat yogurt, you may have seen it listed.
One thing they don't tell us is how many colony-forming units (CFU) the product contains. If you have any probiotic supplements, you might notice that companies often list how many CFU the product has. For example, you might see “1 billion CFU.” In probiotics, CFU is kind of like potency of the product.
I don't know the CFU number for the Thrive shake. If anyone does, let me know and I'll be glad to update this part of my review.
Another thing we don't know is what strain of Lactobacillus acidophilus the shake contains? Just saying”Lactobacillus acidophilus” does not tell us which particular strain of Lactobacillus acidophilus the product has. For example, does it have:
- Lactobacillus acidophilus La-14
- Lactobacillus acidophilus L-92
or others?
Different strains of bacteria can have different effects. For example, one strain might help diarrhea while another might help urinary tract infections. Currently, makers of foods and supplements don't have to tell us the strain of the probiotic bacteria they use.
Caffeine
I don't know how much caffeine is in Thrive Shake mix. They do tell us it contains “natural caffeine from black tea.” I don't know if natural caffeine is better/different than synthetic caffeine in regards to its effects on the body.
Natural caffeine is the 3rd ingredient listed (out of 15 ingredients) so it's presently more than most of the other ingredients. It makes up a good amount of the 1595 mg of total ingredients in the proprietary blend. How much caffeine is in the Thrive Shake? I'm not sure.
The Enzymes
The Thrive shake contains the following enzymes:
- Amylase 5000
- Bromelain 600GDU (GDU=gelatin dissolving units)
- Cellulase 1000
- Lipase 1000
- Papain 6000
- Protease 1000
- Protease 5000
Basically, these are enzymes that break down protein, fat, and carbohydrates. If you are healthy, then I don't think they add anything to the shake. Notice the numbers behind the enzymes. I think adding numbers behind the enzyme names makes the ingredients overly complicated for the average person. I would disregard the numbers.
Other Ingredients
Thrive shake mix also has these other ingredients also
Maltodextrin | Soy protein | Pea protein |
Whey protein concentrate | Cellulose | Sun flower oil |
Natural flavors | Xanthan gum | Sucralose |
Stevia |
Read the table from left to right. Ingredients are often listed from most to least.
Thrive Shake Sweeteners
The “other ingredients” table above, tells us that the sweeteners in the shake are provided by both sucralose (Splenda) and stevia, in that order. The table also tells us there are “natural flavors” present too, but companies don't have to tell us the names of natural flavors so I can't comment on those.
Is It Gluten-Free?
Yes, the Thrive shake mix is gluten-free. That's good for people with gluten intolerance and/or celiac disorder. According to the FDA, gluten-free now means products must contain less than 20 parts per million of gluten to be called “gluten-free.” See the FDA gluten-free rules for more information on this.
Does It Contain Soy?
Yes, the Thrive shake mix has both soy and milk.
Who Makes Thrive Shakes?
The company is called Le-Vel LLC. They are located at 9201 Warren Pkwy #200, Frisco, TX 75035. As I pointed out in my review of Thrive W, this address corresponds to a postal service called “Going Postal.”To contact the Thrive company, call 888-557-0005.
The Better Business Bureau gave Le-Vel LLC a rating of A+ when this review was updated. The Better Business Bureau has had complaints regarding refunds and the creation of accounts. See the BBB file for updates and more information.
SiteJabber, another consumer website gives Le-Vel a rating of 3 out of 5 stars. There were 298 reviews and of those, 126 gave the company 5 stars while 145 gave the company a 1-star rating. See the Sitejabber file for updates and more information.
Thrive Shake Mix Side Effects
I think in healthy people the Thrive shake is safe. Here are some things to consider. This list is not complete:
- Start with less than recommended for the first week to see how you react
- The shake has caffeine. Using the product too close to bedtime might keep you up at night.
- Stop the shake -and all over supplements not prescribed by your doctor – at least 2 weeks before surgery.
- Talk to your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- Speak to your doctor/pharmacist if you take any medications.
- If you have any liver issues, talk to your pharmacist regarding Garcinia Cambogia.
- See the garcinia Cambogia review for why.
Does The Thrive Shake Work?
