Updated November 10 2024. Feel The Rush. That's the slogan for Bravenly Rush, an advanced strawberry-flavored vitamin energy drink that is works differently than others by using ingredients that the company feels will help support concentration and focus anytime, day or night. Let's review the elements in Bravenly Rush, highlight those ingredients that might be responsible for its proposed benefits, and point out some things to be aware of if you need to get a refund.
What Is Bravenly Rush?
Rush is a powdered energy drink that is mixed with water and contains over 20 vitamins, minerals, and other unique ingredients in its nootropics blend. The components differ from other popular energy booster supplements like Advocare Spark and 5-Hour Energy. The company states that its powdered energy drink can “combat energy and mental speed while supporting your neurotransmitters,” helping you to “stay active, energized, and laser-focused all day long.”
Bravenly Rush Benefits
The company refers to these health advantages:
- Convenience
- Sustainable energy
- Clearer thinking
- Suppressed appetite
The Rush supplement is definitely convenient. You can bring the little powder sticks with you and use them on the go. Other ingredients in Rush Energy might also help thinking and suppress appetite too. However, the Rush energy drink appears to lack clinical research proving it delivers. Research on ingredients in Rush may be different from research on Rush itself.
How Do You Use Bravenly Rush Supplements?
Mix one packet in 8 to 10 oz of water and drink. Shake or blend until the powder is dissolved, and drink. How many times a day can you use it? The company doesn't say, so begin slowly before using it more often.
Bravenly Rush Energy Flavors
At this time, Tropical Strawberry Crush and Blue Raspberry Rush are the only flavors offered.
Rush Energy Clinical Research
The Bravenly company does not highlight any research that has featured the Rush supplement. This may indicate a need for clinical proof to see if it lives up to the claims. However, there is research on the ingredients in Rush energy drink mix. See the research section below.

What Is SenTramin?
The Bravenly website refers to a component called SenTramin. What is that? SenTramin is a plant-derived trace mineral supplement containing at least 75 minerals used to increase the nutritional value of food and supplements. The company that makes it – Liquid Assets (also known as Exceptional Health Products) – states it can also be incorporated into cosmetics. SenTramin is generally recognized as safe (GRAS) and is kosher-certified.
Confusingly, while SenTramin is listed on the Bravenly website, the Supplement Facts Label lists a different trace mineral ingredient called “ConcenTrace AC,” which has at least 72 trace minerals. While similar, ConcenTrace AC and SenTramin appear to be made by different companies.
Inulin
Inulin, also called chicory root extract, is a soluble fiber. Because it's listed first, we know it makes up most of the 665 mg in the Nootropic Proprietary Blend. So, what does fiber have to do with improving mood and reducing appetite? There may be a reason. When researchers gave people inulin-enriched tea, the people reported feeling significantly happier compared to those not using inulin.
In addition, those people adding inulin to tea reported less hunger and improved memory too. In that study, the people added 5 grams of inulin to tea. This is much more inulin than found in Bravenly Rush. This means it's difficult to know if Rush would have the same effects on mood and appetite. On the plus side, inulin is relatively inexpensive (check prices).
Why might inulin have nootropic effects? One possible explanation is that inulin is a fiber (prebiotic) that can shift the microbiome to a healthier state. Inulin may also improve memory and hunger by helping help regulate blood sugar levels.
Glycine
Glycine is the smallest amino acid but plays a big role in producing N-acetylcysteine (NAC). This substance raises the powerful antioxidant called glutathione. By raising NAC levels, glycine might protect the brain from free radical damage (oxidative stress). In theory, this might preserve memory as people age. In one study, 400 mg of glycine improved memory in healthy young and middle adults. On the downside, it took about 6 months to notice improvements. Lack of quality sleep can also impair memory. Some research also hints taking 3 grams (3000 mg) of glycine might improve sleep and reduce fatigue in people with insomnia.
L-theanine
Theanine is a popular nootropic amino acid. Natural sources of L-theanine include green tea, white tea, and some types of mushrooms. One investigation appeared to show that a single dose of 100 mg of theanine improved memory in older adults. While this is an encouraging outcome, taking theanine supplements for 4 weeks did not work. Thus, more research is needed. At least one study suggests L-theanine reduces anxiety levels in people compared to those who took a placebo pill. This study used 200 mg of theanine daily over the course of 4 weeks.
Alpha GPC
Alpha-glycerylphosphorylcholine (Alpha GPC) is a substance that helps us make a neurotransmitter called acetylcholine. According to the acetylcholine hypothesis, memory loss results from an acetylcholine deficiency. Medical researchers know this too, and that's why raising acetylcholine levels is how some memory drugs are thought to work. Unfortunately, the verdict is still out on whether alpha GPC is an effective nootropic. In one small study (20 young men and women), 200 mg of alpha GCP was ineffective at boosting mood or memory performance.

