Update 4/22/20. What's better: Shakeology or Body By Vi Shakes? Have you ever wondered which of these shakes might be best for you? Just in case you were thinking about this, I thought I would compare some of the aspects of Shakeology and BodyByVi shakes side by side so that you might have a better idea. For Body by Visalus, I’ll use their Vi Shape shake as this seems to be their biggest selling item. My goal is not to promote one supplement over another. Rather, I want to give you some information side by side so you can make the decision that is right for you.
I also suggest you read the comments that follow each review as this will give you additional insights.
Product Label. Body by Vi vs. Shakeology
Assuming that both shakes are mixed with water, here is how they compare.

*The Shakeolgy label did not list potassium. I found this odd given the health benefits of potassium.
Shakeology also contains a wide range of other ingredients which may or may not play a role in health. For more on these ingredients, I encourage you to read my review of Shakeology.
Looking at the main product label, we can see is that Shakeology has 50 more calories than the ViSalus shake. This is neither good or bad since anyway you look, at it 140 calories per Shakeology shake is not much.
Both ViSalus shakes and Shakeology still have fewer calories than my homemade smoothie recipe that I discussed previously.
In case you were wondering, Right Size Smoothie which is marketed on TV, radio ect. has 100 calories per scoop. Right Size Smoothies also has many other ingredients including caffeine.
How Do They Taste?
Taste is subjective. I can tell you I thought ViSalus shake tasted better than Shakeology. For more info see my reviews on the tastes
Shakeology vs. Visalus: Fiber Content
In the fiber department, the ViSalus shake has 5 grams which squeaks past Shakeology which has 3 grams of fiber. While 5 g vs. 3 g of fiber may not seem much, 5 grams is 22% of our daily value for fiber. Shakeolgoy only has 13%. This means Visalus is “high in fiber.” Since most people don't eat enough fiber this is something to consider.
The fact that shakeolgy has less fiber is ironic since some BB coaches have said you'd have to eat lots of different veggies (which have fiber) to equal what’s in Shakeology. These ads are obviously referring to the “phytonutrients” in Shakeology. However placing Shakeology on the same level as vegetables gives the impression that it contains vegetables, like broccoli and cauliflower, which is not true.
Carbohydrates
ViSalus shakes have about 3 times fewer carbs than Shakeology (7 vs. 19). I wonder if this has to do with the “fear of carbs” that some people have? Any way you look at it, 7 carbs or 19 carbs is not a lot and really shouldn't factor into what's better.
Cost Comparison. Shakeology vs. Body By Vi
Shakeology |
ViSalus Shake |
$119 per month | $49 per month (Vi Shape only) |
$1428 per year | $588 per year (Vi Shape only) |
ViSalus has many supplements. If you use more than the Vi Shape shake, the cost you pay will be more than what I have listed.
Costs Per Serving. Shakeology vs. Body by Vi
Shakeology |
ViSalus Shake |
$ 4.00 per serving | $ 1.50 per serving |
Protein Content
In terms of protein, Shakeology has 15 grams per serving vs. ViSalus which has 12 grams of protein. Both shakes have more protein than Right Size Smoothie which has only 9 grams of protein per serving.
So What's Better?
If price matters, Visalus wins hands down. It's much less expensive than Shakeology. From my taste tests, I can say I preferred Visalus too. I just thought it tasted better. Both shakes are low in calories, and as a meal replacement, both will lead to weight loss if you follow their diet programs.

Thank u so much Joe for the info! I was mixing this with Pro7ein by Synthesis which is Whey Protein and also a scoop of glutamine for muscle recovery. My chiropractor sold me on this Akea stuff stating that many people were feeling pain free (I have a few slipped discs in lower back and im a runner), also having more energy, less late night cravings and contains overall superfoods. Sounds great when u hear this from a doc! Although… He also is involved with the business.
It’s hard to get the true facts from someone who is selling the product because the sales pitch is what wins people over…not the actual product. I’m an overall healthy person and try to stay fit. I have slacked a bit and would like to loose about 15 pounds but it’s not just the weight loss I’m interested in. Feeling energized and healthy and giving my body the nutrients it needs for my long term benefit. I saw that body for vi compares its ingredients with food. Does Shakeology give you the same benefits???