The claims made for the Thrive shake mix are pretty vague, which makes answering the “does it work” question difficult to do, but I'll try. Since the shake has protein and fiber, it makes some sense that it would be able to “help support” lean muscle and perhaps maybe weight loss, just as other things protein shakes and fiber would. So, I would not be surprised if some people told me it helped them lose weight.
The bigger question though is does the Thrive shake do it better than other foods/supplements that also have protein and fiber? Without research, I don't think we can say either way.
Do You Have Any Questions?
Lori says
I’ve been thriving for awhile and have been reading some of these comments. One question I have is I am scheduled for surgery in a few days and I have taken myself off of thrive but would like to continue with at least the shake part right up to surgery day. Is this safe, why or why not? Thanks so much!
Joe says
Hi Lori, when it comes to supplements, the usual recommendation is to stop all supplements (unless your doctor says otherwise) at least 2 weeks before surgery. The main reason for this is many supplements can act as blood thinners. This increases the chances of too much bleeding occurring during your surgery.
I think its wise to stop taking the shake, just to be safe. If you have doubts, ask your physician/surgeon for their thoughts.
I wish you much success with your surgery and a speedy recovery.
Gloria J says
I am interested in understanding the components of the Thrive Lifestyle Mix. Do you have information on the name of each Amino Acid that comprises the totality of the Protein, and as well, the typical amount of each Amino Acid per serving?
Joe says
Hi Gloria, while I can tell you that the protein in Thrive Lifestyle Mix is made up of
Soy protein
Pea protein
Whey protein
I cannot tell you the specifs on how much of each of the amino acids it has.
Having said that, since both soy and whey are “complete proteins” we can be assured that they contain all of the essential amino acids humans need. There are 8 different essential amino acids in adult humans
Tryptophan
Valine
Threonine
Isoleucine
Leucine
Lysine
phenylamine
Methionine
I cant tell you the exact amount of each amino acid per serving. Im sure the company that makes Thrive has that information.
Can anyone else add to this?
Tammy R says
According to Le-vel support their shakes are lactose free. I have lactose intolerance and haven’t had any issues with the 3 steps. Actually. I feel AMAZING! If anyone had any questions feel free to reach out and I will get you answers directly from customer support.
Joe says
Hi Tammy, thanks for the offer. Can you find out how much caffeine is in the Thrive shake?
KT Coram says
Time to update this info! Le-Vel has a A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau!
Joe says
Hey KT, how about its time for Le-Vel to start doing some clinical studies on their supplements!
DaveG says
Would pre-mixing the shakes (for example, the night before) have any impact on the potency of the probiotics or other ingredients in the shake? Thanks!
Joe says
Hi Dave, my guess is mixing the shakes over night probably would not impact probiotic potency. I have other thoughts on probiotics if you want to hear them…
Sheila Sperling says
Your site is awesome….just saved me endless time searching for details ! Thank you ! All in all, I think I will use your shake recipe and save my money ! lol ! I am 69 and work in the warehouse at a Best Buy store…lots of physical…AND have never taken a sick day from work in my life ( started working at 15 ) so I suspect my vitamin intake is on the mark without Thrive !
I’m also in a pipe band and volunteer at hospice….suggesting that mixing “attitude” into all of these recipes and protein drinks will go a long way as well ! 🙂 !! Keep up the great work, Joe !
Joe says
Hi Sheila, thanks so much for saying that. I’m so glad I can save you money 🙂
You do some really good things. So nice that you volunteer at hospice. I know your efforts are appreciated more than you know.
Rene' Vaughan says
Where can I find your shake recipe? I have been drinking the Thrive lifestyle mix and can no longer afford it myself. Even their shipping and handling cost have increased.
Thank you in advance.
Joe says
Hi Rene’ here’s my smoothie recipe. Feel free to add what you like. you can just keep it simple by adding
1 orange
cup grapes
frozen spinach
frozen blue berries
2 frozen strawberries
water
chocolate protein powder
Let me know what you think 🙂
Lynne says
I have no skin in the game but did click the BBB tab and thrive has an A+ rating. Just an fyi
Joe says
Lynne, yes you are correct. The BBB rating has improved from a C to an A+ now. I’m glad its improved.