Is Taurine Antiaging?
Vitamin B12
As seen in the Supplement Facts label above, Bravenly Rush contains relatively high amounts of several vitamins, most notably vitamin B12 (clocking in at 1875% of the recommended dietary allowance). Energy supplements containing abundant levels of vitamin B12 are common. This is because a deficiency of this vitamin can lead to anemia. A sign of anemia is tiredness and fatigue. Supplementing with vitamin B12 by those with anemia can often reverse this fatigue and raise energy levels. Low B12 levels can also raise homocysteine, a substance linked to heart disease. A lack of vitamin B12 is also linked to poor memory. Increasing B-12 levels in the blood might restore memory in some people.
However, healthy people can store 1-3 years' worth of this water-soluble vitamin in the liver. Because of this, most healthy people may not need B-12 supplements. That said, some individuals may need to take extra B-12, including:
- People over the age of 50
- Those with type II diabetes who take the drug metformin
- People who have undergone weight loss surgery
- Vegans
Bacopa
The bacopa monnieri plant has on its resume several clinical trials, which appear to show it improves memory. For example, when researchers gave healthy older folks 300 mg of bacopa, they reported improved learning and memory after just 12 weeks. The brand used in this study was
called BacoMind. How much bacopa is in Bravenly Rush? Because it's part of a proprietary blend, we are not told the exact dosage. Be aware that not all studies show bacopa is an effective memory booster. See this video for more about bacopa memory research.
How Much Caffeine Does Bravenly Rush Contain?
Caffeine is one of the ingredients found in the Rush Nootropics Proprietary Blend. When it comes to proprietary blends, companies do not have to disclose the dosage of each ingredient. Instead, they only have to tell us the combined total amount of each ingredient. In this case, the blend contains a total of 665 mg. Because of this, we can't tell from the Supplement Facts label how much caffeine is contained in Bravenly Rush energy drink.
That said, because caffeine is one of the first ingredients listed in the blend, this tells us it makes up a good amount of the 665 mg. The company uses natural caffeine, but does natural caffeine work differently than artificially made caffeine?
How Much Does Rush Energy Drink Cost?
The supplement retails for $74.99 for a package that contains 28 sticks. This means each stick costs $2.67 apiece. If you were a Bravenly ambassador, you could purchase Rush at a discounted price of $67.49. At this price, each stick would cost $2.41.
How Do You Buy Bravenly Supplements?
Bravenly is a network marketing company. This means you can purchase Rush and other Bravenly supplements -such as Balance, Burn, Calm, etc.- from either a brand partner/representative or directly from the company at BravenlyGlobal.com. Their supplements were not sold on Amazon when that site was checked. Supplements purchased from brand reps may get you a discount and more personalized assistance.
The Bravenly Global Company
The company is called Bravenly Global LLC. The business was started on September 3, 2020, and the official business website – BeverlyGlobal.com –
was registered not soon after, on October 13, 2020. The company was founded by husband and wife, Brent and Aspen Emry. Before launching Bravenly, Aspen Emry's LinkedIn bio indicates she previously worked at It Works Global and Arbonne International.
The Bravenly Global company address is 13799 Park Blvd #110 Seminole, FL 33776. Searching for this address online reveals a strip mall containing only two businesses: The UPS Store and IStorage Self Storage. This may indicate that Bravenly Global headquarters is located somewhere else. This is quite common for a company to have a separate mailing address.

Bravenly Refund Policy & Money Back Guarantee
Bravenly supplements come with a 45-day money-back guarantee. However, before you order, you need to know that:
- The 45 days begin when you order supplements -not when they arrive at your home
- The 45 days also include holidays and non-business days like weekends.
- The company must receive your returned supplements on or before the 45th day to get a refund.
- If you return a supplement, you can't purchase that same product again and get another refund on it.
- You pay the cost of returning the supplements. That's normal for most businesses.
- The company charges a 10% administration fee (restocking fee) for all refunds. In other words, you will only get 90% of your money back.
This means if you want a refund, you have less than 45 days to try Bravenly supplements. Also, refunds are only issued for supplements you purchase for your own personal use. This policy is also in effect for Bravenly Brand Partners and Ambassadors too.
If you purchased your supplements from a Bravenly Brand Partner (distributor), they could help you get a refund. You will need to return the product and original invoice to the Brand Partner, who will refund the purchase price.
If you purchased your supplements directly from the Bravenly company, email them at support@bravenlyglobal.com to obtain a Return
Request Form (RRF). You must complete this form to get your refund.

- Caffeine
- Inulin
- Bacopa
- Vitamin B6
Does Bravenly Rush Have Side Effects?
While there are no known adverse effects resulting from taking the Rush supplement, the company does issue warnings to these groups:
- Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding
- Those under the age of 18
- People who have any known medical condition
To reduce the odds of you experiencing negative reactions, here are some additional tips:
- Start by taking less than recommended for the first week. Give yourself time to adjust to the supplement.
- Stop taking the supplement at least 2 weeks before having surgery
- Avoid taking it close to bedtime. Bravenly Rush contains caffeine which might interfere with how well you sleep.
- Avoid this supplement if you are sensitive to caffeine
- Bacopa may raise thyroid hormones. It's unknown if this occurs in people or how bacopa interacts with levothyroxine.
- High doses of vitamin B6 may cause involuntary movements like twitching, called ataxia. This goes away when B6 use is discontinued.
- The supplement contains riboflavin which may turn your urine yellow. While this may be alarming to some, it is harmless.

Verdict: Is Bravenly Rush Worth The Money?
For the most part, Bravenly Rush contains the usual cast of ingredients expected in an energy /nootropic supplement. Without clinical proof, however, it's not known how well it lives up to the claims and customer testimonials. At first impression, Rush energy drink appears mostly to be an expensive caffeine and fiber supplement. But what do you think?