Joe says
Airy, yes shakeology also tries to compare itself to food by saying that one shake has “this much of this and that” but its important to remember that saying that it has this much of this fruit or that vegetable does not necessarily mean that it does the same thing as those foods would do. It might, but unless its actually pitted against the same quantity of a particular food, its hard to know for sure. Its also important to remember that the shake -either shakeology or body by vi, or any other shake – does not contain all of the foods they mention in their ads. rather they contain extracts (phytonutrients etc) they dont contain the equivalent of fiber
The idea that “more is better” really permeates the supplement industry but I always question whether more is in fact better. we are often lead (marketing wise) to think this is so, but most products – supplements etc – often operate on a curve, where too little does no good while too much may do not good (or have side effects). The trick is to find the “sweet spot” in the middle.
Airy says
Have you ever heard of Akea Essentials? It’s a 45 calorie live organic plant based supplement powder. I was told to mix that with my protein which I use Pro5. Sometimes it’s a inconvenience thou because your supposed to keep the Akea refrigerated so it’s hard for on the go. I’m trying to find the best shake (meal replacement) for optimal weight loss and overall keeping a healthy energized lifestyle and feeling good. There’s shakeology, body by vi and this Akea stuff. I’m so confused on which one is better. Any suggestions??
Joe says
Airy, I looked them up for you. I think Akea Essentials needs to be refrigerated because it has probiotics, which are living bacteria. Probiotics are intersting because while they dont change the gut bacteria, they may help the immune system work better. Still, I see no reason to believe that their probiotics are better than yogurt (they say they have more than 6 servings of probiotics but can they prove that 6 servings works better? No they cant). More does not always mean better when it comes to supplements.
While I dont see any problem with the product if its quality made, as you say its difficult to use when you are on the go. I see no proof that Akea essentials is any better than any other product out there (because they show me no good clinical proof on their website). Like Shakeology, Body by Vi and others, they also have a “challenge” and an “opportunity” (they want you to sell it).
I did notice that this product only has 2 grams of protein per serving. I dont think that’s enough if you are trying to lose weight. Protein intake during weight loss helps you maintain your muscle. 2 grams is way too little.
Also, if the protein, is plant based its not as good as whey protein which comes from animals. It also lists beta glucans, but if I remember correct, the research on beta glucans stems from when its injected into people, not taken by mouth (oatmeal has beta glucans too by the way).
I still believe simple is the way to go. I understand your confusion when it comes to meal replacement shakes but I believe similar results would be obtained no matter what product you used – and that includes slim fast too! All weight loss shakes work on the same idea – they get you to replace what you are eating now, with their lower calorie product. This is how they work (it’s how nutra system and jenny craig work too). There is nothing wrong with this but there is also nothing magical about it either.
I know the shakeology and body by vi coaches reading this will probalby disagree with me (guys please no sales pitches or links to your websites ) but they can’t prove that their products work in any other way (because there is no good clinical proof on any of them). If you are looking for convenience and want to try those other products, that’s fine, they will all probalby work, so you dont have to worry about which one is “best.” I’d say find the cheapest shake that tastes the best to you and try it for a month and see if it works.
I hope some of this helps clear things up Airy and good luck 🙂
Julie says
Disclaimer: I am not trying to get biz. Just hope to set facts straight. The ViSalus shakes are backed by science and a product advisory board of doctors. No, we are not doctors. But there is documented information regarding the soy. There is no estrogen. It is non-gmo and isoflavones are removed through a water process. The protein is tri-sorb. It comes from two whey and one soy source.
I do not wish to “win” you over Joe but I beg to differ a person could whip up the same nutritional value of the shake ingredients; 30% RDA of just about every vitamin & mineral including calcium.
Lastly, the sucralose is used to make it diabetic friendly and under 1g sugar per serving. A person would have to drink 2 shakes a day for 2 years to equal one packet of sucralose (Splenda).
I appreciate the info here and just hope to keep it balanced. I love ShaunT & the Insanity workout. Not bashing anything 😉
Joe says
Julie, I apprecaite you writing. I will take your word that the estrogen like compounds have been removed from the soy but I beg to differ on Visalus being backed by “science.” In my world, that means that Visalus products have peer reviewed proof that’s published in medical journals. As far as I could determine, there is none on visalus products themselves. In that regard, the claim “backed by science” holds less weight. If I am incorrect and there is published peer reviewed research on visalus products themselves, please provide and I will update my Visalus reviews. I am glad that there are doctors on your advisory board however doctors – physicians – as a rule, usually get little nutrition information in medical school. If the doctors hold PhDs, then this may be better, depending on their areas of study.
jeannine says
I have had breast cancer and I also have been told to stay away from soy.I was told that the vi shake was safe because it has non gmo soy protein. What are you’re thoughts on this information?