Michelle says
Is it ok to still use Thrive Shakes if they have expired?
Joe says
Hi Michelle, While it would probably depend on how they were stored, if its just a couple of months my guess is yes its probably still ok.
Bella says
I just went on the bbb website and they have a A+ rating all of the negative comments are due to customer service and not the actual product. Is there any proof to say the product does work for people if there are no negative comments about the actual product?
Joe says
Hi Bella, that is a great question! There are people who swear by this stuff to be sure. for me it comes down to clinical evidence. While I dont see any (as I write this) I can understand how something might help weight loss if it somehow gets us to eat fewer calories.
Here is a list of things I feel has some weight loss evidence if you are interested

Lee says
Can you tell me if there are amphetemines in Thrive or an ingredient that mimicks amphetamines? I heard that there was from a friend.
Thanks!
Joe says
Hi Lee, there are many Thrive supplements. None that I am aware of have “amphetamines” but some do contain stimulants. The thrive shake has some caffeine for example.
Thrive W also has some stimulants too. Here is the Thrive W review.
Here is the Thrive Patch review
If you have any other questions, just ask
ceaserswizard says
Q: Would you happen to know how much Milk/Whey protein the Thrive shakes might contain? I have a friend who is lactose intolerant and really wants to try this product with me, but is unsure if this would put her down or not. Thank you in advance for your response and support.
Joe says
Hi Ceaserswizard, while I cant say for sure how much whey protein is in Thrive shakes, the 3 different sources of protein are listed in descending order (soy protein, pea protein and finally whey protein). as such my guess is there is probably on a little whey in the Thrive shake. Has your friend who is lactose intolerant ever tried using lactase, the enzyme that breaks down lactose? that might help her use lactose containing foods without having GI problems.
Here are several lactase products that might help her.
Gina Aguilar says
I use orange juice with some frozen strawberries. Its delicious. As a breakfast or lunch.
Nell says
Hi, Can anyone inform me as to how much probiotic is in the shake lifestyle Mix please?
Joe says
Hi Nell, good question. I took a look again at at the documentation on the Thrive shake but didn’t see how many probiotics it had. Does anyone know?
Sbed_nz says
I bought Thrive but I find how to use it confusing for weight loss.
The person who told me about it said you take the 3 steps for 8 weeks and eat nothing.
My best friend is also doing it and she said you take the 3 steps and eat
I asked someone else and they said you take the 3 steps and eat 6 snacks a day and someone else told me you do the 3 step Mon-Thurs no food and then Fri-Sun you eat as normal.
Why isn’t the plan more clear? Please, someone, tell me. THANK YOU
Vicky Turner says
I don’t know who that is selling Thrive would tell anyone not to eat. Of course you have to eat. THRIVE is an 8 week experience only to give it a chance to work for your body. It is an experience and lifestyle that once it is working for you, you will not want to stop. Eat healthy. Very simple instructions to use Thrive… take 2 capsules 1st thing in morning on an empty stomach. 20min later drink shake mixed with water or milk. Then put on DFT patch. Very simple instructions. But the system only works when taken properly with a healthy diet and some exercise.
It does work and make your body come alive.
Over 5 million people take Thrive and growing. It is not a weight loss product but a weight management system to loose fat and build lean muscle.
I am sorry some of you were so grossly misinformed. I apologize for the lack of care you were given by any of our promoters. I have lost weight. Stopped taking prescription pain pills. Sleep better, wake up feeling rested. I no longer find myself needing an afternoon nap. I get up at 6 or 7 am and work nights from 5pm to 11pm sometimes later. I have my diabetes sugars at the most stable level ever.
Need to just loose a few more pounds and stay on my healthy diet and Thrive and am hoping to get off diabetes meds. Recovered from 2 major surgeries this year significantly ahead of schedule. Both surgeons were impressed. Again I apologize for any lack of guidance and gross misrepresentation from any promoters
Amy Tyler says
So you are a diabetic and on medication. I was wondering about that. I am a diabetic too and was concerned if I could take Thieve products.
Joe says
Hi Amy, you didn’t say if you were a type I or type II diabetic. Thrive has many supplements (several of them are reviewed here). My advice is if you take medications, show the ingredients (Nutrition Facts label) to your pharmacists and get their insights.
Anita Clark says
I have noticed these shakes help suppress my appetite. I don’t feel hungry when I drink them. They have the same effect on my daughter and have helped us lose weight. What ingredients could be causing this? GC?
Joe says
Hi Anita, my guess is that its the fiber and the protein. Each Thrive shake provides 15 grams of protein and 5 grams of fiber. Both fiber and protein have been shown to help us feel full for longer and can help weight loss (especially fiber). Take a look at the Metamucil review for more on fiber and weight loss
Betsy Hiatt says
I truly do appreciate your review of Thrive. I tried the 3 day sample and this was my experience. The first day was intense . I had a lot of energy , clear headed, and my back pain went away as well as my migraine I have nearly every day. I felt somewhat jacked up however , but at the end of the day it wasn’t so intense and I slept like a baby . But … I had heart palpitations before going to sleep. . I didn’t like that feeling .
The 2nd day wasn’t so intense but still had fast heart beat at night. 3rd day same as 2nd . I was finished with sample and not taking it on 4th day, chronic back pain was back and I take Lyrica on a daily basis .
What could possibility be responsible in this product that would take away chronic pain that Lyrica can’t touch ? I know it has Willow bark in it … But that’s like as powerful as an aspirin isn’t it ? I’d love to know what you think ! Again, thank you for your time in all you did ! It’s overpriced I think for sure . I did enjoy the benefits through:-) Betsy
Joe says
Hi Betsy, Thanks for sharing your experiences. You ask a good question and I’m honestly not sure. There has been some evidence that caffeine can reduce pain during exercise. I’ve also heard some say that protein digesting enzymes might decrease a pain chemical called COX (which is how many OTC pain meds work) but I have not seen much human studies for it. The enzyme, Bromelian, which is in Thrive is also thought to reduce pain but most of the evidence I’m aware of is in lab animals. So, at the end of the day I’m not sure
Are you taking Lyrica for fibromyalgia pain? If yes, check out this review I wrote on Ribose and Fibromyalgia pain.
Sttirb says
Hi! I have a question but I’m not sure you can totally answer it for me. I would appreciate any input you may have…
I have drank Shakeology shakes for almost 2 years and have never had any problems. I tried the Thrive shakes one on Sunday and then another Monday and had a severe allergic reaction (IV steroids, albuterol treatments, Epi injection and monitored for 4 hours at the ER).
I know without a doubt it was from the shake because other than water I had nothing and within about 10 mins of starting the shake the symptoms started. Now…I have always had a small problem eating fresh fruits and veggies (makes my mouth tingle and itch a little bit quickly goes away). I try to monitor how much I eat of it.
So do you know what the connection would be to the Thrive shake and the fresh fruits (I’m thinking that’s the connection of my anaphylactic reaction yesterday).
Thank you so much!
Joe says
Hi Sttirb, I wish I had an answer for you but I do not. I am just so sorry to hear you had that awful reaction to the Thrive shake. You said your mouth tingles when you eat fresh fruits/veggies. has anyone offered a reason why that is? Just wondering if there might be an ingredient in fruits that might be common in Thrive – and missing in Shakeology?
I did a little research and it sounds like oral allergy syndrome. Here’s a link to an NPR story on it: http://www.npr.org/sections/thesalt/2017/05/22/529151256/if-raw-fruits-or-veggies-give-you-a-tingly-mouth-it-s-a-real-syndrome
Here’s my Shakeology review.
Tina says
Could be the Stevia – I am allergic to Stevia, a plat in the same family as ragweed. Check out Stevia and allergies. Fruit does not bother me but it also sounds like your reaction is more severe than mine is.
Karin Sheldon says
The reaction could be from the soy or the Sucralose
CCW says
Fruits and vegetables have enzymes. You may be allergic to the enzymes in the shakes. I have an allergy to fresh pineapple but if I eat canned pineapple I am fine. The canning process kills the live enzymes in it. It sounds as though you have allergies to a lot of enzymes. Cooking and possibly freezing fruits and/or veges probably would help.