Joe says
Jeannine, I would not use it since you have had breast cancer. I would not take the chance. Until Visalus does a long term safety study of the shake in women with breast cancer nobody can tell you for sure if its safe. If it was a distributor of Visalus who told you it was safe, tell them to stop saying that unless they can show you “published peer reviewed proof” that Visalus shakes are safe in women who have or had breast cancer.
Eva says
p.s. You’re doing great work! We all appreciate it.
Joe says
Thanks Eva, I apprecaite that 🙂
Eva says
Thanks! Lol on the drops. I am at a loss to explain why the drops work as they do, but they did. People ask me “How do they work?” and I have to say “I don’t know but here’s what happened to me”. So many of them including myself dropped 15-20 lbs in one month. We ate well; protein, fruit, veggies etc….
Thanks very much for the info and the links. I’ll look into it. Have a great weekend and best regards,
Eva
Eva says
Hi again Joe, thanks for the info. Do you ever recommend shakes to lose weight or at least maintain? If not have you written a post on losing weight? This may not be your area but the reason I’m asking is because of the “drops” diet I was referring to: everyone lost a lot of weight fast and now we’re wanting to get back to “normal” which is really out of the question because we had the S.A.D. So we’re all trying to be very careful & trying to find a way to eat, without gaining all the weight back. I also found a list of alkaline vs acidic foods, the reasoning being if you eat at least 75% alkaline, you won’t be fat.
Any advice would be helpful. Sorry I’m asking so many questions. Website is mine, fyi on the drops.
Here is something else that might help your friends understand whats going on with the weight gain http://www.joe-cannon.com/low-carb-diets-how-they-work/
Joe says
Hi Eva, shakes can be used for weight loss and maintaining weight. It depends on how many calories they give you and how many you eat total for the day. thats why I mentioned looking at the calories in a shake and the serving size as that will give you an idea. some protein shakes have a LOT of calories.
The problem weight a lot of weight loss diets is they dont tell you how to maintain the weight. sounds like thats whats going on with your friends. Here is something I wrote about weight loss tips if that helps http://www.joe-cannon.com/what-weight-loss-supplements-work/
I dont think the weight loss drops helps but there are people who say it does. I just dont get how it works if it really does work. the hcg drops make no sense to me.
Eva says
Hi there, just found your site. Good info. I recently lost lots of weight doing a diet that involved “drops”. I did great, lost it fast, felt fine, but am ready to move on to a maintenance stage. Very interested in shakes. I went to the Dymatize protein powder website and I notice they have bars. Have you tried them? Do you recommend them? Also the protein drinks, do you drink to lose weight or as a meal replacement? Thank you!
Joe says
Hi Eva, I use chocolate dymatize protein powder when I make smoothies. They are really for a meal replacement and not for weight loss. I do like dymatize chocolate however because it is low in calories and that’s what counts the most when it comes to weight loss and maintaining weight. I have not seen their protein bars but I have seen that other protein bars tend to be high in calories and saturated fat. they are also for replacements and not necessarily for weight loss. I’d rather you eat food than the bars because the food has more nutritional “punch”
shawn says
I started using Shakeology and had good results (along with an exercise program). I lost 27lbs and my cholesterol went from 220 to 95 over several months. I understand that there is not magic shake that will make me loose weight. My Shakeology is just a tool that I use to maintain good health. I haven’t been sick at all in a year and a half, so I’m doing something right.
VI might be a fine product, I’ve never tried it. I know it has some bad stuff in it (sucralose for one).
I may try your home made smoothie.
Thanks for an interesting site.
Joe says
Shawn, thanks for your words and I hope you like my smoothie recipe.
Stefanie says
I’m curious about the protein in both shakes! What type of protein does each have? I was told Visalus has the quickest absorbtion rate post work out. Thx!
Joe says
Stephanie, I looked at the labels of both shakeology and the ViSalus shake and it appears like the protein in both of them are a combination of soy and whey (Shakeology says “milk” so I take that to mean whey and / or casein).
As for visalus having the “quickest absorption rate” I take that to mean they are referring to whey protein, which is absorbed rather quickly (casein -the other protein in milk – is absorbed slower).
I hear the claim that “ours is absorbed faster” a lot but remember that faster does not mean “works better”. Since ViSalus has never published any proof that that their product is absorbed faster (BTW faster than what….?) then I’d take that claim with a grain of salt. I’d guess that both Shakeology and Visalus protein shakes are probably absorbed at similar rates.
As an aside, take a look my review of the cold remedy called Zicam. They also used to say that they were “absorbed faster.” See what happened when people used that product http://supplementclarity.com/zicam-facts-you-need-to-know/ Protein shakes obviously won’t do the same thing but tells you why the claim “works faster” holds little meaning to me.
Chuck says
Joe, I appreciate your replies to people who are BBC or Visulus reps. I too agree they are both over priced and really nothing special IMO. Both products offer great incentives to supplements ones income if they take action promoting it. Keep up the objective review. It is refreshing. I too have went to various nutritional experts who are knowledgeable in this area and they all agree, there is nothing special about these shakes.

Disclaimer: I’m a Beachbody coach.
I put it this way: Beachbody is like Apple, and making your own solution is like PC or Linux.
I have both and use Android too.
I do other workouts and eat other things obviously.
But the Team Beachbody / Apple ecosystems work.
They may not be the cheapest, but they are pretty complete and they have proven results.
Choose your philosophy I guess.
Google hard enough and you can find my results. 🙂
Eric says
Hey Joe,
I have a couple questions for you. While I know you’re not big on suggesting things, and are more about trying to present the case for us to decide, I’m hoping for this instance you can set that trait aside.
I’m 31, out of shape (5’10” 195lbs, gained 40 lbs over past few years r/t diet and quit smoking), and I just bought the insanity routine (I’m going to start it Monday). I know it’s intense, but I’m getting married in 5 months, so I’m looking for some quick results.
I’ve started to eat differently. I’m eating a lot of apples, oranges, carrots, yogurt, tuna, chicken/rice. I stopped eating junk, cut most of the caffeine out, and barely allow myself any “cheats” (such as a few chips and salsa). The problem I’m having is I find that I am constantly hungry. I’ll sit and eat a serving of something, and within 30 minutes I’m hungry again. With that said, I need to find some way to curb my appetite.
I hear these shakes provide some of that. Also I hear that 1 DB overdrive helps (yeah I’m from STL). I need something that can help me. I can’t imagine that eating so much, even healthy, is conducive to losing weight.
In this respect, what can you suggest to me? Shakes, pills, food, etc…. that will help me curb my cravings and help me maintain a diet that will help me cut down in size over the next 5 months (after that it’ll be maintaining, and not as difficult).
Feel free to email me, or to post here, as I have subscribed to this thread. I found this while researching shakeology as I keep seeing it referenced while reading about insanity. What’s your thoughts on the “recovery drink”?
I’ve been healthly before… 5 years ago I was ripped, and had the 6pack to prove it… now I’m a flabby mess, and I’m ready to get back to it. I just need some help with my hunger. In college I couldn’t afford to eat, so it was no problem… lol. Help! Thanks!!
Joe says
Hi Eric, congrats on your getting married! From the list of foods you mentioned, it doesn’t look like your eating enough protein. Protein helps you from getting hungry. I suggest you eat some protein with each meal. I want you to eat breakfast too. Protein fills you up and it doesn’t have many calories. I dont think you need the P90 X recovery drink. It has some protein but there are cheaper things out there. Here’s my review on it
http://supplementclarity.com/p90-x-recovery-drink-review/
Be careful with insanity. Work at your own pace and start with only doing it no more than 2 times the first week. This will help you adapt to it. All intense exercise programs run the risk of causing a condition called rhabdomyolysis which is very serious. Please read my review of rhabdo that Ive posed on my personal site that’s devoted to exercise http://www.joe-cannon.com/rhabdomyolysis-personal-trainers-exercise-review-symptoms-negatives-eccentric-fitness-bootcamp/ – Do take notice of the symptoms of rhabdo.
Have you ever consulted a dietitian? they could easily put you on a healthy eating plan to help you get to your weight loss goal before you get married. If you look at EatRight.org and put in your zip code you can find the an dietitian who is in your area.
I have also listed a lot of different tips on weight loss at my personal site also http://www.joe-cannon.com/what-weight-loss-supplements-work/
Keep me posted on your progress.