Dee Gantt says
Joe,
Thanks so much for your information about Thrive. I was looking for an unbiased approach and I appreciate your facts. I have taken it for two days but it is not for me. I didn’t realize how many stimulants were in there and I read the ingredients! I am a well educated person in the profession of educating others and I am somewhat ashamed that I did this to my body. Thanks for the information. I will stick to my vitamins, healthy eating and exercise.
Joe says
Hi Dee, you are very welcome. I’m happy you found my review helpful.
James LeCuyer says
I was old by someone at Thrive that the Thrive shake package contains about as much caffeine as a cup of espresso, about 80 or so mg. Is that right? I have a severe limit on the amount of caffeine I can take in one day.
Joe says
Hi James, I’m not sure how much caffeine the Thrive Shake has but if the company told you its 80 mg then I’ll believe it. If its a distributor, I’d ask to see documentation of this.
Dave Wilkins says
Reply on our group web page with a coporate response included. Hope this helps!
How much caffeine is in #Thrive?!?!?!
***Thrive caffeine BREAKDOWN**
“W” Capsule = 20mg
“M” Capsule = 25mg
Lifestyle Mix = 25mg
Activate = 50mg (black tea caffeine) Not a part of the basic three pkg
If you take 2 “W/M” capsules and the Lifestyle Mix you will have between 60-70mg of all “natural plant based caffeine” (NO synthetics). Which is a very clean caffeine without fillers. That is less than HALF the caffeine content of 8oz of black coffee.
The #DFT contains no caffeine properties. However, your super boosted metabolism may fool you into thinking there is caffeine.
***From SUPPORT***
Q: Is there any caffeine in the DFT foam? There is an ingredient called Green Coffee Bean Extract which contains caffeine.
A: There is no caffeine in DFT, only the antioxidant benefits were used from the Green Coffee Bean, not the caffeine.
Curious77 says
I am concerned about the artificial sweeteners. I am hypoglycemic and not suppose to have any. Do you know possibly how much might be in it or have any feedback?
Joe says
Hi Curioius77, well Sucralose is the very last ingredient listed so its assumed its present in the least amount. The label also lists natural flavors. while we are not told what those natural flavors are, they are also located toward the end of the list, again telling us their probably isn’t much of those present either.
Have you considered making your own shake? Here is the smoothie recipe I like. Feel free to experiment with what works for you.
Bob says
The Thrive shakes have a nice taste to them. I like the vanilla kind of oatmeal flavor they have. Does anyone have a cheaper alternative they dont mind pointing to? Im not so interested in all that caffeine or “Ultra Premium” stuff I just need a good vitamins shake that has no SOY.
Joe says
Hi Bob, have you considered making your own shake? Here is what I often make for breakfast. Feel free to experiment.
Jamie says
Are you able to drink other protein with the thrive instead of the thrive shakes everyday and get the same results?
Joe says
Hi Jamie, I think you can. While those who sell Thrive will tell you Thrive shakes are better, I’m not aware of any published clinical studies showing this or that thrive supplements work better when combined with Thrive shakes. Thrive shakes have 15 grams of protein and 110 calories. There are other protein powders that have this too. Obviously taste is something to consider too. Some protein powders and ready-made shakes may taste different. that’s a personal preference.
All that said, if you want to try thrive but you are thinking about how much all this will cost you, Id recommend just using the Thrive Shakes and nothing else. Thrive shakes are basically just a protein shake. Im not a fan of the thrive vitamins (Thrive W) because it has too many stimulants for my tastes. Heres the Thrive W review (read the comments too).
Here is a list of weight loss supplements I feel have evidence. This might help you also.
JoAnn says
I’m a Thriver & love the products it has helped me lose weight n shortness of breath has stopped
I really wish they would eliminate soy too it’ll make a huge difference
I love these reviews & your fact checking
Joe says
JoAnn, thanks so much! Tell your friends 🙂
Linda says
This website is excellent. I do a lot of research on supplements before I take them so your site has done this all for me. Thank you for all of your excellent research and clear, concise explanations!
Joe says
Hi Linda, thanks so much for saying that! I truly appreciate you taking the time to let me know Ive been of help to you. Please share my site with your friends so they know about me too 🙂