Jenn says
Also, Anettte, there is a new sugar substitute which is better for you than Splenda. It is called Sweet Leaf, it contains only the ingredient from the Stevia Plant and fiber. Many others like Truvia have erythitol and other chemicals. I say stay to true sweeteners like Stevia, honey, and agave. Your better off!
Jenn says
It’s hard to find shakes without the use of GMO Soy and other soy ingredients though. I would not mind paying for a shake that does not put extra estrogen into my body and has been proven to cause cancer. Even cancer patients are told to stay away from it. So, just be sure to read your labels. I don’t sell either of these products but have been looking into which one to try. Vi has claimed it is safe for pregnant women and nursing momma’s as well. : )
Meli says
I’ve tried both products. I loved the taste of Vi and found it so versatile to make different recipes. However, after being on the shakes for a week, I found my body inflammation to be at its worst. I didn’t make a connection at first and was somewhat unaware of side effects of soy. I did a search typing in Vi shakes and inflammation and so many articles popped up.
I decided to stop taking the shakes for a week (keeping everything else the same) and my pain subsided. I was really hoping it wasn’t the shake because as mentioned before I loved the taste, found it convenient, and it was helping with weight loss. I’m now using shakeology and am not feeling any adverse effects, but I’m not loving the taste. It makes me less eager to make-although I still do. Good luck finding a shake that works best for you.
Pat Poe says
Many people feel the same way about the taste. Before I was on shakeology i could not get the required nutrition needed for weight loss. Now I do have the nutrition. The taste in my opinion goes back to our previous addiction to sugar. The taste is easily altered with different recipes. I would suggest if you are on FB messaging someone on one of the group pages for Shakeology for simple quick Recipes.
With my current medical conditions I have no choice but to spent what I do to improve my nutrition. People say not worth it let me tell you with shakeology my monthly food bill is down I still get the same calories total i did before shakeology.
Since 5/9/13 I have lost 40 lbs and it is 8/27/13 of the same year. To live a healthy active lifestyle your total steps a day need to equal 10,000 steps.Get a step counter and throw out any time measuring unless ordered by a doctor to do other wise. 10,000 steps consist of every time you put one foot in front of the other. Every single step counts build up to it slowly and you will reach that goal. I also do T25 with my walking you should take a look at it and give a review.
Joe says
Pat, I don’t know if I totally buy into the idea that lack of required nutrition can limit weight loss because people in concentration camps lost weights (granted, not healthy weight loss) and studies of people who have been put on 500 calories per day have also lost weight. Even so I am glad you have found something that is helping you.
Robert Bullock says
That $15 savings was a net figure. The discount is $30 a bag. Plus I use the protein bars at $1.66 each, $17ish for the joint supplement, and $37 IIRC for 25 servings of the recovery drink. As an active coach, I get bonuses which reduces the cost further. Taste matters a lot and again, the bars are some of the best I’ve tried. And I do try the competition.
Robert Bullock says
A lot boils down to opinion. I’m a Beachbody coach and I will offer this bit: most people sign up to be a coach because the coach fee + the 25% discount saves you about $15 a bag/box on Shakeology, plus you can get home based business tax deductions. Fees and a reasonable portion of cell phone, internet, etc.
Even if you never make any money, the first two years IIRC are deductible before they reclassify it as a hobby. I get 33-34 servings from a bag, and it’s only about $3. I think looking at the ingredients it’s reasonable and I love the taste, texture, and convenience. Plus it’s zero waste/spoilage vs. juicing, etc. I exercise too but I’m 6′ tall, 41 years old, and wear a 28-30 waist pants size. I weigh 165-170 down from a high of around 211. I cut my cholesterol from 297 to 196, with a ratio of 2.7. beachfitrob.com for before and after pics. facebook.com/beachfitrob.com
As a whole, the system works if you do it. You decide how much of the system you want to follow and how much you want to spend, but I’m happy. Shakeology is daily treat I actually look forward to, so that says something too. I’ve tried a lot of shakes, and for me, this is the best tasting and best texture, and I think one of the more nutritionally complete ones.
Joe says
Rob, thanks for mentioning the angle on people getting tax breaks. That hadn’t occurred to me.
Annette says
I would agree with Heidi that Splenda (sucralose) has had studies that show how bad it is for you, albeit not as bad as Nutrisweet, but there are some definite issues with it affecting the absorption of our nutrients in the intestines. If you have intestinal trouble, look to see how much sucralose is in your diet. Eliminate it and see what happens.
One thing that I haven’t seen discussed in any of these posts is the probiotics that are in Shakeology. Nor the 70 phytonutrients that don’t exist in shakes like Vi. The ingredients that are in Shakeology make it one of the healthiest meals on the market; you really can’t eat that many vegetables in one sitting, nor are you likely going to search and find all of the ingredients like gogi berry, maca root, sacha inchi, to name a few (and did you see the list of antioxidants? How come you didn’t mention any of that?) Look up the health benefits of these ingredients and then tell me how much you would be spending at GNC to get all of those supplements, probiotics, protein powder. I bed you’d be spending more than $4 a shake.
Joe says
Annette, can you show me some of those studies that say Spenda is harmful to humans? Obviously everything in moderation but even the VERY Conservative “Center for Science in the Public Interest” says Spenda is OK. Here is the link http://www.cspinet.org/reports/chemcuisine.htm
As for the probiotics -“friendly bacteria”, I can get that from yogurt. when it comes to probiotics we should look for “CFU” – colony forming units. This tells how much probiotics are present in the supplement. Probiotic supplements often list CFU when you buy them but I dont remember seeing how many CFUs are in Shakeology. If you can find that info for me, I would appreciate it because I dont know the answer.
Also, I think probiotics survive the longest when they are refrigerated. Since shakeology is not refrigerated I’d be curious how much of its probiotics are actually alive. Again, I dont know the answer to this; its just something I’m wondering about.
As for gogi berry and the other exotic fruits in shakeology, I’d like to see human studies showing that these “super fruits” benefit us – and are “better” than “regular fruits” and studies showing that the levels of these exotic fruits in Shakeology are similar to what those studies used. I dont think we know the answer to this yet.
Annette, believe me, I’m not trying to come down on you or anybody else who likes Shakeology and I’m not trying to come off as “anti-supplement”. I just want to point out some questions that don’t get talked about very much.
Heidi Love says
Body By Vi is sweetened with Sucralose which is bad bad bad for you. Google it. It’s an artificial sweetener and that’s why their product has less grams of sugar but on the other hand, Sucralose is poison to our bodies and defeats the whole purpose of getting.g healthy.
Also, if you want to lose weight with BBV they recommend 2 shakes a day. Shakeology is sweetened with stevia & natural sugars from the fruit in it. You only drink one shake per day and don’t have to take any additional supplements. All if the ingredients are natural and there are no added chemicals.
The protein course is whey and not some made up types of protein. It’s also certified low glycemic and its gluten free. Shakeology is launching a vegan shake this month which will have brown rice protein and be strawberry flavor. Sorry about any typos. Using my phone 🙂
Joe says
Heidi, no problem I corrected the typos 😉
I looked into the idea that Sucralose (Spenda) is poison and found a good review on Wikipedia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sucralose They say that over 100 studies show it is safe. The Wikipedia article does mention some cautious such as unknowns about what happens when excreted sucralose begins to build up in the environment overtime but it does not say it is harmful.
I also checked the Center for Science in the Public Interest, the publishers of Nutrition Action Newsletter. As a rule they are usually VERY conservative in what they approve or recommend. While they do not say run out and eat all you want, they do list sucralose as “safe.” Here is a link to their review of sweeteners http://www.cspinet.org/reports/chemcuisine.htm
I am not endorsing BBV or shakeology. I think both are overpriced and that people can make much better and healthier shakes by blending fruits/veggies together. That said, I agree with you on the Body By Vi supplements. Definitely not needed.
Pat Poe says
I am not sure if I agree with them on that, I tried to use splenda as well as many others and we all got sick while using it. Not every organization believes it is healthy. this is an aricle that helped me decide to not use sucrilose. http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2000/12/03/sucralose-dangers.aspx
Joe says
Pat, I read the link. I really wish Dr Mercola would have linked to the studies on Splenda so we could easily read them.

I am doing Visalus. I am ONLY doing the shake and none of the supplements. I love the taste much moreso than Shakeology. I have over 100 recipes to choose from. I just find Visalus more versatile in the long run and mixes up really well – not lumpy of sticky like some drinks – even if you let it sit for a few minutes to take care of something. I dont understand why people are getting tired when doing Shakeology. Hasn’t happened to me on Visalus. The cost is much less as well. I am not a distributor of the product but can help you get it if you want to try a sample pack.
Joe says
azjlmar123, glad you found something that works for you. I really dont want to highlight any one distributor of a product but again, happy its working for you 🙂
